Technical Field

Background
CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) technology refers to an Integration technology of Computer and communication technology, and with the development of Telecommunication technology, more technologies are now defined as Computer Telecommunication Integration technology. The CTI technology at present is used for processing not only traditional telephone Voice but also other forms of information media including fax, e-mail and Voice Over IP (VOIP). With the development of internet technology and the maturity of application Software, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is gradually being widely applied as a completely innovative Software application model. The manufacturer uniformly deploys the application software on the server of the manufacturer, and a customer can order the required application software service from the manufacturer through the internet according to the actual requirement of the customer, pay the cost to the manufacturer according to the amount and time of the ordered service, and obtain the service provided by the manufacturer through the internet.
The SaaS is provided by a Platform As A Service (PAAS) Platform, and in the SaaS mode, a Service provider provides a set of cloud system services to a plurality of clients. Each customer is a tenant of the service and can make subscription payments as needed to obtain the service. Since the cloud system services are all customer-oriented, integration issues are involved if there are customers that need to customize access to some CTI systems. The existing PaaS platform cannot realize that a tenant customizes a dedicated CTI integration system according to the requirement, namely cannot realize the personalized integration of the tenant level.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problem, embodiments of the present invention provide a CTI adapter, a SaaS application system, and a method.
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a CTI adapter, including: the basic service management module is used for providing basic services of the PaaS platform for the client by calling a JS (JavaScript) application program interface of the PaaS platform and calling a CTI system application program interface, and the basic services comprise web-based software telephone services.

In a third aspect, the present invention provides a SaaS application method, including: basic services of the PaaS platform are provided for the client side by calling a JS application program interface of the PaaS platform and calling a CTI system application program interface, and the basic services comprise software telephone services based on web.
In a fourth aspect, the present invention provides an electronic device, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, where the processor executes the computer program to implement the steps of the SaaS application method according to the third aspect of the present invention.
In a fifth aspect, the present invention provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the SaaS application method of the third aspect of the present invention.
The CTI adapter provided by the embodiment of the invention simultaneously calls the JS application program interface and the CTI system application program interface through the CTI adapter, thereby realizing the personalized integration of the SaaS tenant level.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The mainstream CTI integration technology at present is mainly the integration of all tenants in the SaaS application scenario. That is to say, the integration mode is specific to all tenants of the cloud system, and cannot be an exclusive integration mode of a certain tenant. If the customer needs to interface with the CTI system of the customer, the customer must rely on the service provider to develop the CTI system in the cloud, and the CTI system cannot be independently implemented for the tenant.
To solve this problem, embodiments of the present invention provide a CTI adapter. The client in the embodiment of the invention is a terminal of a user, such as a PC terminal, a mobile terminal, etc., obtaining SaaS service through a PaaS platform, and the corresponding user includes an enterprise user having CTI integration, for example, a certain enterprise user has deployed corresponding hardware equipment and software application of CTI integration in an enterprise through a CTI integrator.

The basic service management module calls the JS API and the CTI system API simultaneously, so that an enterprise corresponding to the client can customize corresponding basic services individually while subscribing the SaaS service, integration of the CTI system is achieved, and integration of the enterprise as a tenant level of the SaaS tenant is achieved.
The CTI adapter provided by the embodiment of the invention simultaneously calls the JS application program interface and the CTI system application program interface through the CTI adapter, thereby realizing the personalized integration of the SaaS tenant level.
Based on the content of the above embodiment, as an optional embodiment, the CTI adapter further includes a third-party service management module, the third-party service management module is connected to the PaaS platform through an OPEN application program interface, the third-party service management module is connected to the client through a CTI system application program interface, and the third-party service management module is configured to provide the third-party service of the PaaS platform to the client.
And a third-party service management module is further arranged in the CTI adapter and used for providing third-party services except basic services for the client through the PaaS platform, and the third-party services comprise CTI sound recording, sound recording file scheduling, voice quality inspection and the like. The PaaS platform also provides a corresponding OPEN application program interface, and on one hand, the third-party service management module is used for calling an OPEN API; on the other hand, the third-party service management module is also used for calling CTI system API. The third-party service management module enables a user to customize the third-party service of the CTI by calling the OPEN API and the CTI system API simultaneously, so that the user corresponding to the client subscribes the SaaS service, the integration of the CTI system is realized, and the tenant-level integration of the user as a SaaS tenant is realized.
The CTI adapter provided by the embodiment of the invention simultaneously calls the JS application program interface and the CTI system application program interface through the CTI adapter, thereby realizing the personalized integration of the SaaS tenant level.

