As shown in connection with fig. 1 and 3, the sound box includes: the circuit board comprises an iron net frame 1, a shell 2, a loudspeaker 3, a power module 4 and a first circuit board 5.
Wherein, the shell 2 is strip-shaped and is made of plastic materials. A plurality of chambers for separating or communicating mounting parts are provided in the housing 2 along the length direction thereof, and the speaker 3, the power module 4 and the first circuit board 5 are mounted in the chambers. The speaker 3 and the power module 4 are connected to the first circuit board 5 in the form of a circuit. The shell 2 and the iron net frame 1 are assembled and installed, wherein the iron net frame 1 is provided with protruding buckle bolts 11 which are intermittently distributed at the edge of the iron net frame 1, one long side of the iron net frame 1 is inwards bent to form a bend, and the buckle bolts 11 are arranged on the bend; the edge of the shell 2 is provided with a buckling position 21 which is mutually embedded with the buckling bolt 11 and a buckling groove 22 which can be pushed in by the buckling bolt 11. The number of the fastening bolts 11 is the same as the number of the fastening positions 21 and the fastening grooves 22. The shell 2 and the iron net frame 1 are assembled by being mutually embedded with the buckling position after being pushed into the buckling groove 22 mainly through the buckling bolt 11. The installation mode of the buckle bolt type can enable the assembly of the sound box to be more convenient, parts such as screws and the like are avoided being required for fastening the traditional iron net, the cost for using the screws is reduced, the time for fixing and disassembling the screws is saved, the manufacturing procedure and the assembly procedure of the sound box are optimized, and the aesthetic feeling of the whole appearance of the sound box can be improved.
The speaker 3 includes: one or more elongated holders 31 and one or more horns 32 mounted on the holders 31. The fixing frames 31 are made of aluminum, and a plurality of through holes or tripods for installing the horns 32 are sequentially formed in each fixing frame 31. One or more of the speakers 32 may be speakers of different frequencies, such as two low-frequency speakers installed in the through holes and having a larger size and an intermediate-frequency speaker installed on the tripod, so that the bass speaker device can be omitted and the bass effect of the speaker can be increased. The horn 32 is mounted in a through hole of the holder 31 or on a tripod, and the holder 31 with the horn 32 mounted therein is mounted in the chamber provided in the housing 2.
The power module 4 includes: a power supply box 41, a circuit board 42 and an interface 43. The circuit board 42 of the power module 4 is installed in the power box 41, the power box 41 comprises an upper cover and an installation box, the installation box is matched with the circuit board 42 in shape and size, after the circuit board 42 is placed in the circuit board 42, the upper cover is covered on the installation box and is mutually fixed with the installation box, so that the power module 4 convenient to be integrally placed is formed. The power box 41 is located in a cavity of the housing 2, the interface 43 is installed in the cavity and exposed on the surface of the housing 2, the interface 43 is electrically connected with the circuit board 42, and the interface 43 is used for connecting the power module 4 from the outside.
The first circuit board 5 is located in the same chamber where the power module 4 is located, a socket panel (not shown) is disposed on the surface of the housing 2, and a plurality of video signal ports and audio signal ports are disposed on the socket panel. The first circuit board 5 is connected with the socket panel of the sound box according to the embodiment of the invention in a circuit mode and is used for processing various communication signals in the sound box.
In other embodiments of the present invention, a digital signal conversion device with a function of a set-top box may be disposed on the first circuit board 5, so that the sound box has a function of a set-top box. The first circuit board 5 may further integrate a video signal conversion device with a function of converting television signals, so that the functions of playing audio and video and receiving digital signals, etc. of the television can be completed by connecting a display outside the sound box. And a wireless network receiving and transmitting device is integrated on the first circuit board 5, so that the sound box has the function of wireless network communication connection, thereby being connected with the mobile terminal at any time and providing digital signals by the mobile terminal. The first circuit board 5 is provided with a wireless charging device, so that the mobile terminal can be connected with the wireless charging device at any time to realize the charging function of the mobile terminal. The above digital signal conversion device, the video signal conversion device, the wireless network receiving and transmitting device, and the wireless charging device may be further separated from the first circuit board 5, and disposed in a cavity formed in the housing 2, and connected to the first circuit board 5 or a port on the socket panel in a circuit manner. The multifunctional sound box can be expanded and enriched through the arrangement, so that the sound box becomes a communication control center, and the problems of excessive occupied space and complicated wiring of related electronic equipment are solved.
