Weighing 5g of finished alkaline particles, mixing and dissolving the alkaline particles according to the solid-liquid ratio of 1:5, measuring the pH value, selecting 50kg of alkaline fertilizer, sealing and storing for 10 days and 30 days, and respectively detecting the ammonia concentration by using a Hima ammonia detector, wherein the results are shown in Table 1.
Performance testing
The data of the results of the tests on the alkaline fertilizers obtained in examples 1-6 above are shown in Table 1 below.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from the experimental data in Table 1, the pH value of the alkaline fertilizer is adjusted by adjusting the adding amount of the alkaline agent, the ammonia gas does not smell the smell of the ammonia gas basically when the ammonia gas amount is below 10ppm according to the ammonia gas concentration standard, and the ammonia gas amount of all products in the experiment is less than 10ppm within thirty days, so that the pungent smell of the ammonia gas cannot be smelled, therefore, the alkaline fertilizer product prepared by the embodiment of the invention is the alkaline fertilizer without obvious smell, and the alkaline effect is good.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
