In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a control method of an express delivery cabinet, which comprises the following steps: acquiring an express delivery identifier; inquiring the delivery state of the express to which the express identification belongs, and judging whether the express identification has risks according to the delivery state, wherein if the delivery state is in delivery, or if the delivery state is delivery completed but does not exceed the preset time after delivery is completed, judging that the express identification has no risks; if the query result is no, or if the delivery state is that the delivery is completed and the preset time after the delivery is completed is exceeded, judging that the express delivery identification has risks; determining whether to open the express cabinet according to the judgment result, wherein when the express identification is judged to have no risk, the express cabinet is opened, and when the express identification is judged to have the risk, the express cabinet is not opened; and starting a protection mechanism when the number of times of judging the express delivery identification to have risks exceeds a threshold value. . According to the control method of the express cabinet, the express cabinet and the computer readable medium, the express cabinet is protected from being opened maliciously by starting the protection mechanism, so that the safety of the express cabinet is improved.
The control method of the express delivery cabinet of the present invention is explained and explained in detail with reference to fig. 1. The features of the various embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. As shown in fig. 1, a control method 100 for an express delivery cabinet may include the following steps:
in step S110, an express delivery identifier is obtained;
in step S120, an express delivery identifier is obtained; inquiring the delivery state of the express to which the express identification belongs, and judging whether the express identification has risks according to the delivery state, wherein if the delivery state is in delivery, or if the delivery state is delivery completed but does not exceed the preset time after delivery is completed, judging that the express identification has no risks; if the query result is no, or if the delivery state is that the delivery is completed and the preset time after the delivery is completed is exceeded, judging that the express delivery identification has risks;
in step S130, determining whether to open the express cabinet according to the result of the determination, wherein when it is determined that the express identifier has no risk, the express cabinet is opened, and when it is determined that the express identifier has a risk, the express cabinet is not opened;
in step S140, when it is determined that the number of risks of the express delivery identifier exceeds a threshold, a protection mechanism is started.
Illustratively, the express cabinet in the embodiment comprises a cabinet body, wherein a plurality of storage chambers are arranged in the cabinet body and used for containing express packages, each storage chamber is provided with an opening, and a cabinet door is arranged at the opening; the cabinet body has various structural forms, such as: a cylinder structure, a cube structure, etc., which may be a vertical cabinet, a hanging cabinet, etc. In one embodiment, the courier cabinet may also be a private courier cabinet, which may be integrated on a security door of a user's residence or embedded in a corridor wall and connected to indoor WiFi.
The express cabinet further comprises an operation and display device, a data processing device, a communication device, a control device and a power supply. The data processing device is used for receiving and processing related data, a cabinet application program is preinstalled in the data processing device, and the cabinet application program is displayed through the operation and display device and is operated by a user; the communication device is used for communicating with the background management system, the user mobile phone end or the courier server end; the control device is used for opening or closing the storage box, and when the data processing device sends a command for opening the storage box to the control device, the control device executes the action for opening the storage box after receiving the command. In addition, the power supply is used for providing electric energy for the permission of the whole express delivery cabinet, and the operation and display device, the data processing device, the communication device, the control device and the power supply are electrically connected with each other. For example, a temperature control device, such as a refrigeration device or a heating device, may also be disposed in the express delivery cabinet to control the temperature inside the cabinet. As an example, in order to prevent the express cabinet from being unusable due to power failure, the express cabinet can be further provided with a standby power supply, when the power failure occurs, the standby power supply is automatically started, and when the power supply is normal, the standby power supply is charged.
In step S110, the express delivery identifier may include, but is not limited to, an express delivery order number, an express delivery barcode, a two-dimensional code, and the like corresponding to the express delivery. The express delivery identification has uniqueness, namely each express delivery identification only corresponds to one express delivery.
The express delivery identifier can be obtained by various appropriate methods. For example, an express bill scanner can be used to acquire an express identification, and a camera can be used to take a picture to read an express bill bar code or a laser bar code can be used for scanning. In addition, the acquisition module may further include an input keyboard for allowing a user to manually input the courier order number. In this embodiment, the courier number is obtained by scanning a courier slip presented by a courier. The express bill number is a unique identification code of an express package, contains detailed information of express of a recipient, and generally consists of numbers and letters. Express information can be tracked in real time through the express bill number.
In one embodiment, before obtaining the express delivery identification, the method further comprises verifying identity information of the courier. For example, acquiring a clothes image of a target person in front of an express delivery cabinet; and inputting the clothes image of the target person into an image analysis model for recognition, and judging that the target person is a courier when the commodity mark of the logistics company is recognized in the clothes image of the target person.
