The invention discloses a pre-meshing system for a gear of an automobile starter and a control method thereof, wherein the pre-meshing system consists of a starter, a gear pre-meshing device, an output gear and a hydraulic oil circuit, the gear pre-meshing device is arranged between the starter and the output gear and consists of a blade, a screw, a working cavity, a flat key and a working cavity partition plate, the blade and the output gear are sequentially and fixedly connected to the screw from left to right, the working cavity is divided into a left part and a right part by the working cavity partition plate, and an oil inlet of the working cavity is communicated with the hydraulic oil circuit. According to the invention, through the gear pre-meshing device, the tooth jacking phenomenon can be eliminated as much as possible, the output gear of the starter is ensured to be flexibly meshed with the flywheel gear ring of the engine, the service life of the output gear and the flywheel gear ring is prolonged, and the impact of the starter on the flywheel gear ring of the engine is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automobile starting of internal combustion engines, in particular to an automobile starter gear pre-meshing system and a control method thereof.
Background
In the starting process of the existing automobile, an ignition switch is shifted to a starting gear, an electromagnetic switch pulls a shifting fork to push a gear to advance, and when teeth of an output gear of a starter just aim at tooth grooves of a flywheel gear ring of an engine, the output gear is smoothly meshed with the flywheel gear ring; if the teeth of the output gear of the starter are not aligned with the tooth grooves of the flywheel gear ring, the tooth jacking phenomenon occurs, the electromagnetic switch continues to push forward at the moment, and pulls the torsion spring on the shifting fork, so that the output gear generates pressure on the flywheel gear ring and is pressed into the tooth grooves of the flywheel gear ring. If the situation frequently happens, the phenomena of tooth surface pitting, tooth surface gluing and the like are easily caused under frequent stress contact between the output gear and the flywheel gear ring, the service life of the gear and the flywheel gear ring is shortened, and due to rigid contact, stress sudden change exists, so that the stable starting of an automobile is not facilitated.

The method has the following defects: firstly, after the method finishes gear engagement, the starter works again, and the starting speed is slow; secondly, the power transmission part of the device is in transmission with a driven gear through a series of driving gears, the structure is complex, and the burden of starting the starter is increased.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the pre-engagement device adopts a hydraulic element, and the opening of a hydraulic oil way is controlled by the cooperation of a stroke displacement switch and a pressure switch; after the hydraulic oil way is opened, if the output gear is not meshed with the flywheel gear ring of the engine, the hydraulic oil impacts the blades to drive the screw to rotate, and the output gear fixedly connected with the tail end of the screw is meshed with the flywheel gear ring. Compared with a mechanical structure, the invention has small impact and can realize flexible meshing of the output gear and the flywheel gear ring.
2. Because the blades and the working cavity partition plate are made of plastic and the like, the weight is light, the starting load of the starter can be reduced in the process that the starter drives the pre-meshing device to start, and the load of the starter during starting can not be increased too much.
3. When the ignition switch is switched to a starting gear, the output shaft extends outwards, the concave section at the right end pushes the screw rod to move rightwards, and once the output gear at the tail end of the screw rod is meshed with the flywheel gear ring of the engine, the starter can immediately drive the engine to start. The output gear and the flywheel gear ring can be meshed while the starter works, and the starting time is shortened.

Detailed Description
The starter gear pre-meshing system and the control method thereof according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in figure 1, the automobile starter gear pre-meshing system is composed of a starter 1, a gear pre-meshing device 3, an output gear 4 and a hydraulic oil circuit, wherein the gear pre-meshing device 3 is composed of a blade 8, a screw rod 9, a working cavity 10, a flat key 11 and a working cavity partition plate 12. The hydraulic oil route is composed of a pressure switch 17, a stroke displacement switch 18, a hydraulic pump 6, a one-way valve 7 and a hydraulic oil cylinder.
The right end of an output shaft 2 of the starter 1 is concave inwards and abuts against the left end of a screw 9 (as shown in figure 2), when the output shaft 2 moves rightwards, the screw 9 is pushed out, and the screw 9 is fixedly connected with an output gear 4 after penetrating through a working cavity 10; the working cavity 10 is in a cylindrical shape, the moved working cavity partition plate 12 is divided into a left part and a right part, an oil inlet is formed in the upper end of the working cavity 10, and when the output gear 4 is not meshed with the engine flywheel gear ring 5, the oil inlet is located above the blade 8 and is in radial offset with the blade 8, so that the blade 8 is guaranteed to rotate clockwise when being impacted by hydraulic oil.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the working chamber partition plate 12 and the blade 8 are sequentially fixedly connected to the middle of the screw 9 from left to right, the left end of the screw 9 is provided with a key groove, a flat key 11 is arranged in the key groove, the flat key 11 can be pushed upwards into the key groove on the inner surface of the output shaft 2 from the key groove under the pressure of hydraulic oil, the output shaft 2 of the starter 1 is fixedly connected with the screw 9, and the torque of the starter 1 can be transmitted at the moment because the tail end of the screw 9 is provided with the fixedly connected output gear 4; the right end of the screw 9 is provided with threads, and when the screw 9 is driven by the blade 8 to rotate clockwise, the screw 9 can extend out rightwards; the working chamber partition plate 12 is a circular plate and can rotate and axially move along with the screw 9, and when the screw 9 axially moves, the working chamber partition plate 12 enables the oil inlet to be respectively aligned with the left part and the right part of the working chamber 10. An oil outlet is arranged at the lower end of the working cavity 10 and is connected with an oil storage tank 16 through a pipeline; the oil inlet is connected with a hydraulic pump 6 through a pipeline, a one-way valve 7 is arranged on the pipeline, the hydraulic pump 6 is connected with a hydraulic oil cylinder through a pipeline, a pressure switch 17 and a stroke displacement switch 18 which are connected in parallel are arranged on the pipeline between the hydraulic pump 6 and the hydraulic oil cylinder, and the pressure switch 17 and the stroke displacement switch 18 are used for coordinately controlling the opening or closing of a hydraulic oil circuit.
