When a user initiatively initiates a service request through voice, the home intelligent service robot carries out user natural semantic analysis through the voice recognition and synthesis module and matches with services available to an intelligent child-care system carried by the home intelligent service robot, user service request content and target users are recognized, meanwhile, the service request content is sent to a cloud computing center through a network, a user image subsystem deployed in the cloud computing center matches the target users, a matching result of the user image and the user service request jointly generate service content matched with the user request, if the service request of the user has ambiguity, an intelligent child-care cloud service system of the cloud computing service center inquires the user through the home intelligent service robot about limiting conditions to accurately recognize the user request and generate accurate service content, the cloud computing center returns the service content to the home intelligent service robot after the service content is determined, the home intelligent service robot finds the target users through a self motion control system and an algorithm, and the service content is converted into voice through the voice recognition and synthesis module to output the service result to the target users. If the output service result can not meet the user requirement or the corresponding solution can not be found in the intelligent child care service system, starting the manual service, and after the manual service is finished, adding the corresponding solution into the intelligent child care service system. When the intelligent child-care cloud service system needs to actively provide services for users, firstly, the services to be initiated and target users are pushed to the home intelligent service robot, after the home robot finds the target users, the home robot actively initiates service requests to the target users, and converts service contents into voices through the voice recognition and synthesis module to output the service contents to the target users, and in the service process, if the users or the intelligent child-care cloud service system need to perform further interaction, the service is completed through the home intelligent service robot.
In addition, the mobile terminal APP of the intelligent child care cloud service system can be installed on mobile terminals such as mobile phones and tablet computers to provide services for users. When a user initiatively initiates a service request, the user inputs a service request in a mobile terminal APP or operates the service request through a mobile terminal APP function menu guide button, the intelligent child-care cloud service system identifies the service request content of the user according to the input service request content of the user in the mobile terminal APP or the service direction of the mobile terminal APP function menu guide button, the mobile terminal APP sends the service request content and user mobile phone information to a cloud computing center through a network, a user image subsystem deployed in the cloud computing center matches a target user, a matching result of the user image and the user service request together generate service content matched with the user request, if the service request of the user has ambiguity, an intelligent child-care cloud service system of the cloud computing service center inquires limiting conditions to the user through the mobile terminal APP so as to accurately identify the user request and generate accurate service content, after the service content is determined, the cloud computing center returns the service content result to the mobile terminal APP, if the output service result cannot meet the user request or a corresponding solution cannot be found in the intelligent child-care service system, manual service is started, and the corresponding artificial service is newly added to the intelligent child-care service system after the artificial service is completed. When the intelligent child-care cloud service system needs to actively provide services for users, firstly, the services to be initiated and the target users are pushed to the mobile terminal APP, the users are reminded to review, and in the service process, if the users or the intelligent child-care cloud service system need to perform further interaction, the services and the target users are completed through the mobile terminal APP.

The intelligent child-care cloud service system is characterized by comprising a user image subsystem, wherein the user image subsystem is used for collecting user identity information, user attribute information, a user psychological model, a fetal and infant development model, service content and feedback used by a user, and establishing a user image according to the user identity information, the user attribute information, the user psychological model, the fetal and infant development model, the service content used by the user and the feedback information;
the development and nutrition subsystem is used for providing nutrition guidance services for users according to development models, development rules, development stages and required nutrition of fetuses and infants;
the health guidance subsystem is used for providing corresponding health guidance services for users in the pregnancy stage and the child-care stage;
the psychological intervention subsystem is used for evaluating psychological states of the user in the pregnancy stage and the postpartum stage, identifying causes of psychological risks, performing psychological early warning on the user with the risks according to psychological state evaluation results, and providing psychological relief guiding service and psychological consultation service for the user;
the development evaluation and guidance subsystem is used for evaluating the development condition of the fetus at the pregnancy stage and the development condition of the infant in the child-bearing process, identifying weak links or potential risks in the development process, and providing improved guidance service for users by combining the psychological state evaluation result and the psychological risk incentive identification result;
the education subsystem is used for providing prenatal education guiding service for the user and the fetus and providing early education guiding service for the infant by combining with the development evaluation result of the infant;
the intelligent child-care cloud service system interacts with a user through a front-end service terminal;
the user image subsystem includes:
the user identity information acquisition module is used for acquiring user identity information and updated information of the user in different child-raising stages;
the user attribute information acquisition module is used for acquiring user attribute information;
the system comprises a user psychological model acquisition module, a psychological intervention subsystem and a user psychological model management module, wherein the user psychological model acquisition module is used for acquiring psychological state evaluation results obtained after the psychological intervention subsystem evaluates the psychological states of the user, incentive types with psychological risks and user psychological indexes pointed by high-frequency services of the user in the service process, and establishing a psychological state model related to the user;
the development evaluation acquisition module is used for acquiring development evaluation and guiding subsystem to establish a development model of the fetus or infant on the development evaluation results of the fetus and infant;
the user use service tracking and predicting module is used for tracking the service content used by the user and the feedback or in-use service content thereof, and predicting the requirement of the user according to the service content used by the user and the feedback or in-use service content thereof;
the user big data prediction module is used for establishing a big data model according to the service used by the user group of the similar user portraits and the evaluation thereof, and predicting the user demand trend according to the big data model;
the health guidance subsystem includes:
the pregnancy stage health guidance service module is used for providing matters needing to be noted in the pregnancy stage and possibly occurring changes and discomfort for the user, and simultaneously providing whether the discomfort occurring in the pregnancy process is normal or not for the user, and informing the user that the user is normal if the discomfort is normal; if not, providing instruction service for relieving discomfort for the user;
the child care stage health guidance service module is used for providing user care guidance services after birth and infant care guidance services for users.
