the cavity opening of the wrapping space A is in a closed state by default, namely, the upper wrapping assembly 3 descends to the lowest point, the mattress is placed at the cavity opening, the third belt conveying device 6 presses down to contact the mattress, the mattress is conveyed into the wrapping space A under the combined action of the third belt conveying belt 63 and the first belt conveying belt 23, the mattress is curled upwards along the overturning transmission roller 43, the packaging film B is wrapped in the cavity opening clockwise as shown in fig. 2, at the moment, the packaging film releasing mechanism 81 extends the packaging film B into the wrapping space A in advance, and the packaging film B and the mattress are wrapped in the wrapping space A together. In the rolling process, as the rolling diameter is enlarged, the sliding oil cylinder 533 pushes the upper tripod 52 to slowly lift upwards, so as to gradually enlarge the diameter of the rolling space A, thereby enlarging the rolling space A to a specified diameter range, and the diameter of the mattress column-shaped long roll is also gradually enlarged along with the rolling space A. When the upper tripod 52 is driven to rise by the sliding cylinder 533, the lower cylinder 72 is used to push the third belt roller 62 and the third belt conveyer 63 to squeeze the mattress, and the mattress is continuously conveyed into the wrapping space A until the mattress completely enters the wrapping space A and is completely wrapped with the packaging film B. Subsequently, the welding cylinder 821 pushes the welding head 822 to weld the packaging film B together with the first seal of the mattress. After the first sealing is welded, the cutting cylinder pushes the cutting blade 831 to cut and separate the packaging film B from the mattress column-shaped long roll. And then, welding a second seal, and carrying out double reinforcement. After the welding seal is completed, the overturning cylinder 42 is retracted to drive the overturning bracket 41 to rotate outwards, the wrapping space A forms an outlet, and the wrapped mattress rolls out from the outlet. And finally resetting each part of the structure of the mattress rolling machine and waiting for the next working instruction of the controller. When an unexpected situation occurs, if the air leakage condition occurs in the columnar long roll of the mattress, the upper triangular inclined frame 52 can be pushed by the sliding oil cylinder 533 to rise to the highest position, and the space A of the wrapping space is enlarged, so that the mattress with air leakage can be conveniently taken out.
Compared with the prior art, the mattress wrapping machine provided by the invention can set the diameter of the rolled mattress according to the requirement, so that mattresses with different specifications can be wrapped. The mattress wrapping machine is provided with the upper wrapping component and the lower wrapping component which can be relatively separated or folded, the upper wrapping component is pushed by the sliding oil cylinder, the gap between the upper wrapping component and the lower wrapping component is enlarged, the wrapping space is enlarged, and the wrapping operation of mattresses with different sizes is realized. Meanwhile, when the mattress is rolled into the rolling space, the packaging film mechanism starts to convey the packaging film into the rolling space, so that the mattress and the packaging film are wound and rolled together, compared with the existing mode of firstly rolling and then winding the packaging film, the efficiency is obviously improved, and the time of rolling operation is saved. In addition, the mattress wrapping machine is simple in structure and convenient to install.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but, if various modifications or variations of the present invention are not departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, the present invention is intended to include such modifications and variations as fall within the scope of the claims and the equivalents thereof.
