The movable pressing mechanism 3 comprises a sixth air cylinder 32 for driving the first bottom plate 31 to move along the feeding direction, a third pressing plate 33 positioned above one end of the first bottom plate 31 close to the cutting position, and a seventh air cylinder 34 for driving the third pressing plate 33 to move up and down. The third pressing plate 33 and the second pressing plate 25 respectively press two sides of the material cutting position, so that the cutting precision is ensured.
The feeding mechanism 1, the fixed compressing mechanism 2 and the movable compressing mechanism 3 are respectively provided with a side limit plate 6 for limiting one side of the material, and the side limit plates are matched with the first, second and third side locating mechanisms to limit the lateral freedom degree of the material.
