Abstract

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the driving mechanism includes a rack structure 121, a first iron block 122, a rotating shaft structure 123 and an electromagnetic element 124, wherein the first iron block 122 is disposed at one end of the rack structure 121, the rotating shaft structure 123 is disposed at least on one side of the air intake cover 11, the rotating shaft structure 123 includes a rotating shaft 1231 and a gear 1232, the rotating shaft structure 123 is disposed at one side of the air intake cover 11 in a protruding manner, the gear 1232 is sleeved on the outer circumference of the rotating shaft 1231, is located at one side of the rack structure 121, and is engaged with the rack structure 121, and the electromagnetic element 124 is electrically connected to the controller, and is disposed opposite to the first iron block 122.

In another embodiment, the operating principle of the second case of the drive mechanism is shown in fig. 11 and 12: when the washing machine is in an operating state, the controller controls the driving mechanism to enable the electromagnetic element 124 to be in an electrified state (as shown in fig. 12), the first iron block 122 is attracted to the electromagnetic element 124, and the gear 1232 is located at a position close to the bottom of the rack structure 121, so that the air inlet cover 11 is in a closed state in such a state, that is, the hot water steam is prevented from being sprayed out from the inside of the washing machine to burn an operator; when the washing machine is in the operation ending state, the controller controls the driving mechanism to make the electromagnetic element 124 in the power-off state (as shown in fig. 11), the first iron block 122 has a certain distance from the electromagnetic element 124, the gear 1232 is located at a position close to the top of the rack structure 121, and in this state, the air inlet cover 11 is in the open state.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the component to be mounted is the air intake box 14 having an opening 141 on one side, a filter screen is disposed on the side of the air intake box 14 opposite to the opening 141, an air intake hole 142 is disposed on the filter screen, and the diameter of the air intake hole 142 is smaller than 10mm, so that the operator can be effectively prevented from extending a hand into the washing machine from the opening 141, and the safety of the operator is protected. In addition, one side of the filter screen is covered with filter cloth, the filter cloth covers the air inlet 142, the effective filtering effect can be achieved, and when impurities on the filter cloth are excessive, only the filter cloth needs to be replaced.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, in order to facilitate the installation of the driving mechanism, an installation groove 143 is formed on the sidewall of the air inlet box 14, and the rack structure 121, the first iron block 122 and the electromagnetic element 124 are all accommodated in the installation groove 143. As shown in fig. 4, a first elastic structure 15 is arranged between the rack structure 121 and the bottom wall of the mounting groove 143 along the moving direction of the rack structure 121, and by arranging the first elastic structure 15, it can be ensured that when the electromagnetic element 124 is in a power-off state, the rack structure 121 is reset by the tensile force of the elastic structure 15, so that the phenomenon that the air inlet cover 11 cannot be reset due to the fact that impurities are clamped between the rack structure 121 and the gear 1232 in the use process of the air permeable device 1 is avoided, and smooth opening and closing of the air inlet cover 11 can be ensured.
As shown in fig. 4, the side wall of the air intake box 14 is provided with a mounting hole 144, the rotating shaft 1231 is mounted in the mounting hole 144, and a bearing is disposed between the rotating shaft 1231 and the mounting hole 144, so that the driving mechanism can drive the air intake cover 11 to open and close smoothly relative to the air intake box 14, wear between the rotating shaft 1231 and the mounting hole 144 is reduced, and cost increase caused by replacing parts is reduced. As shown in fig. 8 to 12, the electromagnetic element 124 is disposed above the rack structure 121, and the ventilation apparatus 1 further includes a limiting mechanism, the limiting mechanism includes a lever 161, a second iron block 162, a first wedge 163, a second wedge 164, and a guide hole 165, wherein the second iron block 162 is rotatably disposed at one end of the lever 161 and is disposed opposite to the electromagnetic element 124. The first wedge block 163 is connected with the other end of the lever 161, and is driven by the lever 161 to move vertically, the second wedge block 164 is matched and abutted with the first wedge block 163, a limiting rod 1641 is convexly arranged on one side of the second wedge block 164 facing the driving mechanism, the limiting rod 1641 can extend into the lower portion of the rack structure 121, the limiting rod 1641 is accommodated in the guide hole 165, and the limiting rod 1641 can slide along the guide hole 165.
