技术领域
本发明涉及井工煤矿救助技术领域,尤其涉及一种煤矿水灾智能救助装置及使用方法。
背景技术
目前,矿井在建设和生产过程中,地面水和地下水通过各种通道涌入矿井,当矿井涌水超过正常排水能力时,就造成矿井水灾。矿井水灾(通常称为透水),是煤矿常见的主要灾害之一。一旦发生透水,不但影响矿井正常生产,而且有时还会造成人员伤亡,淹没矿井和采区,危害十分严重,矿井水对煤矿安全生产的影响,会造成顶板淋水,巷道积水,老空区积水使工作面及其附近巷道空气潮湿,工作环境恶化,影响工人身体健康,使排水费用增加,生产效率降低,开采成本提高,导致井下各种生产设备,设施腐蚀和锈蚀,使用寿命缩短,突然发生大量涌水时,轻则造成生产环境恶劣或局部停产,重则直接危害及工人生命和造成国家财产损失,影响煤炭资源的回收和煤炭质量,所以做好矿井防水工作,是保证矿井安全生产的重要内容之一,目前市面上还没有一种在煤矿矿洞内发生水灾时能够帮助工作人员智能救助逃生的设备。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种煤矿水灾智能救助装置,在煤矿矿洞内发生水灾时工作人员能及时按下按钮启动装置,装置能通过卷线器伸出弹性夹层面料对涌出的水流进行阻挡,其内部的吸水树脂能够瞬间膨胀对水流起到延缓流动的作用,给工作人员给予尽可能长的逃生时间。

一种煤矿水灾智能救助装置的使用方法,其步骤如下:
一、安装:将箱体一左端紧贴矿洞左端内壁,将箱体二整体镶嵌进矿洞右端内部,使得箱体二左端与矿洞右端内壁平齐,将装置在矿洞中进行纵向阵列安装,然后利用套筒扳手(可以参考老式拖拉机钥匙)套住菱形柱转动手柄,菱形柱转动带动蜗杆转动,蜗杆转动齿轮一转动,齿轮一转动带动带动筒体一转动,筒体一转动带动正旋螺纹和反旋螺纹转动,正旋螺纹和反旋螺纹转动分别带动筒体二和筒体三朝着筒体顶部和底部滑动,当控制芯片感应到动筒体一转动时控制电机一和电机二运行,电机一和电机二运动带动钻头一和钻头二转动,当继续通过套筒扳手转动菱形柱时,钻头一和钻头二会分别穿过通孔一和通孔二钻入对矿洞底部和顶部进行钻入固定,当筒体二和筒体三滑动到最大行程时电机一和电机二停止运行;
二、运行:在对煤矿进行开采发生水灾时,工人通过箱体一和箱体二之间的距离进行逃生,当工人来到箱体一后方时迅速按动控制按钮,当按钮被按下时控制芯片控制热成像摄像头对前方进行扫描,当扫描后未发现有人存在时则控制电机三运行,电机三运动带动螺杆旋转,螺杆旋转带动固定柱朝着箱体二方向滑动,固定柱滑动带动弹性夹层面料从卷线器中抽出,当凸起块经过进口进入到箱体二内部与凹槽啮合时,气缸一伸出,气缸一伸出带动固定板向上运动,固定板向上运动带动固定块向上运动,固定块向上运动带动齿条向上运动,齿条向上运动带动与之相啮合的齿轮二旋转,齿轮二旋转带动转轴一旋转,转轴一旋转带动凹槽旋转,凹槽旋转带动与之相啮合的凸起块旋转180°,凸起块旋转带动T形柱旋转180°,T形柱右端与箱体二左端内壁卡住;
三、救生:当矿洞内的水流冲击弹性夹层面料时,一部分水被吸水树脂吸收,吸水树脂吸收后膨胀能够减缓水流的涌出的速度,给予工作人员逃生的时间,通孔能够适当引流一部分水,防止水压过大对弹性夹层面料进损害。
本发明有益的效果是:本发明结构简单,操作简便,安装时只需转动菱形柱便可通过钻头一和钻头二将设备有效的固定在矿洞内部,在水灾发生装置被人工开启时,能够判断前方有无未逃生人员,伸出的弹性夹层面料能够通过其内部的吸水树脂有效的形成沙袋的作用减缓水流前进,在水灾未发生时弹性夹层面料能够通过卷线器进行收纳,不阻碍工作人员的通行。

