Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a reinforcing steel bar bending mechanism for a house bridge building and a bending method thereof.
Background
The reinforcing steel bars have wide application and are almost essential basic materials in modern construction. The production line of steel works and rolling mills manufactures common steel and deformed steel products with various specifications. The production line is composed of a plurality of steel bars with the length of more than ten meters, the steel bars with the super-long specification are bundled into a bundle of products, the steel bars with the super-long specification are mostly used in the construction industry, play an important role in the strength of buildings, and are not only applied to China, but also sold in the open air.
In the use of the steel bar, two problems generally occur, one is that the bonding force of the concrete is insufficient due to the surface smoothness of the first-level steel bar, and the other is that the two ends of the steel bar are both flat surfaces, so that the steel bar is difficult to insert into the ground or the concrete.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a reinforcing steel bar bending mechanism for a house bridge building and a bending method thereof, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a reinforcing bar bending mechanism for house bridge construction and a bending method thereof comprise a bottom plate, wherein first side plates are fixedly connected to two sides of the upper surface of the bottom plate, second side plates are fixedly connected to the back surfaces of the two first side plates, the bottom end of each second side plate is fixedly connected with the bottom plate, first support rods are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the upper surface of the bottom plate between the two first side plates, first connecting rods are fixedly connected to the inner sides of the tops of the two first support rods, fixing cylinders are fixedly sleeved on the outer walls of the first connecting rods, short rods are rotatably connected to the outer sides of the tops of the two first support rods, rocker arms are fixedly connected to one ends of the two short rods, second connecting rods are fixedly connected to the tops of the two rocker arms, compression rollers are rotatably sleeved on the outer walls of the second connecting rods, and first motors are fixedly installed on the back surfaces of the second side plates through bases, the output end of the first motor is connected with a first rotating rod in a transmission way, the first rotating rod passes through the second side plate and is fixedly connected with the bottom of one rocker arm, a rolling limiting device is arranged on one side of the fixed cylinder and positioned on the upper surface of the bottom plate, a sliding rail is fixedly connected below the rolling limiting device and positioned on the upper surface of the bottom plate, a toothed plate is arranged on the upper surface of the sliding rail, a gear is connected to one side of the top of the toothed plate in a meshing manner, the middle part of the back of the gear is fixedly connected with a second rotating rod, the other side of the top of the toothed plate is fixedly connected with a fixed plate, the top of the fixed plate is provided with a clamping device, one side of one of the first side plates is fixedly provided with a second motor through a base, one side of the second motor is provided with a grinding device, and one side of the grinding device is provided with a cleaning device which is positioned on the second side plate.
Preferably, the rolling limiting device comprises two second supporting rods, two third connecting rods and two rollers, the bottom ends of the two second supporting rods are fixedly connected with the bottom plate, the two third connecting rods are fixedly connected to the top and the middle of the inner sides of the two second supporting rods, and the two rollers are rotatably sleeved on the outer walls of the two third connecting rods.
Preferably, clamping device includes first magnet, second magnet and two bolts, the bottom and the fixed plate fixed connection of first magnet, the second magnet activity sets up in the top of first magnet, two the bolt sets up in the both sides on second magnet top, just second magnet and first magnet threaded connection are passed to the bottom of bolt.
Preferably, the polishing device comprises a third rotating rod, a rotary table and four polishing heads, one end of the third rotating rod penetrates through the first side plate to be in transmission connection with the output end of the second motor, the middle of one side of the rotary table is fixedly connected with the other end of the third rotating rod, and one ends of the four polishing heads are fixedly connected with the other side of the rotary table.
Preferably, cleaning device includes air exhauster, tuber pipe, suction nozzle and locker, the air exhauster passes through the back fixed connection of base with the second curb plate, the air exhauster inlet scoop passes through the back fixed connection of pipeline with the tuber pipe, the back fixed connection of second curb plate with the suction nozzle is passed in the front of tuber pipe, the air exhauster air exit passes through one side fixed connection of pipeline with the locker, the front of locker and the back fixed connection of second curb plate.
