Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a control object recognition system suitable for a home control device may be referred to as a recognition system hereinafter, and the control device in the embodiment of the present invention may be a remote controller, a control panel of a smart home, or other touch-control or button-type control device.
A control object recognition method applied to a home control device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a control object identification method for a home control device according to an embodiment of the present invention is schematically shown. As shown in fig. 1, the method of an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps S101 to S103.
S101, when a touch sensor carried by a control device monitors an operator holding the control device, initial control data of the operator initially holding the control device are obtained.
Specifically, when a touch sensor carried by the control device monitors an operator holding the control device, the identification system may acquire initial control data of the operator initially holding the control device. It will be appreciated that the control device may incorporate a variety of touch sensors for capturing the response actions taken by the operator when the control device is held.
In an alternative embodiment, the initial control data may include an initial contact state of the operator and initial contact characteristic data, wherein the initial contact characteristic data includes a contact characteristic point and a contact area of the contact characteristic point. It will be appreciated that the initial contact state may be the manner in which the operator has just touched the touch control device, and may be, for example, an abnormal state (the palm of the hand touches the control panel entirely or the palm of the hand presses a key of the remote controller entirely) or a normal state (the finger purposefully presses the start button). The contact feature point may be a body part, such as a finger, palm, fist, tooth, etc., that contacts the control device, and the contact area may be a contact area between the contact feature point and the control device.
In alternative embodiments, the contact surface may be an irregular pattern and the recognition system may calculate the contact area using interpolation, integration, cubic spline, or other area calculation algorithms.
And S102, determining identity information of the operator according to the initial control data.
Specifically, the identification system may determine the identity information of the operator according to the initial control data, it is understood that the identity information may be group information to which the operator belongs (for example, may be adult or juvenile groups determined according to age or normal and abnormal groups determined according to intelligence) rather than a specific unique identity (for example, name or identification card number, etc.), and the identification information may be divided by the identification system according to age and/or intelligence. In particular, operators who are less than a preset age threshold and/or less than a preset mental threshold may be non-active operators, which may be people who do not have the ability to operate the control device properly. The predetermined age threshold may be 3 years or 4 years, and the predetermined intelligence level may be a normal range of intelligence defined by an intelligence quotient score, or a range of intelligence determined by other rules that is abundant in normal persons.
In an alternative embodiment, the identification system may preliminarily determine the age range of the operator according to the contact area of the contact feature point, for example, the contact feature point is a finger pad, the corresponding contact area is 0.25 square centimeter, the owner of the finger may be considered as a child, and the age range may be under 3 years. Further, the identification system may determine that the operator is an invalid operator when the age range is smaller than a preset age threshold, for example, if the set age threshold is 5 years, the operator with the age range below 3 years is determined to be an invalid operator.
It should be noted that the age range does not accurately define whether the operator is actually provided with the ability to operate the control device, and the recognition system may further determine the intelligence level of the operator based on the initial contact state, and determine that the operator is a non-valid operator when the intelligence level does not meet the preset intelligence level. For example, when the initial contact state is an abnormal state, the intelligence level of the operator may be considered not to satisfy the preset intelligence level, and the operator may be determined to be an invalid operator. Alternatively, a child of a younger age may be a person with a control device having a capability of operating a control device whose wisdom is developing faster, i.e. when the age range is less than a predetermined age threshold, but the intelligence level meets a predetermined intelligence level, the operator may be considered to be a valid operator.
And S103, outputting an operation inhibition instruction when the identity information indicates that the operator is a non-valid operator.
Specifically, when the identity information indicates that the operator is a non-valid operator, the identification system may output an operation prohibition instruction to enable the control device to be in a prohibition operation state, that is, to lock the control device, so as to avoid misoperation.
In the embodiment of the invention, the control data of the operator is acquired through the sensor carried by the control device, and the identity of the operator is identified through the control data, so that the operation control of an invalid operator is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
A control object recognition system for a home control device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 to 4. It should be noted that, the identification systems shown in fig. 2 to fig. 4 are used for executing the method of the embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 1, for convenience of description, only the parts related to the embodiment of the present invention are shown, and details of the specific technology are not disclosed, please refer to the embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the recognition system 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a control data acquisition module 101, an identity recognition module 102, an instruction output module 103 and a valid identity confirmation module 104.
The control data acquiring module 101 is configured to acquire initial control data of an operator initially holding the control device when the touch sensor carried by the control device monitors the operator holding the control device.
In a specific implementation, when a touch sensor carried by the control device monitors an operator holding the control device, the control data acquisition module 101 may acquire initial control data of the control device initially held by the operator.
And the identity recognition module 102 is used for determining identity information of the operator according to the initial control data.
In a specific implementation, the identity recognition module 102 may determine the identity information of the operator according to the initial control data, it is understood that the identity information may be group information to which the operator belongs (for example, may be a group of adults or minors determined according to age or a group of mentally normal and abnormal people determined according to intelligence) rather than a specific unique identity (for example, a name or an identity card number, etc.), and the identity information may be divided by the recognition system 10 according to age and/or intelligence. In a particular implementation, the operators that are less than the preset age threshold and/or less than the preset intelligence threshold may be non-active operators, which may be people who do not have the ability to operate the control device reasonably. The predetermined age threshold may be 3 years or 4 years, and the predetermined intelligence level may be a normal range of intelligence defined by an intelligence quotient score, or a range of intelligence determined by other rules that is abundant in normal persons.
In an alternative embodiment, the identity module 102 may comprise an age determination unit 1021 and a first identity determination unit 1022 as shown in fig. 3. In a specific implementation, the age determining unit 1021 may preliminarily determine the age range of the operator according to the contact area of the contact feature point, for example, the contact feature point is a finger pad, the corresponding contact area is 0.25 square centimeter, it may be considered that the owner of the finger may be a child, and the age range may be below 3 years old. Further, the first identity determination unit 1022 may determine that the operator is an invalid operator when the age range is smaller than the preset age threshold, for example, if the set age threshold is 5 years, the operator with the age range below 3 years is determined to be an invalid operator.
It should be noted that the age range does not exactly define whether the operator has the capability of operating the control device, and the identification module 102 may further include a intelligence determination unit 1023 and a second identification determination unit 1024 as shown in fig. 4. In a specific implementation, the intelligence determination unit 1023 may further determine an intelligence level of the operator according to the initial contact state, and the second identity determination unit 1024 may determine that the operator is a non-valid operator when the intelligence level does not meet a preset intelligence level. For example, when the initial contact state is an abnormal state, the intelligence level of the operator may be considered not to satisfy the preset intelligence level, and the operator may be determined to be an invalid operator. Alternatively, the young children may also be persons with the ability to operate the control device with a fast developing intelligence, i.e. when the age range is smaller than the predetermined age threshold but the intelligence level meets the predetermined intelligence level, the valid identity module 104 may confirm that the operator is a valid operator.
And the instruction output module 103 is used for outputting an operation prohibition instruction when the identity information indicates that the operator is a non-valid operator.
In a specific implementation, when the identity information indicates that the operator is a non-valid operator, the instruction output module 103 may output an operation prohibition instruction, so that the control device is in a prohibition operation state, that is, the control device is locked, and thus, a misoperation is avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, the control data of the operator is acquired through the sensor carried by the control device, and the identity of the operator is identified through the control data, so that the operation control of an invalid operator is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
It is understood that the execution of the above method steps is only a preferred execution sequence, and the execution sequence can be adjusted according to actual requirements in the implementation process.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the computer program is executed. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it is therefore to be understood that the invention is not limited by the scope of the appended claims.
