Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及涡轮增压器。
背景技术
从DE102013002605A1中已知涡轮增压器的基本结构。涡轮增压器包括涡轮机,第一介质在涡轮机中膨胀。此外,涡轮增压器包括压缩机,第二介质在其中压缩,即利用在第一介质膨胀期间在涡轮机中提取的能量。涡轮增压器的涡轮机包括涡轮机壳体和涡轮机转子。涡轮增压器的压缩机包括压缩机壳体和压缩机转子。在涡轮机的涡轮机壳体和压缩机的压缩机壳体之间定位轴承壳体,其中轴承壳体在一侧连接到涡轮机壳体,而在另一侧连接到压缩机壳体。在轴承壳体中安装有轴,涡轮机转子经由该轴联接到压缩机转子。
从实践中已知,将涡轮机的涡轮机转子联接到压缩机的压缩机转子的轴经由至少一个轴承安装在轴承壳体中。为了安装轴的轴承壳体的相应轴承包括轴承衬套,该轴承衬套以旋转上固定的方式安装在轴承壳体中或其可在轴承壳体中旋转。本发明涉及一种涡轮增压器,在该情况下,在轴承壳体的至少一个轴承的区域中,轴承的轴承衬套以旋转上固定的方式安装在轴承壳体中。在轴承壳体和轴承衬套之间,形成了径向外部润滑间隙;以及在轴承衬套和轴之间形成了径向内部润滑间隙。在轴承壳体和轴承衬套之间形成的径向外部润滑间隙也描述为挤压膜阻尼器。
在实践中已知的涡轮增压器的情况下,轴承衬套相对于轴承壳体的精确对齐证明是困难的,因此在径向外部润滑间隙的区域中以及还在径向外部润滑间隙的区域中都精确的间隙尺寸精度在涡轮增压器的操作期间不是可能的。因此,润滑可在径向外部的区域中和径向内部润滑间隙的区域中损害。
发明内容
由此出发,本发明基于创造一种新型涡轮增压器的目的。该目的通过根据权利要求1的涡轮增压器解决。根据本发明,相应轴承的轴承衬套经由至少一个弹簧元件在径向上相对于轴承壳体对齐。所述或各个弹簧元件不仅用于轴承衬套相对于轴承壳体的径向对齐,而且用于在操作期间使轴承衬套减震。无论是在径向外部润滑间隙的区域中还是在径向内部润滑间隙的区域中,都可最佳地确保润滑功能。
优选地,相应的弹簧元件插入轴承壳体中的槽中,其中相应的弹簧元件在一侧上在轴承壳体的槽的槽底上支承自己,并且在另一侧上在轴承衬套的径向外部表面上支承自己。该实施例在设计上特别简单并且允许轴承衬套相对于轴承壳体的精确对齐。
根据本发明的有利的进一步发展,相应轴承的轴承衬套经由多个弹簧元件在径向上相对于轴承壳体对齐,其中第一弹簧元件作用在第一轴向端部区段上,且第二弹簧元件作用在轴承衬套的第二轴向端部区段上。通过这种方式,轴承衬套可相对于轴承壳体在径向上精确对齐,并且轴承衬套可额外地减震。
优选地,径向外部润滑间隙可从至少一个第一管线供应有润滑油,所述第一管线通向容纳弹簧元件的槽之间的径向外部润滑间隙。因此,径向外部润滑间隙可最佳地供应有油,即经由至少一个在弹簧元件或容纳弹簧元件的槽之间延伸的第一管线。

本发明涉及涡轮增压器。
涡轮增压器1包括涡轮机2,涡轮机2用于使第一介质膨胀,特别是用于使内燃机的废气膨胀。此外,涡轮增压器1包括压缩机3,用于压缩第二介质,特别是使空气增压,即利用在第一介质膨胀期间在涡轮机2中提取的能量。
涡轮机2包括涡轮机壳体4和涡轮机转子5。压缩机3包括压缩机壳体6和压缩机转子7。压缩机转子7经由轴8联接到涡轮机转子5,轴8安装在轴承壳体9中,其中轴承壳体9定位在涡轮机壳体4和压缩机壳体5之间并且轴承壳体9连接到涡轮机壳体4和压缩机壳体5。
将涡轮机2的涡轮机转子5联接到压缩机3的压缩机转子7的轴8安装在轴承壳体9中,即经由轴承壳体9的至少一个轴承10。优选地,轴承壳体9包括用于安装轴8的两个轴承10,其中第一轴承10连接到轴8面向涡轮机转子5的区段,并且其中第二轴承10作用在轴8面向压缩机转子7的端部上。

轴承衬套11插入轴承壳体9中的凹槽中,并且轴向端部与由轴承壳体9形成的止挡件邻接。在轴承衬套11的相反的轴向端部上定位有盖12,盖12与轴承壳体11一起提供轴承衬套11在轴承壳体9中的轴向定位。
相应轴承10的轴承衬套11以旋转上固定的方式安装在轴承壳体9中,该轴承衬套经由至少一个弹簧元件15相对于轴承壳体9在径向上对齐。相应的弹簧元件15插入轴承壳体9中的槽16中,其中相应的弹簧元件15在轴承壳体9的相应槽16的槽底上在一侧上支承自己,并且在轴承衬套11的径向外部表面上在另一侧上支承自己。

通过本发明,轴承10的轴承衬套11在涡轮增压器1的轴承壳体9中的精确定位以简单的设计成本可能实现,其中在径向外部润滑间隙13的区域中以及在径向内部润滑间隙14的区域中,都可确保润滑功能。由于弹簧元件15不仅在径向上相对于轴承壳体9对齐相应的轴承衬套11,而且在涡轮增压器1的操作期间还使轴承衬套11减震,因此径向外部润滑间隙13不再必须承担挤压膜阻尼器的功能,但径向外部润滑间隙13仅用于对内部润滑膜的润滑油供应。
在所示的示例性实施例中,径向外部润滑间隙13可经由从供油主管线18发出的至少一个第一管线17供应有润滑油,其中所述或各个第一管线17通向容纳弹簧元件15的槽16之间的径向外部润滑间隙13。从径向外部润滑间隙13开始,径向内部润滑间隙14可经由延伸穿过轴承衬套11的第二管线(未示出)供应有润滑油。

6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的涡轮增压器,其特征在于,所述径向外部润滑间隙(13)能够从至少一个第一管线(17)供应有润滑油,所述第一管线(17)通向容纳所述弹簧元件(15)的所述槽(16)之间的所述径向外部润滑间隙(13)。