The PaaS platform is used for providing SaaS service, and the SaaS service provides corresponding JS API. The CTI adapter is a device used for calling the JS API and can be arranged inside the PaaS platform. The CTI adapter is provided with a basic service management module, the basic service management module is used for providing basic services for the client through the PaaS platform, and the basic services comprise web-based software phones. On one hand, the basic service management module is used for calling a JS API of the PaaS platform; on the other hand, the CTI integrator provides the service and simultaneously provides the CTI system API, and the basic service management module is also used for calling the CTI system API. The basic service management module enables an enterprise corresponding to the client to subscribe the SaaS service and customize the corresponding basic service individually by calling the JS API and the CTI system API of the PaaS platform at the same time, so that integration of the CTI system is realized, and further, integration of the enterprise as a tenant level of the SaaS tenant is realized.
According to the SaaS application system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the JS application program interface and the CTI system application program interface are simultaneously called through the CTI adapter, so that the personalized integration of the SaaS tenant level is realized.
Fig. 2 is a structural diagram of a SaaS application system according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, based on the content of the foregoing embodiment, as an optional embodiment, a CTI adapter in the system further includes a third-party service management module, where the third-party service management module is connected to a PaaS platform through an OPEN application program interface, the third-party service management module is connected to a client through a CTI system application program interface, and the third-party service management module is configured to provide a third-party service of the PaaS platform to the client.
And a third-party service management module is further arranged in the CTI adapter and used for providing third-party services except basic services for the client through the PaaS platform, and the third-party services comprise CTI sound recording, sound recording file scheduling, voice quality inspection and the like. The PaaS platform also provides a corresponding OPEN application program interface, and on one hand, the third-party service management module is used for calling an OPEN API of the PaaS platform; on the other hand, the third-party service management module is also used for calling CTI system API. The third-party service management module enables a user to customize the third-party service of the CTI through simultaneously calling the OPEN API and the CTI system API of the PaaS platform, so that the user corresponding to the client subscribes the SaaS service, the integration of the CTI system is realized, and the tenant-level integration of the user as a SaaS tenant is realized.
According to the SAAS application system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the JS application program interface and the CTI system application program interface are simultaneously called through the CTI adapter, so that the personalized integration of the SaaS tenant level is realized.
Based on the content of the above embodiment, as an optional embodiment, the client is a web browser, and an anchor point for mounting a telephone panel is added to a web browser page.
The method comprises the steps that an object of a client side for obtaining SaaS service is used as a web browser for explanation, the client side needs to be correspondingly modified, an anchor point is added into a web page, the anchor point can be used for mounting a telephone panel, and an interactive object of a CTI adapter at the client side is the telephone panel of the web page. Fig. 3 is a schematic entity structure diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the electronic device may include: a processor (processor)301, a communication Interface (communication Interface)302, a memory (memory)303 and a bus 304, wherein the processor 301, the communication Interface 302 and the memory 303 complete communication with each other through the bus 304. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, where the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium stores computer instructions, and the computer instructions enable a computer to execute the SaaS application system method provided in the foregoing embodiment, for example, the method includes: basic services of the PaaS platform are provided for the client side by calling a JS application program interface of the PaaS platform and calling a CTI system application program interface, and the basic services comprise software telephone services based on a web.

and the third-party service management module is used for providing the third-party service of the PaaS platform to the client by calling an OPEN application program interface of the PaaS platform and calling a CTI system application program interface.
2. The CTI adapter of claim 1, wherein the third party service comprises a CTI voice recording service.
3. A SaaS application system, comprising:
the system comprises a PaaS platform, a CTI adapter and a client, wherein the CTI adapter comprises a basic service management module;
the basic service management module is connected with the PaaS platform through a JS application program interface, the basic service management module is connected with the client through a CTI system application program interface, and the basic service management module is used for providing basic services of the PaaS platform for the client;