Claims (4)
1. The mattress wrapping machine comprises a frame, a conveying mechanism, a wrapping mechanism and a packaging film mechanism, wherein the conveying mechanism is arranged on the frame; the rolling mechanism is arranged on the frame corresponding to the discharge end of the conveying mechanism, and comprises an upper rolling assembly and a lower rolling assembly, and the upper rolling assembly and the lower rolling assembly are enclosed to form a rolling space; the packaging film mechanism corresponds to the wrapping space and is arranged on the upper wrapping assembly, and is characterized in that:
further comprises: the device comprises an oblique lifting mechanism, a controller and a pushing conveying mechanism; the conveying mechanism, the wrapping mechanism and the packaging film mechanism are electrically connected with the controller; the inclined lifting mechanism is arranged on the frame; the upper rolling package assembly is arranged on the inclined lifting mechanism and driven by the inclined lifting mechanism to lift along a plane forming an acute angle with the horizontal plane; the conveying mechanism is a first belt conveying device;
the oblique lifting mechanism comprises a lower triangular inclined frame, an upper triangular inclined frame and a sliding driving mechanism:
the lower triangular inclined frame is fixed on the frame and is provided with a plane forming a sharp included angle with the horizontal plane;
the upper triangular inclined frame is provided with a plane forming an acute included angle with the horizontal plane; the upper rolling package assembly and the packaging film mechanism are arranged on the upper triangular inclined frame;
the sliding driving mechanism is arranged between the lower triangular inclined frame and the upper triangular inclined frame and is used for driving the upper triangular inclined frame to do sliding lifting motion relative to the lower triangular inclined frame;
the upper wrapping assembly comprises a second belt conveying device and at least two steering transmission rollers; the second belt conveying device is arranged on the upper triangular inclined frame; the at least two steering transmission rollers are arranged on the upper triangular inclined frame corresponding to the discharge end of the second belt conveying device, and a conveying surface formed by the at least two steering transmission rollers and the discharge surface of the discharge end of the second belt conveying device form an included angle;
the lower rolling package assembly comprises a turnover frame, two turnover cylinders and a plurality of turnover transmission rollers, wherein one end of the turnover frame is hinged to the frame at the discharge end of the first belt conveying device; the cylinder body end of each overturning cylinder is hinged on the frame, and the piston end of each overturning cylinder is hinged on the overturning frame; the overturning transmission rollers are arranged on the overturning frame and are arranged side by side in an arc shape;
the lower pressure conveying mechanism is arranged on the upper triangular inclined frame through a lower pressure lifting assembly.
2. The mattress roller of claim 1 wherein the slide drive mechanism comprises:
the two sliding rails are respectively fixed on the planes at the left side and the right side of the lower triangular inclined frame;
the two groups of sliding blocks are respectively fixed on the planes at the left side and the right side of the upper triangular inclined frame and are respectively in sliding fit with one sliding rail; and
and two sliding oil cylinders are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the upper triangular inclined frame, one end of each sliding oil cylinder is hinged with the frame, and the other end of each sliding oil cylinder is hinged with the upper triangular inclined frame.
3. The mattress roller according to claim 2 wherein the hold-down conveyor is a third belt conveyor;
the lower pressure lifting assembly includes:
the third belt conveying device is arranged on the pressing support;
the cylinder bodies of the two lower pressing cylinders are arranged on the upper tripod corresponding to the two ends of the lower pressing bracket;
the front synchronizing assembly is arranged at the front end of the pressing conveying mechanism; the front synchronization assembly comprises two first gear assemblies, two first racks and a first connecting shaft; the two first gear components are correspondingly arranged on the upper tripod left and right; the first rack passes through the first gear assembly, is meshed with a first gear on the first gear assembly, and is hinged on the pressing support; the first connecting shaft fixedly connects first gears which are correspondingly arranged left and right;
the rear synchronizing assembly is arranged at the rear end of the pressing conveying mechanism; the rear synchronizing assembly comprises two second gear assemblies, two second racks and a second coupling shaft; the two second gear components are correspondingly arranged on the upper tripod left and right; the second rack passes through the second gear assembly, is meshed with a second gear on the second gear assembly, and is hinged on the pressing support; the second coupling shaft fixedly connects second gears which are correspondingly arranged left and right; and
the middle longitudinal synchronizing assembly is arranged at the middle longitudinal position of the pressing conveying mechanism; the middle-longitudinal synchronous assembly comprises two third gear assemblies, two third racks and a third coupling shaft; the two third gear components are correspondingly arranged on the upper tripod in front and back; the third rack passes through the third gear assembly, is meshed with a third gear on the third gear assembly and is hinged on the pressing support; the third connecting shaft fixedly connects the third gears which are correspondingly arranged at the front and the back.
4. The mattress bagging machine of claim 3 wherein the packaging film mechanism comprises a packaging film release mechanism, a packaging film welding mechanism, and a packaging film cutting mechanism;
the packaging film releasing mechanism comprises a packaging film seat for pre-releasing a packaging film roll, a packaging film guiding rotating shaft capable of guiding the packaging film into the roll-up space and a packaging film releasing motor;
the packaging film welding mechanism comprises a welding cylinder and a welding head connected with the piston end of the welding cylinder;
the packaging film cutting mechanism comprises a cutting cylinder and a cutting blade connected with the piston end of the cutting cylinder;
the cutting blade is positioned between the discharge end of the second belt conveying device and the steering transmission roller, and the cutting blade is positioned above the welding head.
