The width of the middle transition plate 12 is smaller than the diameters of the first end circular plate 11 and the second end circular plate 13, and the upper and lower side surfaces of the middle transition plate 12 are respectively recessed inwards in an arc shape. The connector 1 is an 8-shaped connector, so that the clamping of the connector 1 is more comfortable and stable. In addition, the upper and lower sides of the middle transition plate 12 of the 8-shaped connector (i.e. the upper side 121 and the lower side 122 of the middle transition plate 12 as shown in fig. 2) are respectively recessed inwards in an arc shape, and the arc-shaped transition area of the middle transition plate 12 is just under the armpit, so that the comfort of the connector 1 in use is further improved. The invention is not limited to the specific dimensions of the connector 1, and the person skilled in the art can design it according to the actual situation.
Further, after the connecting rod 2 penetrates through the connector 1, the lengths of the connecting rod at two sides of the connector 1 are different, wherein the length L of one side for positioning an arm is 10-30cm, namely the length L is greater than the length at the back of the body after the connector 1 is clamped by the arm, and the length at the front of the body is greater than the length at the back of the body, so that the situation that the arm cannot be limited due to too short front length is avoided; of course, L is only a preferred length range and can be adjusted appropriately according to the body shape characteristics of the player.
Further, at least one end of the connector 1 is provided with a hanging lug 4 for hanging and accommodating the connector 1. Preferably, both ends of the connector 1 are provided with hanging lugs 4, and the hanging lugs 4 are circular hanging lugs protruding outwards along the end of the connector, as shown in fig. 2. Thereby realized hanging through hangers 4 and accomodate connector 1 on the wall body, it is simple and convenient, and do not occupy extra storage space.

The teaching aid for correcting the posture of the golf practice arm has a simple structure, and is comfortable to clamp under the armpit; the left arm or the right arm always keeps effective clamping on the connector and does not fall off, so that the golf player is helped to keep the connection of the arm and the body when swinging the golf club, and the synchronization of arm rotation and body torsion is realized; meanwhile, the rotating height of the arm is limited through the connecting rod, and then the body is guaranteed to have the correct torsion angle.
In a golf use method using the teaching aid for correcting the posture of the golf practice arm according to any of the above embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, after the connector is connected to the connecting rod, the connector is clamped under the right armpit, and the following conditions are ensured: in the preparation stage, the connecting rod is parallel to the ground; in the transition stage of the up swing and the down swing, the left arm just touches the connecting rod; while keeping the right arm gripping the connector from falling off throughout the swing. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, after the connector is connected with the connecting rod, the connector is clamped under the left armpit, and the following conditions are ensured: in the preparation stage, the connecting rod is parallel to the ground; when the rod is retracted, the right arm just contacts with the connecting rod; while keeping the left arm gripping the connector from falling off throughout the swing. Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing the movement of the connector clip at the completion of the swing up under the right armpit (i.e., the transition between the swing up and swing down), and fig. 6 is a schematic view showing the structure of the connector clip at the end of the swing back under the left armpit. It should be noted that, due to different physiques of players, there may be a situation where the arms cannot contact the connecting rod during the transition between the backswing and the downswing and at the end of the retraction, and the arms may be as close as possible to the connecting rod.
In particular, during a golf swing, the body, arms, and golf club should move in unison and the arms should remain attached to the body during the swing to help ensure that the correct shoulder, arm, and club face are maintained throughout the swing to achieve a more efficient and consistent shot.
The golf using method is simple and practical, and the connector is clamped under the armpit, so that the connection between the arm and the body is realized, and the synchronization of the rotation of the arm and the torsion of the body is realized; in addition, the connecting rod is used as a mark post to restrict the rotation angle of the arm, so that the body is ensured to be at the correct torsion angle.
The practice process of golf swing can be roughly divided into the following stages: the specific postures of the preparation stage, the 8 o 'clock top swing, the 9 o' clock top swing, the top swing half, the top swing end, the bottom swing half, the 9 o 'clock bottom swing, the hitting stage, the 4 o' clock bottom swing, the bottom swing half, the golf swing end, and the specific postures of the various stages can be specifically known by those skilled in the art according to the existing golf teaching videos, the golf swing research report of David lead better, and the like, and the detailed description of the invention is omitted herein.
During the golf practice, the following problems are generally encountered:
(1) the beginning of the swing often leads to swing problems that need to be compensated for in later stages and then do not maintain the balance of the body, such as arc rotation of the swing, loss of connection of the right arm to the body, flat shoulder plane, etc. The former swing is crucial, determines the shape and rhythm of the whole swing plane, and in the preparation stage, the arms and the shoulders form an inverted isosceles triangle; the movement of the arms and the club is controlled by the shoulders and the trunk, the triangular shape is maintained until the hands are opposite to the right leg; the club head should gradually move inward toward the target line, but must also be away from the hand to place the club on the correct swing plane; moving the club, hands, arms, chest, and shoulders together, ensuring the connection of the arms to the body, maintaining the correct body and shoulder angles is critical in golf practice, and therefore, to ensure a correct swing up, a connector can be placed under the left or right arm to help sense muscle engagement and the connection of the arms to the chest, further allowing the player to have a sense of a smooth swing, maintaining the connection between the arms and the body, ensuring the correct body twist angle, and further ensuring that the arms and club are in the correct swing plane.
(2) In the golf practice process, the time point is extremely important, the energy closed in the body can be perfectly synchronized with the arm which swings smoothly through the control of the time, so that no effort is released when a ball is hit, and therefore, the synchronization coordination of the arm swing and the body torsion is very important; if the arm is separated from the rotating body during the up swing, it will cause the body winding to be out of sync with the arm rotation, i.e. after the body winding is completed, the arm is rotated excessively, which is highly likely to cause "reverse rotation". Thus, successful coupling of arm and body movements together to create a coordinated, rhythmic swing is the ultimate goal of golf practice; the harmonious swinging of the arms and the body can be maintained by maintaining the feeling of pressure between the upper arms and the chest; specifically, the connector can be placed under the left armpit or the right armpit, and the swing can be performed for 3 to 4 times, and the player can be given a perfect feeling that the body and the arm synchronously swing by fixing the connector at a proper position, so that the player can avoid the excessive swing, the reverse tilt and the like of the arm.
(3) When the ball is hit, the lower body moves along with the ball, the upper body is thrown too far behind the ball, so that the arms swing to the right too far to be separated from the body, namely, the upper body leans backwards, the hitting strength is influenced, or a ball rod is stuck. At this point, by placing the connector below the left arm, the player will be assured of arm connection during the next stroke, forcing the player to let the arm relax more to the left; only by ensuring the correct twisting angle of the arms and the body can the golf club swing more fully to the left side, so that the upper half body can shift the gravity center to the more left position, and meanwhile, the chest covers the ball, so that the golf club can be more in front of the body during the downswing, and finally, the golf ball can be more straight and stable through the chain reaction generated by the connector.
In short, by connecting the connecting rod to the connector and placing the connector under the right arm armpit, it helps the right arm to stay connected to the body and ensures that the body has the correct angle of torsion and the left arm remains in the correct swing arm plane during the up swing; in addition, by connecting the connecting rod and the connector together and placing the connector under the left arm armpit, the folding performance of the left arm backswing is improved, and the right arm is kept on the correct swing arm plane.
The present invention has been further described with reference to specific embodiments, but it should be understood that the detailed description should not be construed as limiting the spirit and scope of the present invention, and various modifications made to the above-described embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art after reading this specification are within the scope of the present invention.
