A small agricultural solid garbage crusher is characterized by comprising a mounting frame (1), a fixing plate (2), a front support plate (3), mounting lugs (4), a first side plate (5), two sets of sliding grooves (6), a protective plate (7), a first crushing roller (8), a second crushing roller (9), a second side plate (10), a driving gear (11), a driven gear (12), a power box (13), a belt wheel (14) and a power box (15), wherein the fixing plate (2) is embedded in the front surface of the mounting frame (1), the front support plate (3), the first side plate (5), the second side plate (10), the power box (13) and the power box (15) are fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the mounting frame (1), one side of the front support plate (3) is fixedly connected with one side of the first side plate (5), the other side of the front support plate (3) is fixedly connected with one side of the second side plate (10), the first crushing roller (8) and the second crushing roller (9) are arranged between the first sideboard (5) and the second sideboard (10) in parallel, two ends of the first crushing roller (8) and the second crushing roller (9) respectively penetrate through the outer surfaces of the first sideboard (5) and the second sideboard (10), the driving gear (11) and the driven gear (12) are both arranged on the surface of the other side of the second sideboard (10), the driving gear (11) and the driven gear (12) are respectively clamped with one ends of the second crushing roller (9) and the first crushing roller (8), the belt wheel (14) is positioned on one side of the power box (13), the power box (15) is positioned on the other side close to the power box (13), the mounting lug (4) is fixedly arranged on the other side of the first sideboard (5), and the two groups of sliding grooves (6) are respectively arranged on the upper surfaces of the first sideboard (5) and the second sideboard (10), the guard plates (7) are arranged at the upper ends of the two groups of sliding grooves (6);

a clamping plate (25) is welded on the rear surface of the front support plate (3), and an accommodating notch (26) is formed in the outer surface of the clamping plate (25);
the first crushing roller (8) comprises a connecting head (27), a movable roller (28), a winch (29) and a fastening nut (30), one end of the connecting head (27) is fixedly connected with one end of the movable roller (28), four groups of clamping columns (32) are arranged on one side surface of the winch (29), a butt joint notch (33) matched with the clamping columns (32) is formed in the other side surface of the winch (29), a fixed slotted hole (34) is formed in the center of the inner portion of the winch (29), the movable roller (28) penetrates through the fixed slotted hole (34) to be fixedly connected with the winch (29), a heat conducting rod (31) is arranged on the outer surface of the movable roller (28), the heat conducting rod (31) penetrates through the fixed slotted hole (34) to be welded on the outer surface of the winch (29) in the same manner, and the fastening nut (30) is meshed and fixed to the other end of the movable roller (28);
the rear surface of fixed plate (2) has linked up stock guide (36), and each fixed mounting in rear surface both sides of stock guide (36) has a set of baffle (37), joint groove (38) have all been seted up to the both sides of fixed plate (2), be provided with between stock guide (36) and fixed plate (2) storage seat (39), and the inside of storage seat (39) has seted up rod piece groove (40), the rear surface of stock guide (36) has linked up folding rod (41), and is provided with second sliding seat (42) between the internal surface of the one end of folding rod (41) and rod piece groove (40).

The small agricultural solid garbage crusher according to claim 1, wherein two sets of rivets (16) are riveted between the first side plate (5) and the front support plate (3), a rear support plate with the same structure as the front support plate (3) is arranged behind the front support plate (3), and the first side plate (5), the second side plate (10), the front support plate (3) and the rear support plate are riveted with each other to form a quadrilateral square frame structure.
3. The small agricultural solid waste crusher as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving gear (11) and the driven gear (12) are the same in size, and the teeth arranged on the periphery of the driving gear (11) and the driven gear (12) are clamped at intervals.

The small agricultural solid waste crusher as claimed in claim 1, wherein two sets of belt grooves are arranged on the periphery of the belt wheel (14), a belt is connected between one set of belt grooves and the speed regulating motor (20), and a belt is also arranged between the other set of belt grooves and the coupling (21).

6. The small agricultural solid garbage crusher according to claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the jamming cylinder (32) is provided with a short column, and the cross-sectional shape of the abutting notch (33) is the same as the side view shape of the jamming cylinder (32).
7. The small agricultural solid garbage crusher according to claim 1, wherein the heat conducting rod (31) is formed in a strip shape, and the inner wall of the fixing slot hole (34) is provided with four sets of rectangular inner holes corresponding to the heat conducting rod (31).

step four: the solid garbage to be crushed slides down from the surface of the protective plate (7), the solid garbage enters between the first crushing roller (8) and the second crushing roller (9), the first crushing roller (8) and the second crushing roller (9) rotate relatively, the crushing tooth blocks (35) on the periphery of the winch (29) extrude the solid garbage, the crushing operation of the solid garbage is completed, the crushed garbage leaks out from the space between the first crushing roller (8) and the second crushing roller (9), and slides down along the surface of the guide plate (36), and the whole operation is completed.
