Description

Fault simulation system and method based on neutral point grounding mode
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of power distribution networks, and particularly relates to a fault simulation system and method based on a neutral point grounding mode.
Background
The electrical connection between the neutral point of the three-phase ac power system and the ground is called a grid neutral point grounding system. The neutral point grounding mode relates to the safety reliability and the economy of a power grid; meanwhile, the selection of the insulation level of system equipment, the overvoltage level, the relay protection mode, communication interference and the like are directly influenced. Generally, the neutral point grounding mode of the power grid is a mode of grounding the neutral points of all levels of voltages of a transformer in a transformer substation.
Various neutral point grounding devices of the distribution line coexist, but the application conditions of different grounding modes are not clear, so that the difficulty is brought to the operation and management of power distribution;
at present, three grounding modes of ungrounded mode, arc suppression coil grounding mode and low resistance grounding mode are mainly adopted in a distribution network neutral point grounding mode of state network companies, along with the continuous increase of voltage capacitance, a controversial exists for selecting an arc suppression coil device or a small resistance device, through an arc suppression coil grounding system, single-phase grounding fault current is only little residual current after compensation, an obvious suppression effect is achieved on the restrike of electric arcs, the probability of overvoltage occurrence of high-amplitude electric arc grounding can be reduced, and the line selection accuracy is low, so that a fault line cannot be accurately isolated. The low-resistance grounding can effectively inhibit resonance overvoltage and arc grounding overvoltage, the power frequency overvoltage is low, the insulation level requirements of circuits and equipment are lower than that of the grounding through an arc suppression coil, but the potential rise is high due to large grounding fault current, so that the safety of personal equipment is not good, the rapid action is protected, the fault is removed, and the tripping rate is improved.
At present, in a distribution network system with a voltage class below 35kV, the neutral point is not grounded or is grounded through an arc suppression coil. When a single-phase earth fault occurs, the earth short-circuit current is very small because a short-circuit loop with low impedance cannot be formed. The characteristics of complex structure and variable operation mode of the power distribution network system bring great inconvenience to the detection of faults and the comprehensive management of the system.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a fault simulation system and method based on a neutral point grounding mode, which are characterized in that a fault equivalent circuit based on the neutral point grounding mode is required to be constructed, then a fault model is formed based on the fault equivalent circuit, new fault data are formed under different grounding modes of a neutral point, the fault data are brought into the fault equivalent circuit, a specific fault reason of the equivalent circuit is extracted according to the fault data, and finally a fault line is found according to the fault reason.
The invention is described by taking an equivalent circuit model under different grounding operation modes of a neutral point as an example, but the invention is not limited to the description of the neutral point grounding, and is also suitable for other types of circuit faults, such as the tripping condition of an electric appliance line.
Before an equivalent circuit model is established, all components for establishing equivalent circuit model data need to be determined, complete equivalent circuit model data are established based on the determined components, and each component comprises transient electric quantity, line equivalent inductance, arc suppression coil equivalent inductance and the like, wherein the transient equivalent circuit is a main tool for fault transient analysis, can quantitatively calculate the transient electric quantity, and provides theoretical basis for ground fault protection, overvoltage protection, ground compensation, power distribution network neutral point grounding mode selection and the like; due to the fact that the line equivalent inductance and the arc suppression coil equivalent inductance have different effects under different fault transition resistances and different frequency components, equivalent circuits capable of analyzing fault characteristics under different conditions are established comprehensively, and the figure 1 is established based on the equivalent circuit of the low-current grounding fault under different fault conditions of a neutral point.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the equivalent circuit, the voltage of the virtual power supply at the fault point is calculated by the formula uf=-Umsin(ω0t+φ),UmFor fault phase voltage peak, omega, in normal operation0The power frequency angular frequency is adopted, phi is a fault initial phase angle, and t is fault time; equivalent circuit models of the neutral point under different grounding operation modes can be utilized, wherein the relationship between the on-off of the switch K1 and the switch K2 and the expressed equivalent circuit is established as follows:
TABLE 1 relationship between on-off of switch and equivalent circuit represented
Figure BDA0001944162870000051
As can be seen from table 1, both the transient equivalent circuit and the power frequency equivalent circuit appear in the neutral point resonance grounding system and the ungrounded system, and when K1 and K2 are all closed, the transient equivalent circuit of the resonance grounding system has a high-resistance grounding fault, and the power frequency equivalent circuit of the resonance grounding system has a grounding fault with any resistance value; when K1 and K2 are all disconnected, the transient equivalent circuit of the resonance grounding system has a low-resistance grounding fault, and the transient equivalent circuit of the ungrounded system and the power frequency equivalent circuit of the ungrounded system both have a grounding fault with any resistance value.
