Human exemption inside an enterprise is an important ring of human resource management work. At present, most of the personnel exemption information in the enterprise can not be timely transmitted to the staff in the enterprise, or only the personnel exemption information of the high-level management staff can be timely transmitted to the staff in the enterprise. However, for the staff in the enterprise, the inconvenience of communication, cooperation and service handover may be caused by the fact that the staff in the enterprise cannot timely know the personnel exemption information of the staff in the enterprise.
At present, many enterprises issue employee IC cards for employees, and the employee IC cards record attendance and canteen consumption information of employees in the companies, so that the IC cards are one of important bases for canteen consumption and personnel attendance.

the GPRS module is in wireless communication connection with the cloud server terminal, and the human resource management background server is in communication connection with the cloud server terminal through the internet.

When the staff finds that the personnel exemption information (the character information of the personnel exemption and the voice information of the personnel exemption) issued by the administrative staff is wrong, the staff IC card is placed on the radio frequency identification module to be identified successfully, the error content is input through the function key, the error reporting key is pressed, the human resource information disclosure device sends the error content input by the staff to the human resource management background server, and the administrative staff modifies the issued personnel exemption information in the human resource management background server. Furthermore, the human resource information disclosing device is provided with a camera, and after the head portrait information bound by the head portrait of the employee and the employee IC card of the employee is shot through the camera and is compared correctly, the error content can be input through the function keys, so that the employee is prevented from operating maliciously by means of the IC card of the employee of other people.

The mounting column 2 is fixedly arranged on the base 1. The mounting column 2 is of a hollow structure, the USB power source interface 12 is arranged on the surface of the mounting column 2, and the AT89C51 single chip microcomputer 13, the lithium battery 14, the LED display screen driving circuit 15, the audio amplifier circuit 16, the GPRS module 17 and the FLASH memory 18 are arranged in the hollow structure of the mounting column 2. The camera 11 is electrically connected with the AT89C51 singlechip 13. The GPRS module 17 is in wireless communication connection with the cloud server terminal 200, and the human resource management background server 100 is in communication connection with the cloud server terminal 200 through the Internet. The connection mode between the electronic components and the circuit module is the conventional technical means in the field.
Administrative staff issues personnel exemption information at the human resource management background server 100, the personnel exemption information comprises personnel exemption character information and personnel exemption voice information, the personnel exemption character information and the personnel exemption voice information are sent to the cloud server terminal 200, the human resource information disclosing device 300 receives the personnel exemption character information and the personnel exemption voice information from the cloud server terminal 200 through the GPRS module 17, the personnel exemption character information is displayed on the LED display screen 4 of the human resource information disclosing device 300, and the personnel exemption voice information is played through the loudspeaker 6 of the human resource information disclosing device 300. The employee can use the mobile phone with the NFC function to connect with the NFC module 8 on the human resource information disclosing device 300 through NFC to obtain the human-free text information and the human-free voice information stored by the AT89C51 single chip microcomputer 13 in the human resource information disclosing device 300.
When the staff finds that the personnel immunity information issued by the administrative staff is wrong, the staff IC card is placed on the radio frequency identification module 7 for identification, meanwhile, the camera 11 shoots the staff head portrait, the radio frequency identification module 7 reads the staff IC card information and the shot staff head portrait information and transmits the information to the manpower resource management background server 100 through the GPRS module 17 and the cloud server terminal 200 in sequence, the information is compared with the staff IC card information and the head portrait information stored in the staff IC card database in the manpower resource management background server 100, and if the comparison is correct, the manpower resource management background server 100 returns the information to the manpower resource information disclosure device 300 through the cloud server terminal 200. The single chip microcomputer 13 in the human resource information disclosing apparatus 300 receives the information inputted from the function button 5 and the error report button 9. Then, the employee can input the error content through the function key 5, and then press the error reporting key 9, and send the input error content to the human resource management backend server 100 through the cloud server terminal 200, and the administrative staff modifies the issued human immunity information in the human resource management backend server 100.
