Forced environment protection procedure: when the liquid sensor senses that the flushing amount or flushing time in the toilet bowl exceeds the preset time, the liquid sensor sends a driving signal to the sewage discharge driving device and the hole blocking driving device, so that the sewage discharge driving device drives the sewage discharge pushing head to move to a second position and the hole blocking driving device drives the blocking baffle to block the excrement through hole, and the blocking piece is used for blocking the sewage outlet and the blocking baffle to block the excrement through hole so as to forcedly and completely seal and isolate the toilet bowl and the sewage discharge pipe, thereby effectively preventing water pollution caused by malicious sewage discharged from the toilet to the excrement urinal, and really enabling the excrement pool to realize zero sewage discharge. the sewage pushing mechanism (4) comprises a sewage pushing head (41) arranged in the sewage pipe (3) and a sewage driving device (42) for driving the sewage pushing head (41) to move along the sewage pipe (3), the sewage pushing head (41) can move to a first position, a second position and a third position along the sewage pipe (3) under the driving of the sewage driving device (42), a blocking piece (43) which moves together with the sewage pushing head (41) and extends backwards is arranged on the upper side of the sewage pushing head (41), when the sewage pushing head (41) moves to the first position in the sewage pipe (3), the blocking piece (43) is positioned on the front side of the sewage outlet (31) so that the toilet bowl cavity (11) is communicated with the sewage pipe (3) through the sewage outlet (31), when the sewage pushing head (41) moves to the second position in the sewage pipe (3), the blocking piece (43) blocks the sewage outlet (31), and when the sewage pushing head (41) moves to the third position (32) in the sewage pushing head (41) near the sewage outlet (32);
the sewage draining pipe (3) is obliquely arranged in the horizontal direction, and the rear end of the sewage draining pipe (3) is positioned below the front end of the sewage draining pipe (3).
2. The water-saving and environment-friendly toilet according to claim 1, wherein a high-pressure flushing nozzle (5) for flushing the sewage pushing head (41) and the blocking piece (43) is arranged at the rear end of the sewage draining pipe (3).
