本发明涉及一种管桩水泥的制作方法,其配料包括高硅质材料25%~45%;石膏1%~8%;硅酸盐水泥熟料58%~79%;石灰石0-5%;以上配料比为重量百分比,其中高硅质材料要求二氧化硅含量大于85%,将上述的配料在水泥磨中混磨至细度为比表面积大于每公斤300平方米时即可确定这种水泥已经合成。它具有强度高、成本低的优点。

Description

管状水泥的制作方法
本发明涉及一种水泥的制作方法。
目前的管状水泥生产一般使用硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥,用这两种水泥配制的混凝土其早强性能较好,但由于这两种水泥中的主要化学元素钙和硅的比值(C/S)较大,一般的C/S为2~3,在管桩生产时,经压蒸养护后,混凝土的强度并不高,在混凝土的微观结构中仍大量分布Ca(OH)2,混凝土的强度没有得到发挥。水泥混凝土在压蒸养护时,水泥化学成分除通常进行的水泥水化反应外,还进行大量的水热合成反应,形成晶体强度较高的托贝莫来石,这种物质的C/S比接近等于1,其强度较其它水化产物的强度均要高。由于硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥中的钙、硅比较大,因此经水热合成反应后生成的托贝莫来石矿物的数量就少,强度很低的Ca(OH)2却大量形成,混凝土强度就偏低。
本发明的目的在于提供一种强度高的管状水泥的制作方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种管状水泥的制作方法,其配料包括
    高硅质材料            25%~45%;
    石膏                  1%~8%;
    硅酸盐水泥熟料        58%~79%;
    石灰石                0-5%;
以上配料比为重量百分比,其中高硅质材料要求二氧化硅含量大于85%,将上述的配料在水泥磨中混磨至细度为比表面积大于每公斤300平方米时即可确定这种水泥已经合成。
本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
通过增加高硅质材料,使水泥中的钙、硅比值(C/S)接近1,可满足最佳的水热合成条件,所形成的晶体强度较高的托贝莫来石含量高,该水泥在高强度混凝土管状的生产时,所配制的混凝土经压蒸养护后,混凝土的强度得到了很大的提高,并且由于高硅质材料价格低,因此所产生的水泥的成本也低。
实施例:一种管状水泥的制作方法,其配料包括
    高硅质材料                  25%~45%;
    石膏                        1%~8%;
    硅酸盐水泥熟料              58%~79%;
    石灰石                      0-5%;
以上配料比为重量百分比,其中高硅质材料要求二氧化硅含量大85%,将上述的配料在水泥磨中混磨,在水泥粉磨时允许掺有助磨剂,混磨至细度为比表面积大于每公斤300平方时即可确定这种水泥已经合成。所述的高硅质材料选用常见的洁净的建筑砂、石英砂等。所述的高硅质材料中可以部分用粉煤灰替代,所述的粉煤灰在高硅质材料中所占的重量比低于45%。
具体实施例:其配料包括
洁净建筑砂                     25%
石膏                           4%
硅酸盐水泥熟料                 58%
石灰石                         3%
粉煤灰                         10%
以上配料比为重量百分比,将上述的五种配料在水泥磨中混磨至细度为比表面积为每公斤420平方米时即可确定这种水泥已经合成。
用这种水泥生产管桩时,混凝土经压蒸养护,其强度发展与采用其它水泥生产时的对比情况见下表所示:

2.高效减水剂为:mighty-100,掺量为水泥用量的0.5%;
3.压蒸养最高温度、压力、时间分别为183℃、10个大气压、4小时。
从表中可见,用该水泥在预应力高强度混凝土管桩生产中所配制的混凝土强度较使用其它硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥要高得多,管桩的使用性能大大提高,单位承载力成本降低很多,其成本也降低很多。

1、一种管状水泥的制作方法,其配料包括
高硅质材料           25%~45%;
石膏                 1%~8%;
硅酸盐水泥熟料       58%~79%;
石灰石               0-5%;
以上配料比为重量百分比,其中高硅质材料要求二氧化硅含量大于85%,将上述的配料在水泥磨中混磨至细度为比表面积大于每公斤300平方米时即可确定这种水泥已经合成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的管状水泥的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的高硅质材料为洁净的建筑砂或石英砂。