As shown in fig. 1, the sound box further comprises an inner housing 9 mounted in the same chamber as the power module 4 and the first circuit board 5. In the embodiment of the present invention, the power module 4, the first circuit board 5 and the inner case 9 are installed in the same chamber, that is, the central chamber of the housing 2, and the inner case 9 separates the iron net frame 1 from the power module 4 and the first circuit board 5, so as to protect the power module 4 and the first circuit board 5. The surface of the inner shell 9 is in a shutter structure and is used for saving materials. The number of the fixing frames 31 is two, and the fixing frames are respectively arranged in the left and right chambers which are arranged on two sides of the central chamber of the shell 2 and are mutually separated from the central chamber through a partition plate. The mounting positions of the two fixing frames 31 are symmetrical in the housing 2 relative to the central chamber, the positions of the horns 32 mounted on the fixing frames are also symmetrical, and the sound emitting directions of the horns 32 are the same. The installation mode divides the shell 2 into a left sound channel and a right sound channel, and speakers with different frequency bands such as a low-frequency speaker, a medium-frequency speaker, a high-frequency speaker and the like can be arranged in each sound channel, so that the richness of sound of the sound box and the sound emitting effect of the sound box can be enhanced.
The loudspeaker further comprises a plurality of feet 6 for placing the housing 2. The foot bases 6 are fixed in the chambers of the shell 2 through screws and extend outwards, and the foot bases 6 are sleeved with silica gel sleeves, in the embodiment of the invention, the number of the foot bases 6 is two, the two chambers of the loudspeaker 3 are closely arranged, and the two chambers are respectively positioned in the independent chambers at two ends of the shell 2 and slightly extend outwards of the shell 2.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a sound box according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. As shown in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, the sound box further includes: a key part 7 and a side cover part 8. The key part 7 is installed at one end of the housing 2 and is electrically connected to the first circuit board 5. The side cover 8 is attached to the housing 2 at an end opposite to the key 7. The key part 7 and the side cover part 8 are respectively positioned beside the two foot seats 6, but the two foot seats 6 are independently accommodated in the cavity of the shell 2 and are not directly connected with the key part 7 and the side cover part 8.
Wherein the key part 7 includes: a second circuit board 71, a key board 72, a first spacer 73, a first bracket 74 and a first side board 75.
The key board 72 is provided with one or more keys, the first gasket 73, the first bracket 74 and the first side plate 75 are square, holes for penetrating out the keys on the key board 72 are formed in the first gasket 73, mounting posts for fixing are further formed in the first bracket 74, and through holes for penetrating through the mounting posts are further formed in the first gasket 73. The first spacer 73 is used for protecting the keypad 72 and the first bracket 74. The second circuit board 71 is also square, and screw holes are formed in four corners of the second circuit board 71, the second circuit board 71 is fixed on one side of the housing 2 through the screw holes, is located on the surface side of the housing 2, close to the right end, of the foot stand 6, and the second circuit board 71 is electrically connected with the first circuit board 5. One end of the key board 72 is assembled with the second circuit board 71, and the other end is provided with the first pad 73, the first bracket 74 and the first side board 75 in order. In the embodiment of the present invention, the key board 72 is provided with a central key and four auxiliary keys that are matched with the second circuit board 71, and the key board 72 is used for ensuring the effectiveness of the keys on the second circuit board 71 and the sensitivity of the keys, and transmitting signals to the first circuit board 5 through the central key and the keys of the auxiliary keys touching the second circuit board 71 so as to control the functions of sound addition, subtraction, suspension, startup, etc. of the sound box.
The side cover part 8 includes: a second side plate 81, a second bracket 82, and a second spacer 83.
The second side plate 81 and the second bracket 82 are square. The second side plate 81 is mounted on the second bracket 82 and is located on the front side of the housing 2 of the foot stand 6 near the left end. The four corners of the second bracket 82 are respectively provided with a mounting column, and the second bracket 82 is fixed on the housing 2 through the mounting columns. The second gasket 83 is disposed between the second bracket 82 and the housing 2 by being fitted into four mounting posts, and is used for protecting the second bracket 82.
As shown in fig. 3, the housing 2 at one end of the locking groove 22 is further provided with a limiting portion 23 for limiting the pushing distance of the locking pin 11. The housing 2 limits the pushing distance of the latch 11 in the latch slot 22 by the limiting portion 23, so as to limit the fitting position of the latch 11 and the latch position 21. Specifically, the limiting portion 23 may be a baffle plate for blocking the fastening slot 22. when the iron net frame is installed, the buckling bolts are firstly installed in the corresponding buckling grooves on the shell, and then the buckling bolts are pushed into the end parts of the buckling grooves along one direction, so that the buckling bolts and the buckling positions are mutually embedded to complete assembly.
