The current education direction in China is as follows: (1) internet education; (2) family education; (3) early childhood development; (4) and (5) cultivating early education capability.
Early physical and mental development of children aged 0-6 years is a major concern for all countries around the world for a long time. Early child development can affect future education and life trajectories of children for a long time. Meanwhile, the most important period of human brain development is 0-6 years old, the development state of the period plays an important role in potential development of human in all aspects, the psychological behavior problems of children face challenges at the moment, the overall detectable rate ranges from 5.88% to 68.5%, and the specific expression forms are various. Children 3-6 years of age are primarily manifested by aggression, fission, social withdrawal, depression, hyperactivity, discipline, physical complaints, sexual problems, immaturity, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, conduct disorder, learning disorder, and the like. Problems that occur in children aged 0-2 years include social withdrawal, disruptive behavior, aggression, physical complaints, sleep disturbances, depression, and involuntary movement. If the parents take unreasonable education, anxiety hormones can be induced to the children, thereby influencing the development of key areas of the brain of the children. Therefore, it is important to provide children with scientific and healthy education and growth environments in early stages in order to ensure the healthy development of children in early stages.
At present, China lacks systematic and structured overall service content for early development of children, works in all aspects of early development of children in the market are different in ground engaging, the popularity is weak, meanwhile, online psychological consultation resources are limited, one-to-one online psychological consultation services lack training and practice for actual teaching and nursing capacity of parents, attention and adjustment on mental health of nurturing persons are lacked, and systematic training content and an evaluation system are lacked. In general, the problems existing in the similar technical schemes of the present invention are as follows: 1) limited psychological resources; 2) lack of attention to the mental health of nurturing people; 3) training for teaching ability lacks systematic structural property; 4) the intelligent and flexible child early physical and mental development service system covering all-around content is lacked. In order to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for intervening in mental health of children aged 0-6 years, as shown in fig. 1, the method including:
step S101, acquiring interactive data of a user and children;
step S102, analyzing the interactive data according to a preset rule to obtain an evaluation result;
and step S103, adopting corresponding psychological intervention schemes for different children according to the evaluation result.
Specifically, the collecting of the interaction data of the user includes: the method comprises the steps that teaching interactive capacity data of a user, teaching assessment data of the user, psychological data of the user, physiological data of the user and teaching behavior action data of the user are projected according to the psychological state of children, and more specifically, a man-machine interactive question-answer design is a method for observing and measuring according to professional teaching capacity, and teaching interactive capacity of the user on speech communication, response, reading, cognition, social contact, emotion and physiological development is obtained; estimating the education mode by using a parent education mode scale; acquiring physiological data of a user, such as heartbeat, skin electricity and skin temperature, by using voice and Internet of things equipment to feed back the emotional state of a foster; projecting the psychological state of the children by using online projection tests/games and feeding back the effect of the parent education behaviors; according to the evaluation content of the clinical consultation, the mental condition information of the user is collected, such as the mental state, the past mental history, the life major events and the like of the user. It should be noted that the user interaction data collected by the embodiment of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, the above examples.
Collecting interaction data of a child, comprising: the system comprises psychological data of children, physiological data of children, behavior data of children, capability development data of children, growth and development data of children, and more specifically, the psychological data, behavior data and physiological data of users and children are collected according to children consultation detection, children observation and evaluation and psychological consultation technology. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: acquiring development data of children such as cognition, language, motion, emotion, social contact and the like according to the standard of children growth monitoring; according to the growth and development screening and psychological development requirement standards of children, key characteristics including social ability, perception and movement ability, cognitive ability, speech ability and the like in all development stages of the children are collected, and specifically, the key characteristics include eye contact, grasping and the like. It should be noted that the child interaction data collected by the embodiment of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, the above examples.
And analyzing all the collected interactive data through preset rules (diagnosis standards, projection feedback standards, evaluation standards, individual case conceptualization technologies and the like) according to the collected user data, and outputting corresponding evaluation results. Wherein the corresponding evaluation result comprises the physical and mental conditions of the children, the physical and mental health of the users and the like.
Providing psychological service according to the obtained evaluation result, adjusting a weight factor on psychological intervention according to the evaluation result, determining a corresponding training plan, and obtaining a corresponding psychological intervention scheme. (3) Assessment of foster education ability
The ability of the breeder is evaluated primarily from two aspects, including the response to the child and the interaction initiated by the breeder. The detail dimensions include language and communication, cognitive ability, social and emotional development, physiological development, and early literacy. The method comprises the steps of determining factor weights aiming at improvement of the teaching ability aiming at data results of various factor dimensions of the teaching ability of a foster and data results of child growth development detection and development ability assessment, intelligently calculating a training plan aiming at improvement of the teaching ability of the foster, comprising corresponding parent-child activities, training courses (such as childbearing system courses), intelligent consultation (human-computer interactive childbearing trouble solving) and the like, accurately improving the teaching ability of the foster, and providing a good growth environment for early development of children.
(4) Assessment of mental health of breeders
The method mainly aims at cognitive graphic representation, behavior characteristics and diagnosis results related to mental health data results of a user according to evaluation results of several mental health dimensions of the nurturing person, such as emotional health, social relations, working pressure, family relations and the like, meanwhile balances results of child development ability evaluation, growth and development detection and nurturing person teaching ability evaluation, adjusts the above promotion training plan, increases mental intervention training (such as solving of child care troubles in human-computer interaction, healing function in a human-computer interaction mode and the like), and ensures that the mental health of the nurturing person meets requirements of child health growth environment.