参照附图1、2、3、4、5、6:本实施例中这种煤矿水灾智能救助装置,包括箱体一1,所述箱体一1前端固定安装有热成像摄像头28,所述箱体一1后端固定安装有控制按钮29,所述箱体一1顶部内壁和底部内壁中心分别设有连通外界的通孔一3和通孔二36,所述箱体一1内壁顶部和底部活动连接有顶部和底部连通外界的筒体一2,所述箱体一1内壁底部设有控制芯片21,所述筒体一2上半部份内壁和下半部分内壁分别设有正旋螺纹26和反旋螺纹22,所述筒体一2上半部分内壁之间螺纹连接有顶部与外界连通的筒体二25,所述筒体二25底部内壁固定安装有电机一24,所述电机一24顶部固定安装有钻头一4,所述钻头一4中心轴线与通孔一3中心轴线对齐,所述筒体一2下半部分内壁之间螺纹连接有底部与外界连通的筒体三33,所述筒体三33顶部内壁固定安装有电机二34,所述电机二34底部固定安装有钻头二35,所述钻头二35中心轴线与通孔二36中心轴线对齐,所述筒体一2中部外侧固定安装有齿轮一23,所述齿轮一23右端啮合有蜗杆5,所述蜗杆5前端与箱体一1前端内壁活动连接,所述蜗杆5后端穿过箱体一1后端内壁到达箱体一1后方外,所述蜗杆5后端密封连接有菱形柱30,所述箱体一1右端内部设有右端连通外界的长槽一6,所述长槽一6顶部内壁和底部活动连接有卷线器7,所述卷线器7外侧固定连接有弹性夹层面料8,所述弹性夹层面料8内部阵列分布有连通外界的通孔38,所述弹性夹层面料8内部均匀填充有吸水树脂27,所述弹性夹层面料8远离箱体一1一端固定安装有固定柱9,所述固定柱9长度超过弹性夹层面料8,所述固定柱9右端通过轴承活动连接有阵列分布的T形柱32,所述T形柱32右端固定安装有长度小于T形柱子的凸起块31,所述箱体一1右方设有箱体二11,所述箱体二11上半部分内壁之间固定安装有支撑板37,所述支撑板37顶部固定安装有电机三12,所述电机三12左端安装有螺杆10,所述螺杆10左端依次穿过箱体二11左端内壁和固定柱9后与箱体1右端上半部分活动连接,所述固定柱9和螺杆10滑动连接,所述箱体二11右端内壁通过轴承活动连接有阵列分布转轴一14,所述转轴一14左端设有与凸起块31相配合的凹槽16,所述转轴一14中部外侧固定安装有齿轮二13,所述齿轮二13前端啮合有齿条15,所述齿条15底部固定安装有固定块18,所述固定块18底部固定安装有固定板19,所述固定板19底部固定安装有与箱体二11底部固定连接的气缸一20,所述箱体二11左端内壁对应转轴一14位置阵列分布有进口17。
参照附图1、2、3、4、5、6:一种煤矿水灾智能救助装置的使用方法,其步骤如下:
一、安装:将箱体一1左端紧贴矿洞左端内壁,将箱体二11整体镶嵌进矿洞右端内部,使得箱体二11左端与矿洞右端内壁平齐,将装置在矿洞中进行纵向阵列安装,然后利用套筒扳手(可以参考老式拖拉机钥匙)套住菱形柱30转动手柄,菱形柱30转动带动蜗杆5转动,蜗杆5转动齿轮一23转动,齿轮一23转动带动带动筒体一2转动,筒体一2转动带动正旋螺纹26和反旋螺纹22转动,正旋螺纹26和反旋螺纹22转动分别带动筒体二25和筒体三33朝着筒体1顶部和底部滑动,当控制芯片21感应到动筒体一2转动时控制电机一24和电机二34运行,电机一24和电机二34运动带动钻头一4和钻头二35转动,当继续通过套筒扳手转动菱形柱30时,钻头一4和钻头二35会分别穿过通孔一3和通孔二36钻入对矿洞底部和顶部进行钻入固定,当筒体二25和筒体三33滑动到最大行程时电机一24和电机二34停止运行;