As shown in FIG. 1, when K1 and K2 are all closed, the sum of ufI sent by virtual power supply at fault pointofThe zero sequence current path directly flows through K1 and does not pass through the inductor L because K1 causes the inductor L to be short-circuited, so no current passes through the inductor L, and the inductor L itself blocks the current from passing through, then iofResistance to earth R through fault pointfZero sequence current iofChange into ioLpTo achieve the inductance LpBecause the resistance can change the current magnitude in the circuit, under the condition of certain voltage, the larger the resistance in the circuit is, the smaller the current in the circuit is, when alternating current passes through the inductance coil, the change of magnetic flux can be generated, so that the coil can generate induced electromotive force to block the change of magnetic flux, further block the change of current, and achieve the effect of stabilizing current, and then zero sequence current i0iWill pass through CoiGrounding to form a complete loop;
when K1 and K2 are all disconnected, u isfI sent by virtual power supply at fault pointofThe zero sequence current path passes through an inductor L and then is connected to an inductor RfThe zero sequence current in the line is stabilized by the inductor L, so that the degree of change of the zero sequence current is reduced, and then the zero sequence current i0iWill pass through CoiElectrical energy is stored.
Wherein u is0Is bus zero sequence voltage; the equivalent resistance R is 2 times of line mode resistance, zero mode resistance, 2 times of power supply (main transformer) resistance and 3 times of fault point grounding resistance R of a line from a fault point to a busfSumming; l ispZero-sequence equivalent inductance (3 times arc suppression coil inductance) of the arc suppression coil; l is the sum of 2 times line mode inductance and zero mode inductance on the fault line; selecting the nth line as the fault line i0iIs the zero sequence current of the ith (i is 0, …, n) line; coiThe capacitance of the ith (i is 0, …, n) line to the ground zero sequence; i.e. iof、ioLp、iCnRespectively zero sequence current and arc extinction of fault pointCoil zero sequence current and fault line capacitance to ground current.
The invention provides a fault simulation analysis process based on a neutral point grounding mode, as shown in fig. 2, the analysis steps are as follows:
the method comprises the following steps: in an equivalent circuit, classifying fault principles of different grounding modes of a neutral point, and then establishing a fault data frame according to the classified faults, wherein illustratively, when one phase is grounded in a line with the existing non-grounded neutral point fault, if a power grid continuously operates under the condition of grounding of one phase, a non-fault phase voltage is increased, an insulation weak point is likely to be punctured, so that two-phase grounding short circuit is caused, the electrical equipment is seriously damaged, and the fault data frame is established:
1) extracting fault condition data of fault conditions under different grounding modes of the neutral point, namely the fault conditions to be generated are similar to the fault conditions generated in a mode that the neutral point is grounded through resonance or a mode that the neutral point is not grounded;
2) a system in which the neutral points are grounded by means of resonance, i.e. one or more neutral points are grounded by means of reactance, whereby the capacitive component of the single-phase earth fault current is substantially compensated;
3) the non-grounded mode of the neutral point, that is, the system in which the neutral point is grounded through high impedance or not grounded, is also called a small grounding current system;
4) fault conditions of the neutral point under different grounding modes are brought into the existing fault equivalent circuit, and fault results generated by the fault conditions of the neutral point under different grounding modes in the existing fault equivalent circuit are sequentially sorted according to occurrence probability, namely, are arranged in a descending mode;
5) ranking the fault conditions in descending order into a data frame;
for the step, for the fault conditions of different grounding modes of the neutral point, the data frames are sequentially formed according to the descending order for the fault data of resonance grounding and non-grounding.