Preferably, the back of the second rotating rod penetrates through a handle fixedly connected with the second side plate, a rubber gasket is sleeved on the outer wall of the bolt, and the rubber gasket is arranged between the first magnet and the second magnet.
Preferably, semicircular grooves are formed in positions corresponding to the first magnet and the second magnet, and a sliding limiting device is arranged at the connecting position of the sliding rail and the toothed plate.
Preferably, the sliding limiting device comprises a T-shaped bump and a groove, the bottom end of the T-shaped bump is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the sliding rail, the groove is formed in the middle of the lower surface of the toothed plate, and the sliding rail is slidably connected with the toothed plate through the T-shaped bump.
Preferably, the first motor, the second motor and the exhaust fan are electrically connected with an external power supply through a first motor switch, a second motor switch and an exhaust fan switch which are externally connected respectively.
The method for bending the reinforcing steel bar for the house bridge building, which is adopted by any one of claims 1 to 9, comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: firstly, the bolt is unscrewed, the second magnet is lifted upwards, then the reinforcing steel bar is placed into the semicircular groove between the first magnet and the second magnet, the first magnet can attract the second magnet downwards, so that the reinforcing steel bar is clamped, the distance between the reinforcing steel bar and the polishing device is adjusted to be proper, and then the two bolts are screwed, so that the reinforcing steel bar is fixed on the fixing plate.
Step two: then open second motor switch, drive the rotation of third bull stick through the second motor, then drive the head of polishing rotation to polish the one end of reinforcing bar with the help of the circular cone hypotenuse of the head of polishing, at the in-process forward turning handle who polishes, make the handle drive gear revolve, thereby make the pinion rack with it meshing move towards grinding device direction, thereby make reinforcing bar one end also when being polished towards the motion of head of polishing, thereby polish the one end of reinforcing bar into sharp shape.

The invention has the technical effects and advantages that:
1. according to the invention, by utilizing the arrangement mode of the compression roller, the rocker arms are driven to rotate by the first connecting rod by taking the first rotating rod as the center of a circle, so that the two rocker arms drive the second connecting rod to do circular motion, the reinforcing steel bar between the fixed cylinder and the compression roller is forced to be pressed by the compression roller, the outer wall of the fixed cylinder is gradually bent, one end of the reinforcing steel bar is bent at the moment, and then the reinforcing steel bar is mixed with concrete and can also have stronger gripping force, so that the reinforcing steel bar is prevented from loosening in the concrete of a building;
2. according to the invention, by utilizing the arrangement mode that the toothed plate and the gear are matched with each other, the toothed plate meshed with the gear is moved back and forth by rotating the gear, so that the moving direction of the clamping device is controlled, the clamped steel bar is controlled to pass through the gap between the fixed cylinder and the press roller after passing through the gap between the two rollers, and then the steel bar is bent, so that the purpose of controlling the trend of the steel bar is realized;
3. the invention utilizes the arrangement mode of the clamping device to place the reinforcing steel bars into the semicircular grooves of the first magnet and the second magnet, then the reinforcing steel bars are screwed in a matching way, and the reinforcing steel bars are firmly fixed by the attraction of the first magnet and the second magnet to the reinforcing steel bars and the tightening and fixing of the bolts, thereby avoiding the sliding of the reinforcing steel bars.

The invention provides a reinforcing steel bar bending mechanism for a house bridge building and a bending method thereof, which are shown in figures 1-5, and the reinforcing steel bar bending mechanism comprises a bottom plate 1, wherein two sides of the upper surface of the bottom plate 1 are fixedly connected with first side plates 2, the back surfaces of the two first side plates 2 are fixedly connected with second side plates 3, and the bottom ends of the second side plates 3 are fixedly connected with the bottom plate 1.
