c4, along with the continuous rotation of the turntable knife rest (33), a fourth chamfering knife (34) with different shapes and sizes is contacted with the machining surface (1) to prepare a chamfer (4) at the next position and an irregular cutting surface (5), and the chamfering knife is circularly reciprocated to leave a plurality of chamfers (4) with different shapes and sizes and the irregular cutting surfaces (5) on the machining surface (1), and in the process, chamfer scraps are sucked by a third dust suction device;
c5, the floor to be machined is moved to the end section of the third table top (31), the floor is taken off from the third table top (31) and machining of the chamfer angle (4) and the irregular cutting surface (5) is completed.

Specifically, the elastic bendable floor is easy to bend and cut, so that the traditional cutter is innovatively abandoned, an irregular cutting surface is manufactured by using an independently-developed irregular round cam, the floor is deformed by utilizing the irregular edge of the irregular round cam and a matched wheel and a press roller, and then the distance between a chamfering cutter and the floor and the contact depth are changed by the matched press roller, so that an irregular chamfer is cut; different from the elastic bendable floor, the floor which is not easy to bend is not easy to realize the cutting of irregular shapes, so that a plurality of cutters are selected for processing, wherein the cutters are different from each other, the cutter edge has a plurality of angles, one or a plurality of grooves or holes are formed in the cutters, and two completely different cutter spacing modes are respectively arranged on the in-line cutter rest and the turntable cutter rest; the in-line knife rest adjusts the cutting quantity of the processing knife by adjusting the height of the two end parts of the in-line knife rest, and changes the cutting shape by adjusting the conveying speed of the press roller; the cutting amount of the turntable knife rest is adjusted by adjusting the height of the turntable, the speed ratio of the turntable to the conveying press roller is adjusted, and the cutting shape is changed, so that the chamfering and irregular cutting surface machining of different specifications of the edge of the floor is realized.

Claims (4)

1. A cam type machining device for machining floors, which is characterized by being used for manufacturing floors with irregular cutting face chamfers, wherein the floors with the irregular cutting face chamfers comprise a base material layer (3) and machining faces (1) tightly attached to the base material layer, the machining faces (1) are outer surfaces of the floors, edges of the machining faces (1) are right-angle edges (2), chamfers (4) and a plurality of irregular cutting faces (5) arranged on the chamfers (4) are manufactured on the right-angle edges (2), the chamfers (4) are arc surfaces or inclined surfaces, the plurality of irregular cutting faces (5) are irregularly distributed on the chamfers (4), and the plurality of irregular cutting faces (5) have shapes, cutting depths, cutting widths, cutting lengths and cutting angles which are not related to each other; the cam type machining device for machining the floor comprises a first table top (11) for bearing the floor to be machined, a first transmission press roller (12) for conveying the floor, an irregular round cam (13) and a wheel matched press roller (14) for manufacturing irregular cutting surfaces, a first driving device for driving the first transmission press roller (12), the wheel matched press roller (14) and the irregular round cam (13) to rotate, at least one first chamfering cutter for manufacturing a chamfer (4), a first chamfering motor for driving the first chamfering cutter to rotate, and a first dust suction device for adsorbing chips;
the first transmission press roll (12) at least comprises a first press roll (121) and a second press roll (122) which are positioned above a first table top (11), the irregular round cam (13) is positioned beside the first table top (11), the wheel matching press roll (14) extends to the irregular round cam (13) from the first table top (11), the wheel matching press roll (14) and the irregular round cam (13) are in contact with each other or are close to each other and have a distance smaller than the thickness of a floor to be processed, the first chamfering cutter is arranged at a first chamfering cutter position (15), the first chamfering cutter position (15) is arranged under the first press roll (121), and the distance between the first chamfering cutter and the first press roll (121) is smaller than the thickness of the floor to be processed; the cam type machining device (10) further comprises at least one second chamfering cutter and a second chamfering motor, wherein the second chamfering cutter is used for secondarily chamfering a machined surface, the second chamfering motor is used for driving the second chamfering cutter to rotate, the second chamfering cutter is arranged at a second chamfering cutter position (16), the second chamfering cutter position (16) is arranged under a second press roller (122), and the distance between the second chamfering cutter and the second press roller (122) is smaller than that between the first chamfering cutter and the first press roller (121);
one or more grooves or holes are formed in the first chamfering tool and the second chamfering tool; the chamfering motor can work independently, the chamfering motor installation angle is adjustable, the chamfering motor is adjustable with the width direction and the height direction of the equipment table top, the speed of the chamfering motor is adjustable, and the chamfering motor can be provided with chamfering cutters with different cutting effects.

Cam-type machining device for machining floors according to claim 1, characterized in that the wheel-fitted-rolls (14) are located at the midpoint of the line connecting the first (121) and second (122) rolls, and that the first transfer (12), wheel-fitted-rolls (14), irregular-round cams (13) are each provided with an independent height adjustment mechanism.

Cam-type processing device for processing floors according to claim 2, characterized in that the cam-type processing device (10) is provided with two irregular circular cams (13), the two irregular circular cams (13) are respectively arranged on two sides of the first table-board (11), the two irregular circular cams (13) are arranged beside two end parts of the wheel matching press roller (14), the circle centers of the two irregular circular cams (13) are positioned at the same height, and the two irregular circular cams (13) are kept at equal intervals with the wheel matching press roller (14).
4. A cam type machining process for machining a floor panel according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
a1, placing a floor to be processed on a first table top (11) in a state that a processing surface (1) faces downwards, and tightly clamping one side of the floor to be processed by a first transmission press roller (12) and the first table top (11) through adjusting a height adjusting mechanism;
a2, rotating a first chamfering tool and an irregular round cam (13), starting a first transmission press roller (12), and moving a floor to be processed along with the first transmission press roller;
a3, the machining surface (1) of the floor to be machined is contacted with a first chamfering tool and is subjected to primary chamfering (4), and chamfering scraps are sucked by a first dust suction device;
a4, the floor to be processed reaches the wheel matched compression roller (14), at the moment, the substrate layer (3) of the floor to be processed is contacted with the wheel matched compression roller (14), the processing surface (1) is contacted with the irregular round cam (13), the irregular round cam (13) deforms the floor by utilizing the self irregular edge and the matching of the wheel matched compression roller (14), and the first compression roller (121) and the second compression roller (122) are further matched to change the distance between the first chamfering tool and the processing surface and the contact depth so as to obtain an irregular cutting surface;
a5, the machining surface (1) of the floor to be machined is contacted with a second chamfering tool and is subjected to second irregular cutting surface chamfering (5), and chamfering scraps are sucked by a second dust suction device;
a6, the floor to be machined is moved to the tail section of the first table top (11), the floor is taken off from the first table top (11), and machining of the chamfer angle (4) and the irregular cutting surface (5) is completed.
