b-4, washing with high-temperature clear water: b-3, after the transparent plastic cushion processed in the step B-3 is converted into an upright state, carrying out double-sided washing for 5-10s through two groups of spray heads, keeping the liquid temperature at 60-80 ℃, and then keeping the upright state for spraying 15-30 s;
b-5, high-temperature airflow drying: replacing the two groups of spray headers in the step B-4 with two groups of hot air machine ports, and drying the transparent plastic cushion at the air temperature of 50-80 ℃ until no water mark exists on the two sides of the transparent plastic cushion;

b-5, high-temperature airflow drying: replacing the two groups of spray headers in the step B-4 with two groups of hot air machine ports, drying the transparent plastic cushion at the air temperature of 70 ℃ until no water mark exists on the two sides of the transparent plastic cushion;
C. ink-jet printing: and C, sending the transparent plastic cushion processed in the step B into a preheated digital ink jet printer, and starting an ink jet printing process through a microcomputer to finish stable ink jet printing of any specified pattern.

fourthly, washing with high-temperature clear water: after the transparent plastic cushion processed in the previous step is converted into a vertical state, double-sided washing is carried out for 5-8s through two groups of spray heads, the liquid temperature is 65 ℃, and then liquid is sprayed for 25s in the vertical state; in the vertical height, the spray head is positioned at 2/3 on the upper end of the transparent plastic cushion, and the spray opening of the spray head is arranged in an inclined upward direction of 45 degrees, so that the comprehensive washing effect of the transparent plastic cushion is more easily achieved;
