The preparation process of the cowshed cushion comprises the steps of blanking and sulfurization in a mould. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cowshed cushion preparation, in particular to an air bag type cowshed cushion and a preparation process and application thereof.
Background
At present, some cowsheds are provided with cement ground or earth ground, the cows mainly lie down everyday, and the cement bottom surface is easy to cause diseases such as arthritis and hoof disease of the cows; the ground is moist, easy for bacterial reproduction, unsanitary and not beneficial to the healthy growth of the dairy cows. Cow hooves are vulnerable to injury during activity, resulting in bacterial infection, and also affecting the reproduction of cows and the drinking safety of dairy products. When the dairy cows are sick, special persons are required to guard and treat the sick dairy cows, and the breeding cost is increased.
A layer of rubber plate is laid on the ground in some cow sheds so as to meet the requirements of the cows on moving, standing, lying down and the like on the rubber plate. However, the rubber sheet has the following disadvantages: too thin and too hard, comfortable, damp-proof, cool-proof and poor heat-insulating property, and the rubber plate surface is easy to slip and fall down, so the use is unsafe, thereby influencing the breeding and milk production of the dairy cows and being not beneficial to the healthy growth of the dairy cows.

The invention aims to solve the first technical problem of providing an air bag type cowshed cushion which has the advantages of comfort, skid resistance, moisture insulation, heat preservation, epidemic prevention, good pressure resistance, convenient inflation, safe and sanitary use, easy cleaning and contribution to the healthy growth of cows, and can ensure the repeated use under the condition of enough air volume.

the charging connector is communicated with the charging inner cavity;
the reinforcing block is connected and arranged on the upper surface of the upper layer.
The upper layer comprises an upper glue layer and an upper interlayer positioned in the middle of the upper glue layer; the upper rubber layer is made of a non-toxic and tasteless pure natural rubber material; the upper interlayer is a layer of polyester cloth, EP calendered cloth or nylon cloth; the upper layer is formed by laminating the upper interlayer and the sizing layer through a rolling process; the upper surface of the upper layer is a working surface, and the working surface is a nylon cloth pattern surface.
The rubber frame is in a rectangular frame shape; the rubber frame is made of a pure natural rubber material which is nontoxic and odorless.
The lower layer comprises a lower adhesive layer and a lower interlayer positioned in the middle of the lower adhesive layer; the lower rubber layer is made of a non-toxic and tasteless pure natural rubber material; the lower interlayer is a layer of polyester cloth, EP calendered cloth or nylon cloth; the lower layer is formed by laminating a lower interlayer and a lower adhesive layer through a calendaring process; the lower surface of the lower layer is a non-working surface.
The two reinforcing blocks are arranged side by side along the length direction; the reinforcing block is a flat cuboid or cube, and the upper surface of the reinforcing block is provided with cloth marks; the reinforcing block is made of a pure natural rubber material which is nontoxic and odorless.
The charging connector is arranged at one end of the cowshed cushion along the length direction.
The cowshed cushion is flat cuboid structure, the four corners of cowshed cushion are fillet or right angle.
The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a preparation process of the air bag type cowshed cushion, which has the advantages of simple process, high process controllability, less equipment investment, low production cost, high production efficiency, ecological environment protection and remarkable economic benefit.
In order to solve the second technical problem, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the preparation process of the air bag type cowshed cushion comprises the following process steps:
(1) blanking: according to the specification requirement, the following monomers are prepared through selective cutting: the rubber frame comprises two reinforcing blocks, an upper layer, a rubber frame, two layers of isolation paper, an inflation nozzle and a lower layer;
(2) vulcanizing in a mold: in a mold cavity, firstly placing two reinforcing blocks side by side along the length direction, then placing an upper layer, then placing a rectangular frame-shaped rubber frame along the peripheral edge of the upper layer, then adding two layers of isolation paper, and placing an inflating nozzle at one end along the length direction; then put into the lower floor; finally, closing the die, heating, inflating to proper pressure, and carrying out hot vulcanization to form an integral structure; thus, the preparation of a cowshed mat single body is completed.
