The SaaS is provided by a Platform As A Service (PAAS) Platform, and in the SaaS mode, a Service provider provides a set of cloud system services to a plurality of clients. Each customer is a tenant of the service and can make subscription payments as needed to obtain the service. Since the cloud system services are all customer-oriented, integration issues are involved if there are customers that need to customize access to some CTI systems. The existing PaaS platform cannot realize that a tenant customizes a dedicated CTI integration system according to the requirement, namely cannot realize the personalized integration of the tenant level.

The mainstream CTI integration technology at present is mainly the integration of all tenants in the SaaS application scenario.