Step two: collecting relevant quantities forming fault data, and establishing a contra-frame according to the collected relevant quantities of the fault data, wherein illustratively, when one phase is grounded in a line with a current neutral point ungrounded fault, an occurring gap arc, an overvoltage caused by the gap arc and another phase-to-ground breakdown caused by the overvoltage occur, so that a two-phase grounding short circuit occurs, and collecting data of the gap arc, the overvoltage and the two-phase grounding short circuit:
1) the related quantity of fault data, namely, data of the change of capacitance and inductance of a fault phase and a non-fault phase in the line when the line is in fault, data of the instant grounding or disconnection of a fault point, the grounding current in the line, the duration of the generation of an arc, the stage of the arc and the like;
2) collecting related quantities of line fault data inside one or more counties, classifying the related quantities according to different categories to establish an opponent frame, exemplarily and regionally explaining the counties by taking the counties as an example, and not limiting the counties to the aspect of the counties;
according to the step, after the relevant quantity of the fault data is established, the relevant quantity of one or more counties and cities to the line fault data is collected, and after the specific index of the relevant quantity data is established, a contra-frame is established for the relevant quantity data.
Step three: on the basis of collecting relevant quantities, performing data opposition on the data frame established in the step one and the opposition frame established in the step two, and determining a fault reason corresponding to fault data, for example, when a gap arc or a two-phase grounding fault occurs in a line with a current neutral point ungrounded fault, on the basis of illustration, it can be determined that a single-phase grounding problem occurs in the current neutral point ungrounded fault:
1) data opposition, namely comparing the specific data in the opposition frame in the step two with the fault conditions formed by various data in the step one by one;
2) judging the specific fault source of the line according to the line fault result in the fault reason, namely the current line fault;
3) in the equivalent circuit, after the collection of the relevant quantity of each fault data, the fault data with the same fault reason is searched in a data frame;
aiming at the step, under the condition that the fault result of one line is determined, the equivalent circuit of the line is corresponding to the fault data under the reverse reasoning action of the fault result, and the source of the fault data is determined.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in the low-current ground fault, there is an intermittent ground fault, and illustratively, in the low-current ground system, there occurs an intermittent arc ground fault, and the arc voltage current will be distorted to various degrees on the basis of a sine wave: because the transient component caused by arc oscillation is superposed in the current, the arc transient current crest can be observed when each half cycle wave starts, the arc voltage changes violently in the zero rest period, is almost maintained at a constant level in the stable arc period, is shaped like a saddle, has obvious arc voltage and arc extinction voltage, is higher than the arc extinction voltage, has nonlinear arc resistance and larger resistance value in the zero rest period, and has approximate zero resistance value in the arc period.
