It should be noted that, prior art leaves the empty position of nose on the bridge of the nose position of eye-shade, like triangle-shaped breach or half-circular arc's breach between both eyes, though this design can solve the problem of the high low adaptability of different human nose bridge, but this design is because the bridge of the nose position is seen to lack by both eyes, still exist the discernment nature problem of position about unable quick resolution and the adaptation nature problem of connecting the position between the two eyes of the eye-shade body, because lose the traction of bridge of the nose position, run into restless baby, it leads to the fact the eye injury of blue light to the patient to make the eye-shade body walk the position easily.
The additional nose bridge position adjusting structure can solve the marking problem at the same time, and the adjusting piece is arranged on the outer side face of the nose bridge position adjusting structure and can be used as a recognition mark for distinguishing the upper position and the lower position of the disposable adjustable phototherapy eyeshade.
As a further preferred option, the longitudinal length of the reinforcing bar mark completely covers the width of the substrate; the longitudinal length of the gear striations does not cover the width of the substrate; the welding area of the reinforcing strip mark is larger than that of the gear position strip mark. The design of this parameter is injectd in order to improve the sense of bridge of the nose position regulation structure and tear power feedback degree in medical personnel use, and the power of tearing of reinforcing the striation will be greater than the power of tearing of gear striation. Further, the tearing force of gear striation increases from inside to outside in proper order, reduces medical personnel misoperation, and this design can be set for through the area or the welding power of striation.
As a further preferable scheme, the inner side faces of the nose bridge patches in the nose bridge position adjusting structure are coated with hydrogel fixing layers. The design of the hydrogel fixing layer can improve the fit degree of the inner side face of the nose bridge position adjusting structure, further improve the wrapping performance of the nose bridge position and improve the shading effect.
As a further preferable mode, the adjusting piece is in a free state after the patient wears the eye mask, so that the patient, especially the infant patient, is easy to feel curiosity, and the eye mask is easy to shift by tearing the adjusting piece with hands. Therefore, the invention is further improved, and the side of the adjusting sheet close to the substrate is coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive. After the medical personnel took the eye-shade for the patient, pasted free adjustment sheet on the bridge of the nose, can not arouse the patient like this, especially infant patient's curiosity prevents that the hand from tearing the adjustment sheet and leading to the emergence that the eye-shade shifted.
During phototherapy, the eye cover can accumulate heat which cannot be dissipated, a patient can easily sweat, sweat cannot be easily dissipated, discomfort of eyes and skin allergy near the eyes are caused, and bacteria are easily bred in partial positions; aiming at the problems, the invention solves the problems of heat conduction, allergy prevention and bacteria prevention by optimizing the layered structure of the eye patch and the selection of the eye patch material.
As a further preferable mode, the thickness of the substrate is 0.2-0.5 mm; the substrate is selected from one of medical elastic non-woven fabric, medical silver ion-containing antibacterial elastic non-woven fabric, silk fabric, spunlace non-woven fabric and cotton woven fabric. In the above selection, the preferred substrate of the invention is more reliably fixed by adopting medical non-woven fabrics, and the medical elastic non-woven fabrics are breathable and sweat-permeable fabrics, and have the following functions: a. reduce the skin discomfort which may be caused by the sweat volatilization; b. reducing friction upon contact with the skin. The medical nontoxic pressure-sensitive adhesive is added at the extended positions of the two sides of the substrate, so that the fixation is stable, discomfort caused by friction between eyes and nearby skin when the head of a patient moves is avoided, and the medical nontoxic pressure-sensitive adhesive can be suitable for the nursing condition of wound surfaces and needle openings.
As a further preferable mode, the thickness of the hydrogel fixing layer is 3.0-5.0 mm; the hydrogel is a cross-linked polymer which is formed by introducing a part of hydrophobic groups and hydrophilic residues into a water-soluble polymer with a reticular cross-linked structure, wherein the hydrophilic residues are combined with water molecules to connect the water molecules inside the reticular structure, and the hydrophobic residues swell in water; is a polymer network system, has soft property, can keep a certain shape, and can absorb a large amount of water. When the hydrogel is applied to different fields, the hydrogel prepared from different high polymer raw materials needs to be selected to meet different requirements.
As the hydrogel which is preferably used in the invention, medical nontoxic polyacrylic acid hydrogel or polyacrylic acid hydrogel containing cold compress medicine is adopted. The polyacrylic acid hydrogel is a cross-linked polyacrylic acid polymer, and the synthesis of the polyacrylic acid hydrogel mainly uses acrylic acid as a monomer for polymerization, and the acrylic acid monomer can also be copolymerized with acrylamide, acrylic ester or ethyl acetate and other nonionic monomers to adjust the hydrophilic and hydrophobic parts in a polymer network structure. Researches show that the polyacrylic acid hydrogel has good water absorption and retention performances, can meet the requirement of sweat absorption in the phototherapy process, is kept in a hydrogel layer, cannot cause skin allergy, and is not easy to breed bacteria.
When the temperature is too high, the chain segment of the three-dimensional network structure in the polyacrylic acid hydrogel moves faster, so that the distance between cross-linking points is reduced, the internal network space is reduced, the liquid capacity contained by the polymer network is reduced, and the adsorption capacity is reduced. Therefore, as the most preferred scheme, the invention adds the cold compress medicine in the polyacrylic acid hydrogel, on one hand, the temperature of the polyacrylic acid hydrogel can be reduced, and the water adsorption capacity of the polyacrylic acid hydrogel can be improved; on the other hand, the skin can feel cold, skin allergy is not easy to cause, and the patient feels comfortable. Most preferably, the hydrogel fixing layer is composed of polyacrylic acid hydrogel, sodium hyaluronate and mint, and the mass ratio of the polyacrylic acid hydrogel to the sodium hyaluronate to the mint is 10:0.2: 0.8.
In summary, the heat accumulation generated during phototherapy is separated and isolated by the substrate, and the non-compact structure of the elastic non-woven fabric of the substrate is easy to dissipate heat; sweat that produces during phototherapy can be absorbed by aquogel and volatilize through air contact part, simultaneously owing to increased the cold compress medicine, is difficult to arouse skin allergy and makes the patient comfortable again, is difficult to breed the bacterium.
As a further preferable mode, the thickness of the light absorption layer is 0.5-1.0 mm; the light absorption material is selected from Polyurethane (PU) cloth, and blue light is absorbed by the high-molecular PU cloth, so that the blue light cannot be transmitted to the eyeball.
As a further preferable scheme, the thickness of the light reflecting layer is 0.5-1.0 mm; the reflective material is selected from one of non-toxic flexible terylene black reflective cloth, non-toxic PU cloth, black compact woven cloth, blue chemical fiber cloth, black chemical fiber cloth and filling cotton cloth. In the above selection, the non-toxic flexible terylene black reflective cloth is preferred as the reflective material of the invention.
As a further preferable scheme, researches show that the thickness ratio of the light absorbing layer to the light reflecting layer is 1:2, so that the light absorbing and utilizing effect on light energy in the phototherapy process can be met, and the phototherapy effect is good.
The phototherapy eyeshade of the invention is provided with a light reflecting layer and a light absorbing layer, and then is fixed on the eyes by hydrogel. The reflecting material of the reflecting layer reflects most of light energy, so that the light energy reaching the light absorption layer is reduced, and the rest light energy is absorbed by the light absorption material of the absorption layer, thereby effectively generating phototherapy protection on eyes, and finally being fixed on the eyes by means of hydrogel to prevent protection displacement.
Various other modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art, such as those described above, and other embodiments, and it is intended that all such modifications and changes fall within the scope of the appended claims.