In the query result of step S120, the delivery status of the express from delivery to receipt is in delivery, and the delivery status after receipt is delivery completed.
In one embodiment, a method of querying dispatch status comprises: sending the express delivery identification to a cloud server; and receiving the delivery state of the express to which the express identification belongs, wherein the delivery state is inquired by the cloud server. The express delivery identifier may be sent to the cloud server by a wireless data transmission method, which may include the Internet (Internet), a mobile communication network (such as a GPRS network, a GSM network, a 2G network, a 3G network, a 4G network, an LTE network, or a future 5G network, etc.), a WiFi network, a bluetooth network, and the like. It should be understood that it is also possible to provide multiple forms of transmission at the same time, and is not limited herein. The cloud server can confirm the express company to which the express identification belongs according to a built-in algorithm based on different coding rules of express bills of different express companies. Specifically, when an express company generates an express order number, the first and the last digits of the express order number are usually set as prefixes, the last digits of the express order number are usually set as suffixes, the prefixes and the suffixes are usually used to identify the express company, and the parts excluding the prefixes and the suffixes are serial numbers or time serial numbers, where the prefixes and the suffixes can be regarded as contents of the express order number with identification meaning. Next, the delivery status of the courier to which the courier identifier tracked by the courier company belongs is queried through an API (Application Programming Interface) for querying the status of the courier ticket docked with each courier company in advance.
Specifically, the express delivery needs to be transported for many times after being delivered, and is finally signed by the customer. The express delivery party can upload the real-time position information of the express obtained by tracking to a preset express information server. For example, in the delivery process, when the express reaches each site, a first forwarding center, a last forwarding center, a site, a contracted area and other sites for processing, the express can be scanned and recorded, position information and the like can be uploaded to a preset express information server, in addition, in the delivery process, the real-time position of the express can be obtained by means of tracking of an electronic map and the like and uploaded to the express information server, and then when the real-time position of the same express in the express information server is detected to be updated, the real-time delivery state of the target express can be obtained.
If the delivery status inquired in step S120 is in delivery, it indicates that the express is real and held by the courier, and is reliable, so that it is determined that the express identification has no risk, and in step S130, the courier opens the courier cabinet and can place the express into the courier cabinet to complete delivery.
If the delivery status inquired in step S120 is that delivery is completed but the predetermined time after delivery is not exceeded, it is determined that the express delivery identifier is not risked, and the express cabinet is opened in step S130.
Specifically, if the delivery state is that the delivery is completed, it indicates that the courier has put the express into an express cabinet or a delivery recipient hand, and at this time, if a cabinet door is opened, potential safety hazards exist. However, it is contemplated that the courier may scan all couriers at once, even if the delivery status of all couriers is entered in advance to have completed delivery and then delivered one by one. Therefore, if the inquired delivery state is that the delivery is completed but the preset time after the delivery is completed is not exceeded, it is determined in step S120 that the express delivery identifier has no risk, and the express cabinet is opened in step S130; if the inquired delivery state is that the delivery is completed and the preset time after the delivery is completed is exceeded, it is judged in step S120 that the express delivery identifier is at risk, and the express cabinet is not opened in step S130, so that better box opening efficiency is ensured and better safety is achieved. For example, the predetermined time may be 20 minutes, or other suitable times may be configured by the user, which is not limited herein.
If the query result is no, it is determined that the express bill number does not exist, and at this time, if a potential safety hazard exists in the opening of the cabinet, it is determined in step S120 that the express identifier has a risk, and the express cabinet is not opened in step S130. For example, in this case, a prompt may be sent to the user, for example, a voice prompt such as "there is no express delivery, please try again or contact the owner of the express delivery" is sent through a speaker provided on the express cabinet.
In step S140, if someone inputs the express delivery identifier with a delivery completed or without a delivery status for many times, it indicates that there is a risk of malicious unpacking, and therefore, a protection mechanism is started to protect the express cabinet under the above circumstances. In one embodiment, the condition for starting the protection mechanism at step S140 further includes: and if the times that the sending is finished or the times that the query result is no exceed the threshold value and the time interval of each query is less than the preset time length, starting a protection mechanism. That is, in a short time, someone inputs an express delivery identifier with completed delivery or no delivery state for many times, and then the express delivery identifier is determined to be malicious and unpacked. The predetermined time period is 1 to 10 minutes, for example, 5 minutes. The threshold is not less than 3 times.
