Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and to specific examples.
The high beam module comprises an LED light source 20, a reflector 30 and a radiator 10, wherein the LED light source is arranged on a circuit board, the LED light source 20 is fixedly arranged on the radiator 10 through a screw and is positioned right above or right below the reflector, and the reflecting surface of the reflector covers the whole LED light source.
The reflecting mirror 30 is used for reflecting light from the LED light source 10, the reflecting surface of the reflecting mirror 30 is divided into a first reflecting area 31, a second reflecting area 32 and a third reflecting area 33, and the first reflecting area 31, the second reflecting area 32 and the third reflecting area 33 are provided with high beam light distribution patterns.
The second reflective area 32 is opposite to the LED light source 20, the first reflective area 31 is located at the left side of the second reflective area 32, and the third reflective area 33 is located at the right side of the second reflective area 32. The second reflection region 32 is responsible for the profile and broadening of the high beam light pattern, and the first and third reflection regions 31 and 33 are responsible for the central brightness of the light pattern.
The LED light source comprises a plurality of LEDs, and the focal point of the reflecting surface of the second reflecting area is positioned at the geometric center of the LEDs and is used for forming the widening and the outline of a high beam light type; the reflection surface focal point of the first reflection area is positioned at the geometric center of one LED on the left side of the LED light source, the reflection surface focal point of the third reflection area is positioned at the geometric center of one LED on the right side of the LED light source, and the first reflection area and the third reflection area are used for forming a high beam type central bright spot.

The lateral spacing of the boundaries of the LED light emitting chips adjacent to the first LED light source 21 and the second LED light source 22 is 0.5mm to 1mm, preferably 1mm. In other embodiments, the first LED light source 21 and the second LED light source 22 may be composed of more than two LED light emitting chip packages.

In other embodiments, the LED light source may be composed of more than four LEDs, and similarly, the focal point of the reflecting surface of the second reflecting area is located at the geometric center of the entire LED light source, the focal point of the reflecting surface of the first reflecting area is located at the geometric center of the leftmost LED, and the focal point of the reflecting surface of the third reflecting area is located at the geometric center of the rightmost LED.
According to the invention, through the specific configuration of the LEDs and the three reflecting areas with different functions, the high beam light distribution pattern comprising the broadening and the bright spots is formed and irradiated to the front of the vehicle, so that the numerical requirement of high beam and the corresponding light type distribution can be realized under the condition of low cost.