2. The intelligent child-care cloud service system of claim 1, wherein the development and nutrition subsystem comprises:
the nutrition guidance service module is used for providing nutrition and diet guidance services for users according to the development rule of fetuses in combination with user figures;
the nutrition guidance service module is used for providing nutrition and diet guidance services for users according to the development rule of infants and combining user figures.
3. The intelligent child care cloud service system of claim 1, wherein the health guidance subsystem further comprises:
the problem consultation module is used for matching the problems initiated by the user with the user portrait and the current stage of the user according to the problems initiated by the user, searching whether a targeted solution exists in a database of the system, outputting a corresponding solution if the targeted solution exists, inquiring whether the user is effective for the output solution, completing the service if the user is effective, starting the manual service if the user is ineffective, carrying out online answer by a background health expert through the online health consultation module, and storing the problems initiated by the user and the solutions answered by the background health expert in the database; if the targeted solution is not found in the database, directly starting the manual service, carrying out online answer by the background health expert through the online health inquiry module, and storing the problem initiated by the user and the solution answered by the background health expert in the database;
and the online health inquiry module is used for providing online health inquiry service for the user.

The intelligent child-care cloud service system of claim 3, wherein the question consultation module interacts with the user through the front-end service terminal to define conditions of the raised questions when the user initiates the questions, so as to accurately identify the initiated questions of the user.
5. The intelligent child-care cloud service system of claim 4, wherein the problem consulting module is further operable to establish a user eating habit model based on user-initiated diet-related problems and a user behavior habit model based on user-initiated behavior-related problems.
6. The intelligent child-care cloud service system of claim 1, wherein the psychological intervention subsystem comprises:
the psychological state assessment module is used for assessing the psychological state of the user in the pregnancy stage and the child-bearing stage, identifying the incentive type with psychological risk, and assessing the psychological state according to the index or content pointed by the high frequency of the user in the service providing process of the system;
the psychological early warning module is used for judging whether the psychological state of the user has risks according to the psychological state evaluation result in the psychological state evaluation module of the user, and if so, early warning is carried out on the psychological state of the user;
the psychological relief module is used for providing guiding suggestions and corresponding services for relieving psychological stress for users with psychological risks;
and the online psychological doctor module is used for providing online psychological consultation and assessment services for the user.
7. The intelligent child-care cloud service system of claim 1, wherein the development assessment and guidance subsystem comprises:
the development index management module is used for managing index systems, test items, evaluation methods and index reference values of fetuses and infants;
the development evaluation module is used for evaluating the fetus and infant according to the test items and the evaluation method, comparing the evaluation result with the index reference value and identifying weak links or potential risks in the development process;
and the development guidance service module is used for providing improved guidance service for the user according to the weak links or the potential risks identified by the development evaluation module.
8. The intelligent child-care cloud service system of claim 1, wherein the educational subsystem comprises:
the antenatal training module comprises an antenatal training program sub-module, a present antenatal training sub-module, an antenatal training demonstration sub-module and a program execution sub-module, wherein the antenatal training module is used for providing the user with the antenatal training in the pregnancy stage;
the language interaction early education module displays pictures, characters and videos through the front-end service terminal to perform language interaction with infants, recognizes, evaluates and corrects the voices of the infants in the interaction, and formulates a personalized early education scheme according to the language development capability of the infants;
the habit interaction early education module displays behavior habits in various simulation scenes to infants through a front-end service terminal, interacts with the infants in a mode of guiding the infants to answer questions, and then recognizes, evaluates and corrects the answers of the infants;
the education guiding module is used for providing the antenatal training guiding service for the user and providing the targeted early education guiding service for the user according to the development evaluation result obtained by the development evaluation and guiding subsystem.
9. The intelligent child-care cloud service system of claim 1, further comprising an online mall subsystem, the online mall subsystem comprising:
the user child-care product demand model module is used for establishing a user child-care product demand model according to the child-care product demand rules of each child-care stage of the user and combining user figures;
the user child care product matching recommendation module is used for firstly carrying out attribute identification on child care product types provided by merchants according to the dimension of the user child care product demand model, matching and recommending the user child care product demand model with the child care product identifications provided by the merchants, and updating the user child care product demand model and the child care product matching recommendation algorithm according to whether the user accepts the recommendation and the satisfaction degree of the acceptance recommendation;
