FIG. 4 is a block diagram of a vehicle warning device provided in an exemplary embodiment.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
As described above, the position of the steering wheel can be adjusted by pulling the adjustment handle to release the steering column. When the position of the steering wheel is adjusted, the steering wheel is in an unfixed state, and at the moment, if a vehicle runs on a road surface, a great potential safety hazard exists. Therefore, the inventors conceived that, when it is determined that the vehicle is traveling and the steering column has been released, a warning message may be output.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a vehicle warning method, as shown in FIG. 1, including the following steps, provided by an exemplary embodiment.
In step S11, it is determined whether the vehicle is traveling based on the traveling state information of the vehicle.
The driving state information of the vehicle may be a parameter indicating a current driving state of the vehicle. The driving states may include parking, forward driving, reverse, cornering, braking, acceleration, deceleration, and the like. The driving state information may include parameters such as vehicle speed, acceleration, steering wheel angle, brake pedal stroke, accelerator pedal stroke, and the like.
The basis for the judgment can be preset according to the running state information of the vehicle to judge whether the vehicle is running. For example, when the vehicle speed of the vehicle is greater than a predetermined vehicle speed threshold, it may be determined that the vehicle is traveling; alternatively, it may be determined that the vehicle is traveling when the engine speed of the vehicle is greater than a predetermined speed threshold. The vehicle speed threshold and the rotation speed threshold may be obtained empirically or experimentally.
When the engine speed of the vehicle is greater than the predetermined speed threshold, the vehicle is sometimes in neutral and the vehicle speed is zero, but there is a potential risk that the vehicle may be traveling.
The running state information of the vehicle may be detected by a dedicated detection device alone or may be acquired from an existing device such as an ECU.
In step S12, it is determined whether the steering column has been released based on the mounting state information of the steering column of the vehicle.
The installed state of the steering column may include an unlocked and a locked state. The installation state information of the steering column may be a parameter capable of representing an unlocked or locked state of the steering column. For example, it is possible to determine whether the steering column has been released by detecting the stroke of the above-described adjustment handle. When the stroke by which the adjustment handle is cocked is greater than a predetermined stroke threshold, the steering column may be deemed to have been released. The travel threshold may be empirically or experimentally derived. The stroke of the adjusting handle can be detected by a plurality of methods such as a correspondingly arranged position sensor, a correspondingly arranged pressure sensor and a correspondingly arranged camera.
When the steering column is released, the steering wheel is released, i.e., the steering wheel is in an unfixed state, where the steering wheel is operated to adjust the position of the steering wheel in the cab, and the steering of the vehicle is not controlled. Therefore, it is dangerous if the steering column is released during the running of the vehicle.
In step S13, control outputs an alarm message when it is determined that the vehicle is traveling and the steering column has been released.
The alert message may be a message in a variety of forms. The control output alarm message may include any one of the following, or, alternatively, two or a combination of three of the following:
controlling to output voice or buzzing; controlling an alarm icon to be displayed in an instrument panel of the vehicle; the control turns on the double flashing lights of the vehicle.
The speech may be, for example: "danger, please lock the steering wheel immediately". The alarm icon displayed in the dashboard may be a predetermined steering wheel style icon, which may be normally bright or blinking. The double flashing lights controlling the vehicle to be turned on can remind other vehicles or pedestrians around the vehicle that the vehicle is dangerous and can cause the surrounding people to be alert.
Through the technical scheme, when the vehicle runs, if the steering column is loosened to adjust the position of the steering wheel, the alarm message is output to prompt the current operation to enable the vehicle to have larger potential safety hazard, and thus, a driver can be reminded to recover the safety state of the vehicle.
In still another embodiment of the present disclosure, it may be determined whether the steering column has been released by detecting a resistance value between two locking blocks for locking the steering column.
