Technical Field

Background
The duck paw is rich in collagen and has the same nutrition as bear paw with the same quality. However, the duck foot has more bones, so that the bones need to be spitted back and forth when the duck foot is gnawed, and the experience of eating the duck foot is seriously influenced.
In the existing market, a large amount of manual work is usually adopted for removing bones of a large amount of duck palms, and bone removing equipment on the market cannot remove bones of a large amount of duck palms, and the duck palms often fail in the bone removing process, so that the cost is wasted, and the efficiency is low.

A bone removing method for producing boneless duck webs comprises the following steps:
s1: taking out the duck webs to be boned, respectively placing the duck webs in duck web storage boxes, wherein one duck web is placed in each duck web storage box, and the position of each duck web is not greatly different;
s2: after the duck webs are placed, closing the box cover, and fixing the box cover and the duck web storage box;
s3: the lifting hook is fixed on the commodity shelf, so that the commodity shelf cannot be inclined when the lifting hook lifts the commodity shelf;
s4: putting the shelf into a boiling water pool by using a crane main body, starting a timer for the boiling water pool after putting the shelf into the boiling water pool, putting the duck feet into the boiling water pool for at least 30min, and then taking out the duck feet;
s5: in order to prevent hot water on the boiled duck webs from entering a salt water pool with a well-adjusted proportion, a blower in a ventilation hole is opened, after the duck webs are dried, a crane main body is controlled to enable the storage rack to be placed in the salt water pool for soaking, a timer for the salt water pool is started before soaking, the duck webs are soaked in the salt water pool for at least 3 hours, and in the soaking process, the crane main body can be controlled to enable the storage rack to shake up and down or left and right, so that the contact surface between the duck webs and salt water in the duck web storage box is larger;
s6: taking out the shelf after 3 hours, and opening the blower to blow the duck webs on the shelf;
s7: putting the duck webs blown with the air into a chemical solution, starting a timer for a chemical solution pool, and taking out the duck webs after soaking the duck webs in the chemical solution pool for 1-2 hours;
s8: controlling the crane main body to move the storage rack to the operating table, so that the duck foot storage box on the storage rack is correspondingly aligned with the duck foot cutting knife below the duck foot cutting knife fixing plate;
s9: opening a box cover on the duck foot storage box, and controlling the duck foot cutting knife to descend to cut the chemically treated duck foot so as to thoroughly separate bone and meat on one side of the duck foot;
s10: after the cutting work is finished, the box cover is closed and fixed, the storage rack is fixed on the rotating rod, the motor and the speed reducer are started, the rotating rod is made to rotate at a high speed, and in the rotating process, the meat and bone on the duck webs in the duck web storage box can be separated;
s11: and (5) inducing the duck webs after the bone and meat are separated.
The invention has the beneficial technical effects that:
1. the punching machine provided by the invention can be used for partially cutting a large amount of duck webs soaked in the solution, so that the manual cutting work is replaced, the labor cost is reduced, and the efficiency of cutting the duck webs is improved.
2. The duck foot storage box provided by the invention can be used for storing duck feet, so that the duck feet cannot move to a larger position in the processes of soaking, cutting and rotating, the cutting failure caused by the movement of the duck feet before the cutting process is avoided, and the smooth bone removal of the duck feet is facilitated.
3. The rotating device provided by the invention can physically separate a large amount of soaked and cut duck palms, replaces the original labor, reduces the cost and improves the efficiency.
4. The cooperation of the blower and the vent hole provided by the invention can quickly blow and dry the soaked duck webs, accelerate the time required by the whole process of boning the duck webs and improve the boning efficiency.
5. The device can remove bone work to large batch duck's palm simultaneously, the effectual efficiency that improves the duck's palm and remove the bone, and whole required manual work is less, the effectual cost of labor that has reduced.

