The patch for testing the reflectivity of the automobile lamp component and the reflectivity testing method of the invention are further described with reference to the drawings and the embodiment.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the patch for testing the reflectivity of the automobile lamp part comprises a to-be-tested automobile lamp part 1, wherein a reflection patch is arranged on a part reflection surface of the to-be-tested automobile lamp part;
the reflective patch 2 is a flat cylindrical reflective patch, the specific size of the reflective patch is equal to the size and thickness of a detection hole 1a formed in a point to be detected of the vehicle lamp part 1 to be detected, the reflective patch is placed in the detection hole, then the surface treatment is carried out on the part, and after the treatment is finished, the reflective patch is taken out and placed in the reflectivity detection equipment for reflectivity detection.
The reflecting surface of the reflecting patch is the same as the reflecting surface of the vehicle lamp part to be detected in material and roughness performance parameters.
The actual shape of the reflection patch can be correspondingly adjusted according to the structure and the shape of the detection hole formed in the car lamp part to be detected.

5) fixing the reflection patch at the detection hole, and then carrying out reflection surface treatment on the car lamp part to be detected;

7) in the step 2), if the vehicle lamp part to be detected is not suitable for being perforated, selecting a thin film type reflection patch, electrostatically adsorbing the thin film type reflection patch on the reflection surface of the vehicle lamp part to be detected, then carrying out surface treatment on the reflection surface of the vehicle lamp part to be detected, taking out the thin film type reflection patch after the treatment is finished, and placing the vehicle lamp part to be detected in the reflectivity detection equipment for reflectivity detection.
