An illumination emergency lamp comprises a solar battery assembly, a hand generator, a mains supply charger, a charge-discharge controller, a battery, an illuminating lamp and a lamp shell, and is characterized in that an electric energy input port of the charge-discharge controller is respectively connected with an electric energy output port of the solar battery assembly, an electric energy output port of the hand generator and an electric energy output port of the mains supply charger, the electric energy output ports of the charge-discharge controller are respectively connected with the battery and the illuminating lamp, and a control signal input port of the charge-discharge controller is connected with a control key;
the crank of the hand generator is arranged on one side of the lamp shell, the upper end of the lamp shell is provided with an inverted U-shaped handle, the control key is arranged at the front end of the inverted U-shaped handle, the charging socket of the commercial power charger is arranged at the rear end of the lamp shell, the solar cell module is arranged at the lower end of the lamp shell, and the illuminating lamp is arranged at the front end of the lamp shell;
the illuminating lamp comprises an inner lamp plate and an outer lamp plate, the outer lamp plate is arranged in a cylindrical housing in front of the inner lamp plate, the rear end of the cylindrical housing is connected with the big bottom end of a transparent round-table-shaped housing, the small bottom end of the round-table-shaped housing is connected with the front end of a lamp shell, and the inner lamp plate is arranged at the small bottom end of the round-table-shaped housing;
an inner reflecting cover is arranged in the middle of the round table-shaped housing, and the outline of the outer wall of the inner reflecting cover is funnel-shaped; the small head end of the funnel-shaped inner reflecting shade is arranged at the central position of the inner lamp panel, and the large head end is connected with the rear end of the cylindrical housing;
a light reflecting bowl is arranged in the cylindrical housing corresponding to the lamp bead of each inner lamp panel, and the lamp beads are arranged at the focus of the light reflecting bowl;
the outer lamp panel comprises an inner ring parallel lamp group and an outer ring parallel lamp group, the inner ring parallel lamp group comprises four LED lamp beads arranged in a cross shape, the outer ring parallel lamp group comprises eight LED lamp beads uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, the outer lamp panel is a circular lamp panel, and the outer lamp panel is concentric with the inner ring parallel lamp group and the outer ring parallel lamp group;
the inner lamp panel comprises an inner ring parallel lamp group and an outer ring parallel lamp group, the inner ring parallel lamp group comprises six LED lamp beads uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, the outer ring parallel lamp group comprises twelve LED lamp beads uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, the inner lamp panel is a circular lamp panel, and the inner lamp panel is concentric with the inner ring parallel lamp group and the outer ring parallel lamp group;
the charge-discharge controller comprises an FC11394 chip U2 and a TP4056 chip JP2, wherein a pin 1 of U2 is respectively connected with one end of a capacitor C1, a BAT + end and one end of a key S4, one end of the capacitor C1 is grounded, a pin 2 of U2 is connected with a base electrode of an NPN triode Q3 through R7, an emitter electrode of an NPN triode Q3 is grounded, a collector electrode of the NPN triode Q3 is connected with a cathode of an LEDP1.1 through a resistor R2, and an anode of the LEDP1.1 is connected with the BAT + end;
the other end of the key S4 is respectively connected with one end of a capacitor C3, one end of a resistor R5 and a pin 6 of a U2, and the other end of the capacitor C3 is respectively connected with the other end of a resistor R5 and a ground wire;
a pin 3 of the U2 is connected with a base electrode of an NPN triode Q1 through an R12, an emitting electrode of the NPN triode Q1 is grounded, a collector electrode of the NPN triode Q1 is connected with a cathode of the LEDP2 through a resistor R1, and an anode of the LEDP2 is connected with a BAT + end;
a pin 7 of the U2 is connected with a base electrode of an NPN triode Q2 through an R4, an emitting electrode of the NPN triode Q2 is grounded, a collector electrode of the NPN triode Q2 is connected with a cathode of an LEDP1.2 through a resistor R9, and an anode of the LEDP1.2 is connected with a BAT + end;
the pins 4, 5 and 8 of the U2 are grounded;
the 1 pin of JP2 is grounded, the 2 pin of JP2 is respectively connected with the ground wire and the 3 pin of JP2 through a resistor R13, the 4 pin of JP2 is respectively connected with the 8 pin of JP2, one end of a resistor R6, the anode of a light-emitting diode P3, the anode of the light-emitting diode P4 and one end of a capacitor E1, and the other end of the capacitor E1 is grounded; the other end of the resistor R6 is connected with the VCC1 end; the cathode of the light emitting diode P3 is connected with the pin 7 of JP2 through a resistor R8, the cathode of the light emitting diode P4 is connected with the pin 6 of JP2 through a resistor R3, the pin 5 of JP2 is respectively connected with a BAT + end and one end of a capacitor C4, and the other end of the capacitor C4 is grounded;
the cathode ends of all LED lamp beads of the inner ring parallel lamp group are arranged on the inner side, all the cathode ends are connected through a circular copper wiring, all the anode ends are connected through a three-quarter circular copper wiring, and the electric energy connecting ends of the circular copper wiring and the three-quarter circular copper wiring are arranged at the opening of the three-quarter circular copper wiring and extend outwards;
the cathode ends of all the LED lamp beads of the outer-ring parallel lamp group are arranged on the inner side, all the anode ends are connected through a regular octagonal copper wiring, the regular octagon lacks one corner, the corner lacking part is an electric energy connecting end of the regular octagonal copper wiring, the electric energy connecting end is bent towards the inner side, and the corner lacking part corresponds to an opening of the three-quarter round copper wiring; each positive pole end is arranged at the midpoint of each side of the regular octagon;
each negative electrode end is connected through a regular octagonal copper wiring, the regular octagonal lacks of an inner concave angle, the inner concave angle is an electric energy connecting end of the regular octagonal copper wiring, the electric energy connecting end extends inwards and is bent to be connected with an adjacent regular octagonal edge, and the inner concave angle corresponds to the unfilled corner; each negative electrode end is arranged on each vertex of the regular octagon;
the cathode ends of the LED lamp beads of the outer ring parallel lamp group are arranged on the inner side, the cathode ends are connected through eleven-twelve round copper wiring, and the copper wiring at the opening of the eleven-twelve round copper wiring is bent inwards to be connected with the cathode copper wiring of the LED lamp beads of the inner ring parallel lamp group;

c1 is a 22 muF capacitor, C3 is a 104 capacitor, R7, R12 and R4 are 100 resistors, R2 is a 3.3 resistor, Q1, Q2 and Q3 are 9013 triodes, R1 is a 1.5 resistor, R9 is a 6.2 resistor, and R5 is a 1.2K resistor;
p1.1 is the outer lamp panel inner ring parallel lamp group, P1.2 is the outer lamp panel outer ring parallel lamp group, P2 is the inner lamp panel parallel lamp group.

7. An emergency light as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner reflector has a radius of 40mm at the large end and 5.5mm at the small end.