As shown in fig. 4, the blades 8 are rectangular and are uniformly arranged on the screw 9, the number of the blades 8 can be 6, 8, 10 and 12, and when the hydraulic oil path is opened, the blades 8 rotate clockwise under the impact of hydraulic oil, so that the screw 9 is driven to rotate. The blades 8 and the working chamber partition 12 are made of light materials such as plastics.
According to the invention, the gear pre-meshing device 3 is arranged between the starter 1 and the engine flywheel gear ring 5, so that the gear ejecting phenomenon can be eliminated to the greatest extent, the starter output gear 4 is ensured to be flexibly meshed with the engine flywheel gear ring 5, the service life of the output gear 4 and the flywheel gear ring 5 is prolonged, and the impact of the starter 1 on the engine flywheel gear ring 5 is reduced.
The working process of the pre-meshing system for the automobile starter gear comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 5, the ignition switch 13 is shifted to the starting gear, the electromagnetic coil of the starter is powered on, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force to attract the iron core 14 to move leftwards against the pulling force of the spring, the iron core 14 drives the upper end of the shifting fork 15 to move leftwards, and the lower end of the shifting fork 15 drives the output shaft 2 to move rightwards due to the positioning pin arranged in the middle of the shifting fork 15; because the right end of the output shaft 2 is concave, and the screw rod 9 extends into and abuts against the concave end face of the output shaft 2, the screw rod 9 is also pushed outwards, and therefore the output gear 4 moves outwards in the axial direction.
As shown in fig. 6, if the teeth of the output gear 4 are not aligned with the teeth grooves of the engine flywheel ring gear 5, the pressure switch 17 senses the axial pressure, the pressure switch 17 is opened, and the hydraulic circuit is communicated; the stroke of the screw 9 does not reach the stroke required by meshing, the working cavity partition plate 12 is positioned at the left end of the oil inlet, and the oil inlet is aligned to the right end of the working cavity 10; hydraulic oil flows into the right end of the working cavity 10 from the hydraulic oil cylinder through the hydraulic pump 6 and the one-way valve 7; since the oil inlet is axially aligned with but radially offset from the vane 8, the vane 8 rotates clockwise under the impact of the hydraulic oil. The output gear 4 also rotates clockwise and extends outward while rotating, completing the engagement with the flywheel ring gear 5. And because the working cavity partition plate 12 rotates along with the screw rod 9 and moves rightwards, the oil inlet is aligned with the left end of the working cavity 10, the hydraulic oil flows into the left end of the working cavity 10 and then flows into the flat key groove to jack the flat key 11 into the key groove on the inner surface of the output shaft 2, and the fixed connection of the output shaft 2 and the screw rod 9 is completed. Thus, the whole process of meshing the starter output gear 4 and the engine flywheel ring gear 5 is completed. After the output gear 4 is meshed with the flywheel gear ring 5, the output shaft 2 of the automobile starter drives the screw rod 9 to rotate, and the torque of the starter 1 can be transmitted at the moment because the output gear 4 fixedly connected with the tail end of the screw rod 9 is arranged.
If the teeth of the output gear 4 are exactly aligned with the teeth grooves of the engine flywheel ring gear 5, the output gear 4 and the flywheel ring gear 5 are completely engaged, as shown in fig. 7. At this time, the pressure switch 17 is not sensitive to the pressure of the flywheel ring gear 5 against the output gear 4, and therefore the pressure switch 17 is turned off; at the same time, the stroke displacement switch 18 judges that the output gear 4 is engaged with the engine flywheel ring gear 5 through the stroke of the output shaft 2, the stroke displacement switch 18 is opened, and the hydraulic circuit is communicated. The stroke of the screw 9 has reached the position of gear engagement, so that the working chamber partition 12 is also moved to the right of the oil inlet, which is now aligned with the left end of the working chamber 10. Hydraulic oil directly flows into the left end of the working cavity 10 from the hydraulic oil cylinder through the hydraulic pump 6 and the one-way valve 7, flows into the flat key groove, pushes the flat key 11 into the key groove on the inner surface of the output shaft 2, and completes the fixed connection of the output gear 4 and the screw 9, and the torque of the starter 1 can be transmitted at the moment because the tail end of the screw 9 is provided with the fixedly connected output gear 4.
In the whole starting process, the output gear 4 and the flywheel gear ring 5 have no rigid impact, the tooth jacking phenomenon can be eliminated to the greatest extent, the output gear 4 of the starter is ensured to be flexibly connected with the flywheel gear ring 5 of the engine, the service lives of the output gear 4 and the flywheel gear ring are prolonged, the impact of the starter 1 on the flywheel gear ring 5 of the engine is reduced, smooth combination is ensured, and the engine runs stably.