二、运行:在对煤矿进行开采发生水灾时,工人通过箱体一1和箱体二11之间的距离进行逃生,当工人来到箱体一1后方时迅速按动控制按钮29,当按钮29被按下时控制芯片21控制热成像摄像头28对前方进行扫描,当扫描后未发现有人存在时则控制电机三12运行,电机三12运动带动螺杆10旋转,螺杆10旋转带动固定柱9朝着箱体二11方向滑动,固定柱9滑动带动弹性夹层面料8从卷线器7中抽出,当凸起块31经过进口17进入到箱体二11内部与凹槽16啮合时,气缸一20伸出,气缸一20伸出带动固定板19向上运动,固定板19向上运动带动固定块18向上运动,固定块18向上运动带动齿条15向上运动,齿条15向上运动带动与之相啮合的齿轮二13旋转,齿轮二13旋转带动转轴一14旋转,转轴一14旋转带动凹槽16旋转,凹槽16旋转带动与之相啮合的凸起块31旋转180°,凸起块31旋转带动T形柱32旋转180°,T形柱32右端与箱体二11左端内壁卡住;
三、救生:当矿洞内的水流冲击弹性夹层面料8时,一部分水被吸水树脂27吸收,吸水树脂27吸收后膨胀能够减缓水流的涌出的速度,给予工作人员逃生的时间,通孔38能够适当引流一部分水,防止水压过大对弹性夹层面料8进损害。
虽然本发明已通过参考优选的实施例进行了图示和描述,但是,本专业普通技术人员应当了解,在权利要求书的范围内,可作形式和细节上的各种各样变化。

1.一种煤矿水灾智能救助装置,包括箱体一(1),其特征是:所述箱体一(1)前端固定安装有热成像摄像头(28),所述箱体一(1)后端固定安装有控制按钮(29),所述箱体一(1)顶部内壁和底部内壁中心分别设有连通外界的通孔一(3)和通孔二(36),所述箱体一(1)内壁顶部和底部活动连接有顶部和底部连通外界的筒体一(2),所述箱体一(1)内壁底部设有控制芯片(21),所述筒体一(2)上半部份内壁和下半部分内壁分别设有正旋螺纹(26)和反旋螺纹(22),所述筒体一(2)上半部分内壁之间螺纹连接有顶部与外界连通的筒体二(25),所述筒体二(25)底部内壁固定安装有电机一(24),所述电机一(24)顶部固定安装有钻头一(4),所述钻头一(4)中心轴线与通孔一(3)中心轴线对齐,所述筒体一(2)下半部分内壁之间螺纹连接有底部与外界连通的筒体三(33),所述筒体三(33)顶部内壁固定安装有电机二(34),所述电机二(34)底部固定安装有钻头二(35),所述钻头二(35)中心轴线与通孔二(36)中心轴线对齐,所述筒体一(2)中部外侧固定安装有齿轮一(23),所述齿轮一(23)右端啮合有蜗杆(5),所述蜗杆(5)前端与箱体一(1)前端内壁活动连接,所述蜗杆(5)后端穿过箱体一(1)后端内壁到达箱体一(1)后方外,所述蜗杆(5)后端密封连接有菱形柱(30),所述箱体一(1)右端内部设有右端连通外界的长槽一(6),所述长槽一(6)顶部内壁和底部活动连接有卷线器(7),所述卷线器(7)外侧固定连接有弹性夹层面料(8),所述弹性夹层面料(8)内部阵列分布有连通外界的通孔(38),所述弹性夹层面料(8)内部均匀填充有吸水树脂(27),所述弹性夹层面料(8)远离箱体一(1)一端固定安装有固定柱(9),所述固定柱(9)长度超过弹性夹层面料(8),所述固定柱(9)右端通过轴承活动连接有阵列分布的T形柱(32),所述T形柱(32)右端固定安装有长度小于T形柱子的凸起块(31),所述箱体