In this process, the number positions and sizes of the SIM cards 17 of different manufacturers are greatly different, so that the rotation joint 3 is set for the camera 4, the rotation angle can be adjusted, the size of the identification area can be selected, and the interference of other numbers in the card can be eliminated randomly. The SIM card 17 is classified and then operated.
Meanwhile, the fault card and the waste card which cannot be identified by the numbers are controlled by the controller 22 to trigger the ejector, the fault card is ejected at a designated position and collected by the fault card collecting box 8, and later independent processing is facilitated.
