Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing machines, in particular to an inner barrel of a washing machine and the washing machine.
Background
In the existing washing machine, no matter in a wave wheel type or a drum type, a plurality of dewatering holes are generally arranged on the side wall of an inner barrel. The purpose of arranging the dewatering holes is to facilitate the washing water to enter the inner barrel from the outer barrel in the washing process, and to discharge the water in the inner barrel in the dewatering process. However, in the current washing machine inner tub, the dewatering holes are mostly arranged along the circumferential wall of the inner tub with the central axis of the inner tub as the center, wherein the axial direction of each dewatering hole is consistent with the radial direction of the inner tub. However, in the spin-drying process of the washing machine, the water flow is in a flow direction tangential to the surface of the inner tub due to the centrifugal force, and the flow direction is identical to the radial direction of the dewatering holes (i.e., perpendicular to the axial direction of the dewatering holes), so that the inner tub having such a structure is inconvenient for the washing water to flow out of the dewatering holes, and the drainage effect is poor. In addition, the inner barrel with the structure can not play a role in enhancing the washing effect in the washing process.
Therefore, there is a need for an inner tub for a washing machine and a washing machine having the same, which can improve drainage capacity and washing effect of the washing machine.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the present invention provides an inner tub of a washing machine and a washing machine, so as to solve the problems of poor drainage capability and poor washing effect of the washing machine caused by unreasonable arrangement of dewatering holes of the inner tub of the existing washing machine.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the inner barrel of the washing machine is characterized in that a plurality of bosses are arranged on the side wall of the inner barrel, the bosses protrude towards the inner surface of the side wall of the inner barrel, the bosses recess towards the outer surface of the side wall of the inner barrel, dewatering holes are formed in the side faces, arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner barrel, of the bosses, and the axial direction of each dewatering hole and the radial direction of the inner barrel at the corresponding position form an included angle.
As a preferable scheme of the inner barrel of the washing machine, a plurality of dewatering areas are arranged on the side wall of the inner barrel, and a plurality of bosses are distributed in each dewatering area in an array mode.
As a preferred scheme of the inner barrel of the washing machine, the boss is a regular quadrangular frustum pyramid, two bottom edges of the regular quadrangular frustum pyramid are parallel to the circumferential direction of the inner barrel, and the other two bottom edges are parallel to the axial direction of the inner barrel; the regular quadrangular frustum pyramid is provided with four inclined side surfaces, wherein the two side surfaces arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner barrel are provided with the dewatering holes.
As a preferred scheme of the washing machine inner barrel, the height of the regular quadrangular frustum pyramid is 1-3 mm, and the length of the bottom edge of the regular quadrangular frustum pyramid is 15-30 mm.
As a preferred scheme of the inner barrel of the washing machine, an included angle formed by the axial direction of the dewatering holes and the radial direction of the inner barrel at the corresponding position is 20-25 degrees.
As a preferable proposal of the inner barrel of the washing machine, one side of the dewatering holes facing the inner surface of the side wall of the inner barrel is provided with a round chamfer.
As a preferable scheme of the inner tub of the washing machine, the cross section of the dewatering hole is in a shape of a circle, an ellipse or a polygon.
As a preferred scheme of the inner barrel of the washing machine, the dewatering holes are round holes, and the diameter of each dewatering hole is 2-4 mm.
As a preferred scheme of the inner barrel of the washing machine, the material of the inner barrel is plastic or stainless steel.
A washing machine comprises the inner barrel of the washing machine.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the side wall of the inner barrel is provided with the boss, and the dewatering holes are arranged on the side surface of the boss arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner barrel, so that the axial direction of the dewatering holes and the radial direction of the inner barrel form a certain included angle, and the radial direction of the dewatering holes and the flowing direction of water flow in the inner barrel form a certain included angle in the dewatering process, thereby facilitating the discharge of the water flow and greatly improving the drainage effect of the inner barrel. Further, along with the improvement of interior bucket slew velocity, rivers can also form the water column curtain at the internal surface of interior bucket when getting into interior bucket, play the washing effect to the clothing, improve the washing effect better, the contact of clothing and interior bucket can also be alleviateed to the water column curtain simultaneously, reduces the wearing and tearing of interior bucket to the clothing.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems solved, technical solutions adopted and technical effects achieved by the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the present embodiment provides an inner tub of a washing machine, wherein a plurality of bosses 2 are provided on a sidewall 1 of the inner tub, specifically, an inner surface of the boss 2 facing the sidewall 1 of the inner tub is convex, and an outer surface facing the sidewall 1 of the inner tub is concave. Through set up a plurality of bosss 2 on the lateral wall 1 at interior bucket, can increase the structural strength of interior bucket on the one hand, on the other hand can also play stirring rivers, the effect of bucket washing effect in the reinforcing. In this embodiment, a side surface is provided between the top and the bottom of the boss 2, wherein a dewatering hole 3 is provided on the side surface arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner tub. Here, a certain included angle is formed between the side surface of the boss 2 and the side wall 1 of the inner barrel, and the included angle is preferably an oblique angle to ensure that the side surface is an oblique surface; of course, the angle may be set to 90 degrees to make the side perpendicular to the sidewall of the inner barrel. The invention sets the dewatering holes 3 on the side