The mold closing heating temperature in the step (2) is 145-150 ℃, and the proper pressure is 0.3Mpa after inflation; the vulcanization time in the step (3) is 20-30 minutes.
The third technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the application of the air bag type cowshed cushion, wherein the cowshed cushion is laid on the ground in the cowshed to be used as a cushion and a bed for cattle, and is used for the cattle to move, stand and lie down on the upper surface of the cowshed cushion for rest and sleep.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and positive effects:

The cowshed mat is warm in winter and cool in summer, has good elasticity, good comfort level and large friction coefficient, and can provide a safe, comfortable and sanitary living environment for the cows, thereby improving the yield of animal products.
The preparation process of the cowshed mat has the advantages that: the method has the advantages of simple process, high process controllability, low equipment investment, low production cost, high production efficiency, high yield, no environmental pollution in the process, ecological protection and remarkable economic benefit.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples.
As shown in figure 1, the cowshed mat of the invention is of an integral structure and is in a flat cuboid shape, and an inflation inner cavity is arranged in the cowshed mat. One end of the cowshed cushion along the length direction is provided with an inflating nozzle 3, and the inflating nozzle 3 is used for inflating an inflating inner cavity 9. The four corners of the cowshed cushion are round corners or right angles.
The size of the cattle shed cushion is adapted to the size and the weight of the cattle, and corresponding adjustment can be flexibly carried out. In this embodiment, the length of the cattle shed cushion is 1300-1500 mm, the width is 1000-1200 mm, and the height is 23-28 mm, and preferably, the length, the width, the height =1397 mm, 1067 mm, 25.4 mm.
Two reinforcing blocks, namely a reinforcing block I1 and a reinforcing block II 4 are arranged on the upper surface of the cowshed mat side by side along the length direction. The length of the reinforcing block is 700-900 mm, the width is 300-500 mm, and the length and the width are 800 mm-400 mm. The reinforcing block is attached to the upper surface of the upper layer and is used for the position of the hoof of the cow when the cow stands. The spacing between the two reinforcing blocks is matched with the spacing between the cow hooves. The reinforcing block is made of non-toxic and odorless pure natural rubber materials and is in a flat cuboid shape or a square shape.
The cowshed cushion is for having the enclosed monolithic structure who aerifys the inner chamber, and it includes upper strata, rubber frame 6, lower floor, aerifys inner chamber 9, charging connector 3, two bosses, wherein:
the upper layer comprises an upper glue layer 2 and an upper interlayer 5, and the upper interlayer 5 is positioned in the middle of the upper glue layer 2. The upper rubber layer 2 is made of a non-toxic and tasteless pure natural rubber material, and the upper interlayer 5 is a layer of polyester cloth, EP calendered cloth or nylon cloth; the upper layer is formed by laminating the upper interlayer with the size layer through a calendering process. The upper layer has a thickness of 2.5-4 mm, preferably 3 mm. The upper surface of the upper layer is a working surface which is a nylon cloth pattern surface; when in use, the cow hoofs can stand on the cow hoofs and lie down for rest and sleep.
The lower layer comprises a lower adhesive layer 7 and a lower interlayer 8, and the lower interlayer 8 is positioned in the middle of the lower adhesive layer 7. The lower adhesive layer 7 is made of a non-toxic and tasteless pure natural rubber material, and the lower interlayer 8 is a layer of polyester cloth, EP calendered cloth or nylon cloth; the lower interlayer is laminated with the underfill by a calendaring process to form the lower layer. The thickness of the lower layer is 1.3-2 mm, preferably 1.5 mm. The lower surface of lower floor is the non-working face, contacts with cowshed ground during the use.
