本发明实施例公开了一种用于传输上行信号的方法和装置,能够高效地利用上行的频率选择性,提高上行的频谱效率,有利于第一终端设备高效地进行上行传输。该方法包括:第一终端设备根据用于传输上行控制信号的时域资源单元是否还用于传输上行数据,确定该上行控制信号的上行多址方式;该第一终端设备采用确定的上行多址方式传输该上行控制信号。