of the boss 2, so the axial direction of the dewatering holes 3 and the radial direction of the inner barrel at the corresponding position generate a certain included angle, thereby the radial direction of the dewatering holes 3 and the flowing direction of the water flow in the inner barrel generate a certain included angle in the dewatering process, the drainage of the water flow is more convenient, and the drainage effect of the inner barrel is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the dewatering holes 3 of the invention also have certain included angles relative to the outer surface of the side wall 1 of the inner barrel, therefore, in the washing process, water in the outer barrel is easier to enter the inner barrel through the dewatering holes 3 by the rotation of the inner barrel, dirty water in the inner barrel and cleaner water in the outer barrel are mutually circulated, the water flow exchange between the inner barrel and the outer barrel is promoted, the flowing speed of the water is improved, and the washing effect of the washing machine is enhanced. Furtherly, along with interior bucket slew velocity's improvement, rivers can also form the water column curtain at the internal surface of interior bucket when getting into interior bucket, play the washing effect to the clothing, improve the washing effect better, the contact of clothing and interior bucket can also be alleviateed to the water column curtain simultaneously, reduces the wearing and tearing of interior bucket to the clothing.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the sidewall 1 of the inner tub of the present embodiment is provided with four dewatering zones 11, and a plurality of bosses 2 are arranged in a linear array in each dewatering zone 11. Preferably, in this embodiment, 10 rows of the bosses 2 are arranged in each dewatering zone 11 along the circumferential direction of the inner tub, and each row of the bosses 2 comprises 9 bosses 2 arranged along the axial direction of the inner tub. The arrangement of the dewatering area 11 is convenient for the centralized dewatering of the inner barrel, and the dewatering efficiency of the inner barrel can be improved; the sum of the areas of all the dewatering areas 11 occupies about 2/3 of the total area of the side wall 1 of the inner barrel, thereby better ensuring the structural strength of the inner barrel.
Preferably, the boss 2 is a square frustum of pyramid, the bottom and the top of the frustum of pyramid are both square, and the side length of the top is smaller than that of the bottom. Among the four bottom edges of the bottom of the regular quadrangular frustum pyramid, two bottom edges are parallel to the circumferential direction of the inner barrel, and the other two bottom edges are parallel to the axial direction of the inner barrel. Four inclined side surfaces are arranged between the top and the bottom of the regular quadrangular frustum pyramid, and are respectively an upper inclined surface, a lower inclined surface, a left inclined surface and a right inclined surface, wherein the left inclined surface and the right inclined surface are arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner barrel. In this embodiment, the dewatering holes 3 are preferably provided on the left and right slopes of the regular quadrangular pyramid. Because interior bucket is at rotatory in-process, rivers flow direction and the circumferencial direction of interior bucket unanimously basically, consequently will dewater hole 3 and set up the left side inclined plane and the right side inclined plane at regular quadrangular frustum of a prism, can furthest improve the business turn over water efficiency of dewatering hole 3, and then improve the drainage ability and the washing effect of interior bucket better. Because the washing machine rotates in the positive and negative directions in the washing process, the holes on the left inclined plane and the right inclined plane alternately circulate to play a role in increasing the water flow speed.
Because the height of the regular quadrangular frustum pyramid has certain influence on the abrasion of clothes, the problem of deformation and the like of the clothes during wiredrawing and dehydration can be caused by too large height of the regular quadrangular frustum pyramid, and the function of stirring water flow and increasing rubbing force can not be realized when the height is too small. Therefore, in this embodiment, the height of the square frustum is preferably 1-3 mm, and the length of the bottom edge of the square frustum is correspondingly set to 15-30 mm, so as to achieve the best washing and dewatering effect. Furthermore, the included angle formed by the axial direction of the dewatering holes 3 and the radial direction of the inner barrel at the corresponding position is 20-25 degrees, namely, the included angle formed by the radial direction of the dewatering holes 3 and the flow direction of water flow is 20-25 degrees in the washing process, and the arrangement is convenient for processing the bosses 2 and the dewatering holes 3 on the basis of improving the water inlet and outlet efficiency of the dewatering holes 3 and ensures the structural strength of the inner barrel.
Furthermore, the side of the dewatering holes 3 facing the inner surface of the inner barrel side wall 1 is also provided with a round chamfer angle to avoid the dewatering holes 3 scratching the clothes. The cross section of the dewatering holes 3 can be circular, oval or polygonal (such as square, pentagon, etc.), in this embodiment, the circular dewatering holes 3 which are more convenient to process and have smaller abrasion force to the clothes are preferably adopted, and the diameter of the circular dewatering holes 3 is set to be 2-4 mm, such as 2.5 mm.
In the embodiment, the material of the inner barrel can be engineering plastics or stainless steel, if the plastic material is adopted, the lug boss 2 and the dewatering hole 3 can be integrally manufactured with the inner barrel in an injection molding mode; if stainless steel is adopted, the boss 2 and the dewatering hole 3 can be processed by adopting a stamping process and then wound to form the inner barrel; of course, the inner barrel made of stainless steel can be processed by laser, high-pressure water jet, electric spark and the like, but the processing cost is higher than that of the punching process.
The invention also provides a washing machine, which comprises the washing machine inner barrel. The invention improves the arrangement mode of the existing dehydration holes, so that the opening of the dehydration holes forms a certain included angle with the flow direction of water flow, thereby not only improving the drainage capacity of the inner barrel, but also enhancing the washing effect, accelerating the water flow speed, simultaneously reducing the energy consumption, reducing the motor driving load and prolonging the service life of the washing machine.