First supporting rods 4 are symmetrically and fixedly connected between the two first side plates 2 and positioned on the upper surface of the bottom plate 1, first connecting rods 5 are fixedly connected on the inner sides of the tops of the two first supporting rods 4, a fixing barrel 6 is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of each first connecting rod 5, the diameter of each fixing barrel 6 can be set according to the bending degree of a steel bar, the bending degree of the steel bar is the outer diameter of each fixing barrel 6, the bending degree of the steel bar is easily controlled by controlling the diameter or the radius of each fixing barrel 6, short rods are rotatably connected on the outer sides of the tops of the two first supporting rods 4, rocker arms 7 are fixedly connected at one ends of the two short rods, second connecting rods 8 are fixedly connected at the tops of the two rocker arms 7, compression rollers 9 are rotatably sleeved on the outer walls of the second connecting rods 8, gaps between the fixing barrels 6 and the compression rollers 9 can only allow the diameter of the steel bar to pass through, and the outer walls of the, the back of the second side plate 3 is fixedly provided with a first motor 10 through a base, the output end of the first motor 10 is connected with a first rotating rod 11 in a transmission manner, and the first rotating rod 11 penetrates through the second side plate 3 and is fixedly connected with the bottom of one rocker arm 7.
One side of a fixed cylinder 6 and the upper surface that is located bottom plate 1 are provided with roll stop device 12, roll stop device 12 includes two second bracing pieces 121, two third connecting rods 122 and two cylinders 123, the bottom and 1 fixed connection of bottom plate of two second bracing pieces 121, two third connecting rods 122 fixed connection are in the inboard top and middle part of two second bracing pieces 121, two cylinders 123 rotate the outer wall that the cover located two third connecting rods 122, when the reinforcing bar passes through from roll stop device 12, the outer wall of reinforcing bar is just in time pressed from both sides between the outer wall of two cylinders 123, along with the passing through of reinforcing bar, two cylinders 123 reverse roll, there is the guide effect to the reinforcing bar, when preventing the reinforcing bar from moving to a fixed cylinder 6, do not pass through from the clearance between a fixed cylinder 6 and the compression roller 9, and then lead to the processing failure.
The below of rolling stop device 12 and the last fixed surface who is located bottom plate 1 are connected with slide rail 13, the upper surface of slide rail 13 is provided with pinion rack 14, slide rail 13 is provided with slip stop device 24 with pinion rack 14's junction, slip stop device 24 includes T type lug 241 and recess 242, the bottom of T type lug 241 is connected with the last fixed surface of slide rail 13, the middle part of pinion rack 14 lower surface is seted up to recess 242, slide rail 13 passes through T type lug 241 and pinion rack 14 sliding connection, the cooperation of T type lug 241 and recess 242 sets up, prevent that pinion rack 14 from appearing sideslipping when slide rail 13 surface slides, make pinion rack 14 only can carry out the endwise slip on slide rail 13.
One side of the top of the toothed plate 14 is engaged with a gear 15, the middle of the back of the gear 15 is fixedly connected with a second rotating rod 16, and the back of the second rotating rod 16 penetrates through the second side plate 3 and is fixedly connected with a handle 22.
The other side of the top of the toothed plate 14 is fixedly connected with a fixing plate 17, the top of the fixing plate 17 is provided with a clamping device 18, the clamping device 18 comprises a first magnet 181, a second magnet 182 and two bolts 183, the bottom end of the first magnet 181 is fixedly connected with the fixing plate 17, the second magnet 182 is movably arranged above the first magnet 181, the two bolts 183 are arranged at two sides of the top end of the second magnet 182, the bottom end of the bolt 183 penetrates through the second magnet 182 to be in threaded connection with the first magnet 181, the outer wall of the bolt 183 is sleeved with a rubber gasket 23, the rubber gasket 23 is arranged between the first magnet 181 and the second magnet 182, semicircular grooves are formed at positions corresponding to the first magnet 181 and the second magnet 182, the clamping device 18 is arranged in a manner that the reinforcing steel bars are placed in the semicircular grooves of the first magnet 181 and the second magnet 182, the bolt 183 is screwed, and the attractive force between the reinforcing steel bars is generated by the first magnet 181 and the second, and then the steel bars are firmly fixed by screwing and fixing the bolts 183, so that the sliding of the steel bars is avoided.