In one embodiment, the protection mechanism comprises: and locking the express delivery cabinet. Illustratively, the time for locking the express delivery cabinet is not less than 15 minutes, and during the locking period, the express delivery cabinet is not opened no matter whether the express delivery identification of which the delivery state is the delivery is received or not.
Illustratively, the protection mechanism further comprises: and starting the image acquisition device to acquire images around the express delivery cabinet. The image capturing device is, for example, a camera disposed on the front side or multiple sides of the express delivery cabinet, the captured image includes pictures and/or videos, the duration of the captured video may be 1-200 seconds, for example, 30 seconds, which may be the total video recording duration from the first time the express delivery identifier is received. Illustratively, the camera includes an image sensor and a video encoder, the image sensor senses an external image and converts the external image into a digital signal, and transmits the digital signal to the video encoder, the video encoder compresses and encodes the digital signal transmitted from the image sensor into a video, and transmits the video to the control device, and the control device can store the video in a memory or transmit the video to a client through a wireless network.
Illustratively, the protection mechanism further comprises: and sending a reminder to the client. Specifically, the alert may be sent to a mobile device loaded with a particular application via wireless transmission. By way of example, the wireless data transmission means may include the Internet (Internet), a mobile communication network (such as a GPRS network, a GSM network, a 2G network, a 3G network, a 4G network, an LTE network, or a future 5G network, etc.), a WiFi network, bluetooth, etc. It should be understood that it is also possible to provide multiple forms of transmission at the same time, and is not limited herein. After receiving the reminder, the user can configure the time length for locking the express delivery cabinet in the application program. After receiving the instruction of the user, the express delivery cabinet can be locked for a longer time according to the instruction. Or, the user can also make the express delivery cabinet unblock in advance through the client.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: sensing whether a user exists around the express delivery cabinet or not, and sending a trigger signal when the user is sensed; and prompting after receiving the trigger signal. Illustratively, the user may be perceived based on a PIR detector (Passive Infrared detector or body sensor); in addition, also can be based on infrared distance sensor, support that the human body of image recognition or people's face exist the camera module, two mesh human body exist the sensor, 3D structure light mode human detection module etc. any other suitable equipment carries out the perception to the user of express delivery cabinet periphery. Through sending the suggestion when perception user, can guide the user to use the express delivery cabinet better. The prompt comprises a voice prompt, a display prompt or a key prompt and the like. For example, after the user presses the open key, the courier bill scanner and the prompt lights around the scanner may be activated to guide the user to scan a courier bill using the scanner.
Based on the above description, the control method of the express cabinet provided by the invention protects the express cabinet from being opened maliciously by starting a protection mechanism, so that the safety of the express cabinet is improved.

In the query result of the query module 220, the delivery status of the express from delivery to receipt is in delivery, and the delivery status after receipt is delivery completed.
In one embodiment, the query module 220 further comprises a communication module configured to: sending the express delivery identification to a cloud server; and receiving the delivery state of the express to which the express identification belongs, wherein the delivery state is inquired by the cloud server. Illustratively, the communication module can send the express delivery identification to the cloud server in a wireless data transmission mode.
If the delivery state queried by the query module 220 is in delivery, it indicates that the express is real and held by the courier, and the courier is trustworthy, so the query module 220 determines that the express identification is not risky, the opening module 230 opens the express cabinet, and the courier can place the express in the express cabinet to complete delivery.
If the delivery status queried by the query module 220 is that delivery is completed but the predetermined time after delivery is not exceeded, the query module 220 determines that the express delivery identifier is not at risk, and the opening module 230 also opens the express cabinet.
Specifically, if the delivery state is that the delivery is completed, it indicates that the courier has put the express into an express cabinet or a delivery recipient hand, and at this time, if a cabinet door is opened, potential safety hazards exist. Considering that the courier may scan all the couriers at one time, even if the delivery states of all the couriers are entered in advance to be delivered completely and then delivered one by one. Therefore, if the inquired delivery state is that delivery is completed but the preset time after delivery is not exceeded, the inquiry module 220 judges that the express identification has no risk, and the opening module 230 opens the express cabinet; if the inquired delivery state is that delivery is completed and the preset time after delivery is exceeded, the inquiring module 220 judges that the express identification has risk, and the opening module 230 does not open the express cabinet, so that better box opening efficiency is ensured and better safety is achieved. For example, the predetermined time may be 20 minutes, or other suitable times may be configured, without limitation.