一(1)右方设有箱体二(11),所述箱体二(11)上半部分内壁之间固定安装有支撑板(37),所述支撑板(37)顶部固定安装有电机三(12),所述电机三(12)左端安装有螺杆(10),所述螺杆(10)左端依次穿过箱体二(11)左端内壁和固定柱(9)后与箱体(1)右端上半部分活动连接,所述固定柱(9)和螺杆(10)滑动连接,所述箱体二(11)右端内壁通过轴承活动连接有阵列分布转轴一(14),所述转轴一(14)左端设有与凸起块(31)相配合的凹槽(16),所述转轴一(14)中部外侧固定安装有齿轮二(13),所述齿轮二(13)前端啮合有齿条(15),所述齿条(15)底部固定安装有固定块(18),所述固定块(18)底部固定安装有固定板(19),所述固定板(19)底部固定安装有与箱体二(11)底部固定连接的气缸一(20),所述箱体二(11)左端内壁对应转轴一(14)位置阵列分布有进口(17)。
2.一种煤矿水灾智能救助装置的使用方法,其步骤如下:
一、安装:将箱体一(1)左端紧贴矿洞左端内壁,将箱体二(11)整体镶嵌进矿洞右端内部,使得箱体二(11)左端与矿洞右端内壁平齐,将装置在矿洞中进行纵向阵列安装,然后利用套筒扳手(可以参考老式拖拉机钥匙)套住菱形柱(30)转动手柄,菱形柱(30)转动带动蜗杆(5)转动,蜗杆(5)转动齿轮一(23)转动,齿轮一(23)转动带动带动筒体一(2)转动,筒体一(2)转动带动正旋螺纹(26)和反旋螺纹(22)转动,正旋螺纹(26)和反旋螺纹(22)转动分别带动筒体二(25)和筒体三(33)朝着筒体(1)顶部和底部滑动,当控制芯片(21)感应到动筒体一(2)转动时控制电机一(24)和电机二(34)运行,电机一(24)和电机二(34)运动带动钻头一(4)和钻头二(35)转动,当继续通过套筒扳手转动菱形柱(30)时,钻头一(4)和钻头二(35)会分别穿过通孔一(3)和通孔二(36)钻入对矿洞底部和顶部进行钻入固定,当筒体二(25)和筒体三(33)滑动到最大行程时电机一(24)和电机二(34)停止运行;
二、运行:在对煤矿进行开采发生水灾时,工人通过箱体一(1)和箱体二(11)之间的距离进行逃生,当工人来到箱体一(1)后方时迅速按动控制按钮(29),当按钮(29)被按下时控制芯片(21)控制热成像摄像头(28)对前方进行扫描,当扫描后未发现有人存在时则控制电机三(12)运行,电机三(12)运动带动螺杆(10)旋转,螺杆(10)旋转带动固定柱(9)朝着箱体二(11)方向滑动,固定柱(9)滑动带动弹性夹层面料(8)从卷线器(7)中抽出,当凸起块(31)经过进口(17)进入到箱体二(11)内部与凹槽(16)啮合时,气缸一(20)伸出,气缸一(20)伸出带动固定板(19)向上运动,固定板(19)向上运动带动固定块(18)向上运动,固定块(18)向上运动带动齿条(15)向上运动,齿条(15)向上运动带动与之相啮合的齿轮二(13)旋转,齿轮二(13)旋转带动转轴一(14)旋转,转轴一(14)旋转带动凹槽(16)旋转,凹槽(16)旋转带动与之相啮合的凸起块(31)旋转180°,凸起块(31)旋转带动T形柱(32)旋转180°,T形柱(32)右端与箱体二(11)左端内壁卡住;
三、救生:当矿洞内的水流冲击弹性夹层面料(8)时,一部分水被吸水树脂(27)吸收,吸水树脂(27)吸收后膨胀能够减缓水流的涌出的速度,给予工作人员逃生的时间,通孔(38)能够适当引流一部分水,防止水压过大对弹性夹层面料(8)进损害。