One side of one of them first curb plate 2 has second motor 19 through base fixed mounting, second motor 19 one side is provided with grinding device 20, grinding device 20 includes third bull stick 201, carousel 202 and four head 203 of polishing, the one end of third bull stick 201 is passed first curb plate 2 and is connected with the output transmission of second motor 19, the middle part of carousel 202 one side and the other end fixed connection of third bull stick 201, the one end of four head 203 of polishing all with the opposite side fixed connection of carousel 202, make second motor 19 drive head 203 rotate, thereby polish the one end of reinforcing bar with the help of the circular cone hypotenuse of head 203, thereby also moving towards head 203 when making reinforcing bar one end polished, thereby polish the one end of reinforcing bar into the thin shape of point, be convenient for insert the reinforcing bar tip in the concrete.
One side of grinding device 20 just is located and is provided with cleaning device 21 on second curb plate 3, cleaning device 21 includes air exhauster 211, tuber pipe 212, suction nozzle 213 and locker 214, air exhauster 211 passes through the back fixed connection of base with second curb plate 3, the back fixed connection of air exhauster 211 inlet scoop through pipeline and tuber pipe 212, the back fixed connection of second curb plate 3 with suction nozzle 213 is passed through to the front of tuber pipe 212, the air exit of air exhauster 211 passes through the pipeline and one side fixed connection of locker 214, the front of locker 214 and the back fixed connection of second curb plate 3, through the suction effect of air exhauster 211, make the piece pass through suction nozzle 213 and tuber pipe 212, in the inner chamber of locker 214 is inhaled from the pipeline, collect the sweeps, avoid the pollution of sweeps to the environment.
The first motor 10, the second motor 19 and the exhaust fan 211 are electrically connected with an external power supply through a first motor switch, a second motor switch and an exhaust fan switch which are externally connected.
This practical theory of operation:
when the polishing head is used, the bolts 183 are unscrewed, the second magnet 182 is lifted upwards, then the steel bars are placed into the semicircular groove between the first magnet 181 and the second magnet 182, the first magnet 181 has downward attraction to the second magnet 182 so as to clamp the steel bars, after the distance between the steel bars and the polishing device 20 is adjusted to be proper, the two bolts 183 are screwed so as to fix the steel bars on the fixing plate 17, the second motor switch is turned on, the third rotating rod 201 is driven to rotate through the second motor 19, then the polishing head 203 is driven to rotate, so that one end of the steel bars is polished by means of the conical bevel edge of the polishing head 203, the handle 22 is rotated forwards in the polishing process, the handle 22 drives the gear 15 to rotate, the toothed plate 14 meshed with the gear 15 moves towards the polishing device 20, and one end of the gear moves towards the polishing head 203 while being polished, thereby polishing one end of the steel bar into a tapered shape, in the polishing process of the polishing device 20, turning on the exhaust fan switch, sucking the chips scattered in the polishing process of the polishing device 20 and the steel bar into the inner cavity of the storage cabinet 214 from the pipeline through the suction nozzle 213 and the air duct 212 by the suction force of the exhaust fan 211, collecting the scraps, after polishing, turning off the second motor switch and the exhaust fan switch, reversely rotating the handle 22, making the handle 22 drive the gear 15 to rotate, thereby making the toothed plate 14 engaged with the gear move towards the direction of the rolling limiting device 12, thereby controlling the moving direction of the clamping device 18, further controlling the steel bar to pass through the two rollers 123, then pass through the gap between the fixed cylinder 6 and the press roller 9, and after the steel bar moves to a proper position, turning on the first motor switch, driving the rocker arm 7 to rotate around the first rotating rod 11 through the first connecting rod 5, thereby make two rocking arms 7 drive second connecting rod 8 and be circular motion to force compression roller 9 to press and be located the reinforcing bar between solid fixed cylinder 6 and the compression roller 9, the outer wall at solid fixed cylinder 6 is gradually bent by the pressure, and the one end of reinforcing bar is buckled this moment, thereby prevents the reinforcing bar not hard up in the building concrete, closes first motor switch, takes out the reinforcing bar after will processing the completion.
