In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details or with other methods described herein.
In the field of rail transit, when a driver drives a train, the driver needs to visually identify and judge under limited light and high driving speed when encountering the condition that foreign matters invade a rail traveling area, and no auxiliary equipment is provided. Therefore, great pressure is brought to train drivers, and the emergency stop of the train can be caused once misjudgment occurs, so that the operation of the whole train is influenced.
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the embodiment provides a new train arrival indicating system which can help a train driver to judge whether foreign matters enter a rail traveling zone more simply and conveniently, so that the pressure of the train driver is reduced, and the misjudgment of the train driver is reduced.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a train arrival indication system provided by the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the train arrival indicating system provided in this embodiment preferably includes: a lighting control device 101 and a lighting strip 102. The lighting control device 101 is connected to the lighting strip 102, and is configured to turn on or off the lighting strip 102 according to the train arrival state. Specifically, in this embodiment, when the train is about to enter the station, the lighting control device 101 may illuminate the lighting strip, so as to assist the train driver to observe the condition of the rail area.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view showing the installation position of the lighting strip in the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the light bar 102 is preferably installed on the track section side of the screen door system. In order to enable the train driver to more conveniently and accurately utilize the light bar 102 to know the track area, in the present embodiment, the light bar 102 is preferably installed below the sliding door 1 and at the full length of the track area side of the screen door system, i.e., the light bar 102 preferably covers the entire track area length.
When a train is about to enter the station, the lighting control device 101 will illuminate the light bar 102, thereby forming a finished light strip. When the sealing rubber strip or the sealing plate in the shielding door system falls off to the threshold 4, the lighting strip 102 at the corresponding position is partially shielded, so that the integrity of the lighting waiting 102 is damaged. Similarly, if a passenger or other object enters the side of the track area of the screen door system during the train approach, the light strip 102 at the corresponding position is also shielded. The train driver can also determine whether a foreign object enters the track area side of the screen door system according to the shielding condition of the lighting strip 102.
Meanwhile, the lighting lamp strip can play a good lighting role in the whole rail traveling area, and the brightness of the rail traveling area can be improved, so that a train driver can not only rely on the limited lighting range of the lamp when entering a station, and the train driver can clearly and accurately master the situation of the whole rail traveling area in the station entering process. The lighting lamp strip 102 is lightened to indicate that a train is about to enter the station, so that a prompting function is provided for passengers waiting at the station, and the safety of the passengers waiting at the station is guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, optionally, the train arrival prompting system may further include an audio prompting device 103. The audio prompting device 103 is connected to the lighting control device 101, and when a train is about to enter the station, the lighting control device 101 may further generate a corresponding control signal (for example, a second control signal) to control the audio prompting device 103 to generate and output a corresponding train entering prompting sound, which may further ensure the safety of passengers waiting at the platform.
In the present embodiment, the lighting control device 101 preferably includes: a signal receiving module 201, a data communication module 202, a data processing module 203 and a switch module 204. The signal receiving module 201 is configured to generate a signal indicating that a train is about to enter the station according to the received signal system-transmitted signal, and transmit the signal indicating that the train is about to enter the station to the data processing module 203 connected thereto, so that the data processing module 203 lights the lighting strip 102 according to the signal indicating that the train is about to enter the station.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic circuit diagram of the signal receiving module 201 in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the signal receiving module 201 includes a first optical coupler circuit. The first optical coupler circuit includes: RC filter circuit, protection circuit and opto-coupler U48. The RC filter circuit is formed by connecting a capacitor C136 and a resistor R123 in parallel, and can effectively filter sharp pulses or disordered clutter in the station-entering indication signal received by the signal receiving module, so that the optocoupler U48 can work stably.
The protection circuit includes a first diode D48 and a second diode D49. The first diode D48 is preferably implemented by a TVS diode, which is connected in parallel with the RC filter circuit for performing overcurrent protection on the signal receiving module 201. Specifically, when the signal receiving circuit 201 is short-circuited to increase the current and exceed a certain current threshold, the TVS diode is forward broken down and conducted, so that the current is directly introduced into the ground, and the effect of protecting the optocoupler is achieved.
In this embodiment, when the signal receiving module 201 does not receive the inbound indication signal transmitted by the signal system, the signal receiving module 201 outputs a high level signal (e.g., a 3.3V voltage signal); when the signal receiving module 201 receives the signal indicating that the train is about to enter the station, the signal receiving module 201 outputs a low level signal (e.g., a 0V voltage signal), which is a signal indicating that the train is about to enter the station.
In this embodiment, the data processing module 203 may further receive a signal that the train is about to enter the train and is transmitted by the signal system through the data communication module 202 connected thereto. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the data communication module 202 may perform data communication with the signal system through a CAN bus, and the data processing module 203 also preferably performs data communication with the data communication module 202 through the CAN bus. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, other reasonable communication manners may be adopted between the data communication module and the signal system and/or between the data communication module and the data processing module for data transmission, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
After receiving the signal that the train is about to enter the station, the data processing module 203 generates a first control signal according to the signal that the train is about to enter the station, and transmits the first control signal to the switch module 204 connected thereto, so that the switch module 204 is controlled to conduct the conductive loop between the lighting strip 102 and the power supply, and further, the lighting strip 102 is turned on.
Fig. 4 shows a circuit schematic of the switch module 204 in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the switch module 204 includes a second optical coupler circuit, wherein the second optical coupler circuit is capable of turning on the connection between the third port and the fourth port of the optical coupler U15 after receiving the first control signal, so that the second optical coupler circuit is equivalent to turning on the connection between the lighting strip 102 and the corresponding power source (e.g., 24V power source), thereby lighting the lighting strip 102.
It should be noted that in other embodiments of the present invention, the power voltage of the lighting strip 102 may be configured to be different reasonable values according to actual needs, and the present invention does not limit the specific value of the power voltage of the lighting strip 102.
