Firstly, pouring a proper amount of clear water into a water storage box 19, leading the clear water to flow into the wet cotton wiper 22 along a water seepage groove 21, wetting the wet cotton wiper 22, leading two control rods 23 to move close to each other and leading two clamping rods 16 to compress elastic sheets 24 to move towards the insides of fixed blocks 15, then respectively clamping the two fixed blocks 15 into the insides of clamping grooves 9 at the left side and the right side of a main support plate 1, loosening the control rods 23, leading the clamping rods 16 to be clamped into the insides of the clamping grooves 9 under the pushing of the elastic sheets 24, fixing the fixed blocks 15 in the clamping grooves 9, leading the wet cotton wiper 22 and the dry cotton wiper 14 to be fixed in the main support plate 1, finally leading a driving wheel 10 and an auxiliary wheel 17 to be contacted with the outer surface of a distribution box, moving the distribution box cleaning device according to the direction from the auxiliary wheel 17 to the driving wheel 10, leading the driving wheel 10 to rotate to drive a, cleaning roller 7 stirs the dust on the block terminal surface to dust guard 11 direction and cleans the block terminal accumulated dust on the surface, wet cotton 22 of wiping simultaneously wets and clears up the remaining spot on the block terminal to the position that cleaning roller 7 cleared up, dry cotton 14 of wiping at last wipes wet cotton 22 the water stain that leaves on the block terminal and wipes and clear up the block terminal once more, dust guard 11 keeps off the whole check of the dust that cleaning roller 7 cleaning process was raised in the inside of dust guard 11, avoid the cleaning in-process dust to fly upward.