Illustratively, the intermittent arc grounding phenomenon can be explained by a power frequency arc extinguishing theory and a high frequency arc extinguishing theory, both theories assume that a fault phase has insulation breakdown at the maximum value of power frequency voltage, the former considers that the power frequency current passes through zero for arc extinguishing, the latter considers that the high frequency current passes through zero for arc extinguishing, as shown in fig. 3, a neutral point ungrounded system can cause high frequency oscillation every time an arc grounding fault occurs, thereby generating overvoltage, the arc is extinguished after half power frequency period, the three-phase voltage recovers a sine wave, as the free charges accumulated on the non-fault phase are redistributed along the ground capacitor, the same positive displacement voltage is generated on the three-phase, so that the voltage waveform moves upwards integrally, after the fourth arc burning, the fault phase voltage peak value is an arc burning transient voltage peak value, the overvoltage multiple of which is much smaller than that during the intermittent arc burning, and the X axis represents a time segment from 0.08s to 0.22s, wherein the time segments are spaced at 0.02s and the Y-axis represents voltage segments from-20 KV to 20KV, wherein the voltage segments are spaced at 10KV, uAThe first section of stable AC voltage is shown at 0.08s to 0.1s, and the AC voltage on the line is shown at 0.1s when the fault occursUnstable state of voltage uBMultiple arc quenching and re-ignition of the grounding arc at 0.1s to 0.16s, drastic change of electromagnetic energy, non-fault phase voltage reaching the line voltage, even exceeding the line voltage, uCAnd the second stage stable alternating voltage is represented at 0.18s to 0.22 s.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4, the neutral point is grounded through the arc suppression coil, which can effectively delay the recovery speed of the fault phase voltage after arc extinction, reduce the number of reignition times in unit time, and reduce the multiple of intermittent arc grounding overvoltage, wherein the X axis represents a time segment from 0 to 0.6s, the time segment is 0.1s apart, the Y axis represents a voltage segment from-20 KV to 20KV, the voltage segment is 10KV apart, and u is a voltage segmentAThe first section stable AC voltage is shown at 0 to 0.1s, the fault occurs at 0.1s, the AC voltage on the line is in an unstable state, uBAt 0.1s to 0.5s, a parallel resonance circuit is formed by inductance provided by the arc suppression coil, the earth capacitance of the system and the grounding point, and the inductive current of the arc suppression coil compensates the system capacitance current to reduce the fault point current to below a specified value so as to achieve the purpose of arc suppression, prevent the expansion of accidents, and avoid the generation of overvoltage uCAnd the second stage stable alternating voltage is expressed at 0.5s to 0.6 s.
On the basis of the above method, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for providing a solution, as shown in fig. 5, including a data frame module, a data opposition module that implements data connection with the data frame module, and an opposition frame module that implements connection with the data opposition module, where the data frame module includes a failure data unit and a sorting unit, and the opposition frame module includes a correlation quantity unit and a data unit, where:
the data frame module is used for recording fault principles of different grounding modes of a neutral point in an equivalent circuit and realizing a data frame of the fault principles, the opposite frame module is used for collecting relevant quantity of line fault data and realizing a data frame of the relevant quantity, and the data opposite module is used for comparing the data frame module and the opposite frame module and finding out specific reasons of the fault data so as to establish a fault occurrence point.
The fault data unit is used for recording the occurrence probability of fault conditions of the neutral point under different grounding modes, the sequencing unit is arranged according to a descending order based on data formed by the fault data unit, the related quantity unit is used for recording the change data of capacitance and inductance of a fault phase and a non-fault phase in the line, the instant data of grounding or disconnection of the fault point, the grounding current and the duration of electric arc generation in the line, the stage of electric arc and the like when the line has a fault, and the data unit summarizes the line fault data inside one or more counties based on the total quantity of data formed by the related quantity unit.
Illustratively, in a neutral point equivalent circuit, due to the power supply protection effect, the switch is tripped, and under the condition that the neutral point is directly grounded, if a condition that one phase is grounded occurs, a large short-circuit current is caused, and the switch is directly tripped; and in the center point ungrounded system, once an electric wire is contacted with the ground, only capacitance current flows, when the capacitance current is less than 5A, the power supply can be allowed to not trip, if the power supply capacity of the ungrounded system is large, the power supply cable is long, after the capacitance current is more than 5A, once the electric wire is grounded, fault reasons such as power failure and the like must be tripped, after tripping, a tripping possibility list is established according to the reason of the neutral point grounding condition, then an equivalent circuit is switched on, line data such as the capacitance current of grounding in the circuit, whether an electric arc is generated and the like are detected, and then the line data which are also tripped are collected and summarized in one or more counties, so that the specific fault source of tripping can be obtained.