A rubber frame 6 is connected in the peripheral space between the upper layer edge and the lower layer edge. The rubber frame 6 is in a rectangular frame shape and is made of a pure natural rubber material which is nontoxic and odorless. The rubber frame 6 has a height of 11-21 mm, a thickness of 5-15 mm, and preferably a height + width =16 mm + 10 mm.
A closed inflation cavity 9 is formed between the upper layer and the lower layer and the rubber frame 6, and the closed inflation cavity 9 can be inflated through the inflation nozzle 3. The air inflation cavity 9 has good tightness and is airtight.
The preparation process of the cowshed mat comprises the following steps:
a. blanking:
according to the specification requirement, the following monomers are prepared through selective cutting: two reinforcing blocks, an upper layer, a rubber frame, isolation paper, an inflation nozzle and a lower layer;
b. vulcanizing in a mold:
in a mold cavity, firstly placing two reinforcing blocks side by side along the length direction, then placing an upper layer, then placing a rectangular frame-shaped rubber frame along the peripheral edge of the upper layer, then adding two layers of isolation paper, and placing an inflating nozzle at one end along the length direction; then put into the lower floor; finally, closing the die, heating, inflating to proper pressure, and carrying out hot vulcanization to form an integral structure; thus, the preparation of a cowshed mat single body is completed. The mold closing heating temperature is 147 deg.C, the pressure is 0.3Mpa, and the vulcanizing time is 25 minutes.
c. And (3) air tightness detection:
after reaching the vulcanization time for 25 minutes, discharging air, and taking out the product for air tightness detection; the air tightness detection content comprises: whether air leakage, inflation quantity and air pressure reach the requirement of 0.2Mpa, etc.
d. Repeating the above process, and repeating the above steps in sequence.
The preparation process of the cowshed mat has the advantages that: the method has the advantages of simple process, high process controllability, low equipment investment, low production cost, high production efficiency, high yield, no environmental pollution in the process, ecological protection and remarkable economic benefit. The size and the color of the cowshed mat can be flexibly adjusted according to the requirements of users.
The application of the cowshed mat is as follows: the cowshed mat is laid on the ground in the cowshed, is used as a mat and a bed for the cows to move, stand and lie down on the cowshed mat for rest and sleep.
The cowshed mat single body can be used independently, and refer to fig. 1; or 2 cowshed mat single bodies 10, 11 or more than 2 cowshed mat single bodies can be spliced and combined together for use, refer to fig. 3. The number of cattle shed mat units is determined according to the number of cattle.

the upper layer and the lower layer are arranged in parallel; the upper layer comprises an upper glue layer and an upper interlayer positioned in the middle of the upper glue layer; the upper rubber layer is made of a non-toxic and tasteless pure natural rubber material; the upper interlayer is a layer of polyester cloth, EP calendered cloth or nylon cloth; the upper layer is formed by laminating the upper interlayer and the sizing layer through a rolling process; the upper surface of the upper layer is a working surface which is a nylon cloth pattern surface; the lower layer comprises a lower adhesive layer and a lower interlayer positioned in the middle of the lower adhesive layer; the lower rubber layer is made of a non-toxic and tasteless pure natural rubber material; the lower interlayer is a layer of polyester cloth, EP calendered cloth or nylon cloth; the lower layer is formed by laminating a lower interlayer and a lower adhesive layer through a calendaring process; the lower surface of the lower layer is a non-working surface;
the rubber frame is connected and arranged in a space between the peripheral edge of the upper layer and the peripheral edge of the lower layer; the rubber frame is in a rectangular frame shape; the rubber frame is made of a non-toxic and odorless pure natural rubber material;
the inflatable inner cavity is arranged in an integral structure formed by the upper layer, the lower layer and the rubber frame;
the charging connector is communicated with the charging inner cavity;
the reinforcing block is connected and arranged on the upper surface of the upper layer; the two reinforcing blocks are arranged side by side along the length direction; the reinforcing block is a flat cuboid or cube, and the upper surface of the reinforcing block is provided with cloth marks; the reinforcing block is made of a non-toxic and odorless pure natural rubber material;