First, the connection relationship between the adjustment handle and the steering column will be briefly described. FIG. 2 is a schematic illustration of the connection between the adjustment handle and the steering column provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the adjusting handle 1 is fixedly connected to the first locking block 2, and when the adjusting handle 1 is turned up, the first locking block 2 is driven to rotate relative to the second locking block 3. The second locking piece 3 is fixedly connected with a steering column (not shown) through a steering column support 4.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a first locking block and a second locking block provided in an exemplary embodiment. A slope type contact surface 5 is arranged between the first locking block 2 and the second locking block 3, when the adjusting handle 1 is located at a position for locking the steering column, the first locking block 2 and the second locking block 3 are screwed, a large contact area is formed between the first locking block 2 and the second locking block 3, and conversely, when the adjusting handle 1 is located at a position for loosening the steering column, the first locking block 2 and the second locking block 3 are unscrewed, and a small contact area is formed between the first locking block 2 and the second locking block 3.
It is well known that the resistance of a conductor decreases as the cross-sectional area of the conductor increases. In the present disclosure, when the first locking block 2 and the second locking block 3 are screwed, since there is a large contact area therebetween, the resistance value therebetween (that is, the resistance value of both ends of the first locking block and the second locking block as a whole) is small, and similarly, when the first locking block 2 and the second locking block 3 are unscrewed, since there is a small contact area therebetween, the resistance value therebetween is large.
As described above, in still another embodiment of the present disclosure, the step of determining whether the steering column has been released according to the mounting state information of the steering column of the vehicle (step S12) may include: when the resistance value between the two locking blocks for locking the steering column is greater than a predetermined resistance value threshold value, it is determined that the steering column has been released.
Wherein the predetermined threshold value of the resistance value can be derived from experimental data. As shown in fig. 3, the first and second locking blocks 2 and 3 may be connected with a resistance value detecting device 6 to detect a resistance value before the first and second locking blocks 2 and 3. The resistance value detection device 6 may employ various detection devices commonly used.
In the embodiment, whether the steering column is loosened or not is skillfully judged through the resistance value between the two locking blocks, the data processing is simple, the response is sensitive, and the accuracy is high.
The present disclosure also provides a vehicle warning device. FIG. 4 is a block diagram of a vehicle warning device provided in an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the vehicle warning device 10 may include a first determination module 11, a second determination module 12, and a control module 13.
The first judging module 11 is used for judging whether the vehicle is running according to the running state information of the vehicle. The second determination module 12 is configured to determine whether the steering column has been released based on the installation state information of the steering column of the vehicle. The control module 13 is used for controlling to output an alarm message when the first judging module judges that the vehicle is running and the second judging module judges that the steering column is released.
Optionally, the first determining module 11 includes a first determining sub-module or a second determining sub-module.
The first judgment submodule is used for judging that the vehicle runs when the vehicle speed of the vehicle is larger than a preset vehicle speed threshold value. The second determination submodule is configured to determine that the vehicle is traveling when an engine speed of the vehicle is greater than a predetermined speed threshold.
Optionally, the second judging module 12 includes a third judging submodule.
The third judgment submodule is used for judging that the steering column is loosened when the resistance value between the two locking blocks for locking the steering column is larger than a preset resistance value threshold value.
Alternatively, the control module 13 may include any one of the first, second and third control sub-modules, or a combination of two or three thereof.
The first control submodule is used for controlling output of voice or buzzing.
The second control submodule is used for controlling an alarm icon to be displayed in an instrument panel of the vehicle.
The third control sub-module is used for controlling the turning on of double flashing lights of the vehicle.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
The present disclosure also provides a vehicle warning system. The system comprises a vehicle alarm device 10, a vehicle speed detection device, a resistance value detection device and an alarm.
The vehicle speed detection device is used for detecting the vehicle speed of the vehicle. The resistance value detection device is used for detecting the resistance value between two locking blocks of a steering column for locking a vehicle. The alarm is used for outputting alarm information.
The present disclosure also provides a vehicle including the vehicle warning device 10 described above.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