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention more clear and definite for those skilled in the art, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the examples and the accompanying drawings, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1-8, the bone removing device for producing boneless duck webs provided by this embodiment includes a cartilage box 10 and a shelf 1 for placing duck webs, a boiling water tank 11, a brine tank 12 and a chemical solution tank 13 are disposed inside the cartilage box 10, a vent 7 is disposed on a side wall of the cartilage box 10, a blower 18 is disposed inside the vent 7, a crane body 14 is disposed outside the cartilage box 10, a hanger 15 and a hook 16 connected to the hanger 15 are disposed on the crane body 14, a punch 9 is disposed on one side of the cartilage box 10, a water accumulating tank 17 is disposed between the punch 9 and the cartilage box 10, a duck web storage box 2 is disposed on the shelf 1, a rotating device 19 is disposed on one side of the punch 9, and a window 6 is disposed on a side of the cartilage box 10.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the water collecting tank 17 is used for receiving the liquid on the article shelf 1 removed from the chemical solution tank 13 and preventing the liquid on the article shelf 1 from falling on the ground.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the internal space of the duck foot storage box 2 is slightly smaller than that of a normal duck foot, so that the duck foot is not disturbed in the position of the duck foot storage box 2 when being soaked and rotated, and particularly after being soaked, the duck foot in the duck foot storage box 2 does not move greatly, and when being cut, the duck foot can correspond to the duck foot cutting knife 902, so that the duck foot cutting knife 902 can be conveniently used for partially cutting the duck foot, and the bone and meat separation in a physical manner after the duck foot is convenient.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the press machine 9 includes a press machine main body 905, an extension rod 904 attached to the press machine main body 905, a duck foot cutting blade fixing plate 903 connected to the extension rod 904, a duck foot cutting blade 902 connected to the duck foot cutting blade fixing plate 903, and a table 901 attached below the duck foot cutting blade 902.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the vent holes 7 are symmetrically arranged on two side walls of the cartilaginous box 10, and the blower 18 is installed in the vent hole 7 on one side of the two side walls of the cartilaginous box 10, the blower 18 installed on one side can dry the duck webs in the cartilaginous box 10, and at the same time, the vent hole 7 is arranged right in front of the blower 18, so that the wind energy blown by the blower 18 can smoothly leave.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the rotating device 19 includes a support 1901, a support plate 1902 mounted above the support 1901, a motor 1903 mounted inside the support plate 1902, a speed reducer 1904 connected to an output end of the motor 1903, and a rotating lever 1905 connected to an output end of the speed reducer 1904, and by using this device, the duck's foot in the duck's foot storage box 2 can be rotated at a high speed to physically separate the flesh and bone on the duck's foot, thereby reducing a large number of manual operations.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the shelf 1 is provided with uniformly arranged cross bars, and each cross bar has the same distance therebetween, and the uniformly arranged cross bars look to have a certain aesthetic property, and each cross bar has a certain distance therebetween, so that the solution in the liquid pool can enter from the through hole 3 at the bottom of the duck's foot storage box 2.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the through holes 3 are installed on the side wall and the bottom of the duck bill storage box 2, so that the liquid in the liquid pool can pass through the duck bill storage box 2 to contact the duck bill, and the air blower 18 can conveniently dry the duck bill in the duck bill storage box 2.
As shown in fig. 1-8, the process of the present invention is as follows:
s1: taking out the duck webs to be boned, respectively placing the duck webs in the duck web storage boxes 2, placing one duck web in each duck web storage box 2, wherein the position difference of each duck web is not large;
s2: after the duck webs are placed, the box cover 4 is closed, and the box cover 4 and the duck web storage box 2 are fixed;
s3: the hanging hook 16 is fixed on the commodity shelf 1, so that the hanging hook 16 cannot incline when lifting the commodity shelf 1;
s4: placing the shelf 1 into the boiling water tank 11 by using the crane main body 14, starting a timer 1101 for the boiling water tank, placing the duck feet in the boiling water tank 11 for at least 30min, and then taking out;
s5: in order to prevent hot water on boiled duck webs from entering a salt water pool with a prepared proportion, a blower 18 in a vent hole 7 is opened, after the duck webs are dried, a crane main body 14 is controlled, the storage rack 1 is placed in the salt water pool 12 to be soaked, a timer 1201 for the salt water pool is started before soaking, the duck webs are soaked in the salt water pool 12 for at least 3 hours, and in the soaking process, the crane main body 14 can be controlled, the storage rack 1 is shaken up and down or left and right, and the contact surface between the duck webs and salt water in the duck web storage box 2 is larger;
s6: taking out the shelf 1 after 3 hours, and starting the blower 18 to blow the duck webs on the shelf 1;
s7: putting the duck webs blown with the air into a chemical solution pool 13, starting a timer 1301 for the chemical solution pool, soaking the duck webs in the chemical solution pool 13 for 1-2 hours, and taking out;
s8: controlling the crane body 14 to move the article placing shelf 1 to the operating table 901, and correspondingly aligning the duck's foot placing box 2 on the article placing shelf 1 with the duck's foot cutting knife 902 below the duck's foot cutting knife fixing plate 903;
s9: the box cover 4 on the duck foot storage box 2 is opened, the duck foot cutting knife 902 is controlled to descend to cut the chemically treated duck foot, and the bone and meat on one side of the duck foot are thoroughly separated;
s10: after the cutting work is finished, the box cover 4 is closed and fixed, the shelf 1 is fixed on the rotating rod 1905, the motor 1903 and the speed reducer 1904 are started, the rotating rod 1905 rotates at a high speed, and in the rotating process, bones and meat on the duck webs in the duck web storage box 2 can be separated;
s11: and (5) inducing the duck webs after the bone and meat are separated.
In conclusion, in the embodiment, the punching machine 9 provided by the embodiment can partially cut a large amount of duck webs soaked in a solution, so that the manual cutting work is replaced, the labor cost is reduced, and the efficiency of cutting the duck webs is improved, the duck web storage box 2 provided by the invention can store the duck webs, so that the duck webs cannot move to a larger position in the processes of soaking, cutting and rotating, the cutting failure caused by the movement of the duck webs before the cutting process is avoided, the smooth bone removal work of the duck webs is facilitated, the rotating device 19 provided by the invention can physically separate the large amount of soaked and cut duck webs, the original labor is replaced, the cost is reduced, and the efficiency is improved, the air blower 18 provided by the invention is matched with the air vent 7, so that the soaked duck webs can be quickly dried, the device can remove the bone work to large batch duck's palm simultaneously, the effectual efficiency that improves the duck's palm and remove the bone, and whole required manual work is less, the effectual cost of labor that has reduced.
