The stirring vane 2 further comprises an inner side 24 and an outer side 25 which extend from the top 21 to the impeller chassis 11, the inner side 24 extends towards the center of the impeller, the outer side 25 extends towards the outer edge of the impeller, and the curves of the inner side 24 and the outer side 25 intersecting the impeller body 1 form an inner edge of the stirring vane and an outer edge of the stirring vane, and the lengths of the inner edge and the outer edge are basically the same. The inner side 24 and the outer side 25 are smoothly transitioned with the first side 22 and the second side 23, respectively. The inner side 24 and the outer side 25 are both curved surfaces.
The inner side 24 extends from the top 21 rapidly toward the chassis 11 in the central region of the pulsator, and the outer side 25 extends from the top 21 rapidly toward the outer edge of the chassis 11.
The outer edge of the stirring blade 2 is as close to the outer edge of the chassis 11 as possible, and the distance between the outer edge of the stirring blade 2 and the outer edge of the chassis 11 is smaller than 10mm.
The area of each stirring blade 2 accounts for more than 10% of the area of the whole impeller chassis 11.
The length of the outer edge of the stirring blade 2 is 5% -30% of the outer circumference of the impeller chassis 11.
The top 21 of the stirring vane 2 comprises a smooth portion 26 extending smoothly radially to the edge of the pulsator body 1, and the height of the smooth portion 26 is substantially constant. The top of the stirring blade 2 further comprises a local convex structure 27 arranged on the inner side 24 of the stirring blade 2, and the highest point of the local convex structure 27 is also the highest point of the stirring blade 2. The local protrusion 27 smoothly transitions with the smooth portion 26, and the local protrusion 27 smoothly transitions with the inner side 24, the first side 22, and the second side 23.
The impeller chassis 11 is sunken downwards, and the depth of the downward sunken chassis 11 is larger than 10mm.
The chassis 11 of the pulsator body 1 is also provided with a plurality of through holes which are distributed in a centrifugal involute manner from the center of the pulsator body 1.
Example two
The embodiment provides a washing machine impeller, including the impeller body, the impeller body is last to be set up two protruding stirring leaves that extend along the radial of impeller body from the center, and two stirring leaves radially extend on same diameter.
This embodiment is a further limitation of the first embodiment, and differs from the first embodiment in that the impeller body is provided with a raised central portion in the center thereof, and the inner edge of the stirring vane at least partially wraps around the central portion and extends from the central portion.
The length of the center part of the inner edge of the stirring blade is larger than 20% of the length of the outer edge of the stirring blade, and the length of the inner edge of the stirring blade is smaller than or equal to the length of the outer edge of the stirring blade.
The central part is arranged into a hemispherical structure, a plurality of smooth convex blocks are arranged on the surface of the central part, the convex blocks uniformly and circumferentially extend along the surface of the central part, and two or more weeks of convex blocks are arranged on the surface of the central part.
Example III
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a pulsator for a washing machine, which includes a pulsator body 1, wherein two protruding stirring blades 2 extending from the center in the radial direction of the pulsator body 1 are provided on the pulsator body 1, and the two stirring blades 2 extend radially on the same diameter.
The present embodiment is further defined as the first embodiment, and the center of the pulsator body 1 is provided with a freely rotatable center rotating wheel 3 and a friction structure provided under the center rotating wheel 3.
The friction structure is a metal gasket 4 and is connected to the pulsator body 1 through a screw 41, and the center rotating wheel 3 is rotatably arranged above the metal gasket 4. The outer edge diameter of the metal gasket 4 is larger than or equal to the outer diameter of the bottom of the center rotating wheel 3.
The central rotating wheel 3 is of a hemispherical structure, a plurality of protruding blocks 31 are arranged on the surface of the central rotating wheel 3, and preferably, the protruding blocks 31 are uniformly and circumferentially arranged on the surface of the central rotating wheel 3. The convex blocks 31 uniformly and circumferentially extend along the surface of the central rotating wheel 3, and the convex blocks 31 are distributed on the surface of the central rotating wheel 3 for two weeks. The center rotating wheel 3 is of a hollow spherical structure, a plurality of ribs which increase strength and play a supporting role are arranged in the center rotating wheel 3, and a rotating wheel cover 32 is detachably arranged at the top 21 of the center rotating wheel 3.
The inner edge of the stirring blade 2 at least partially wraps the central rotating wheel 3 and extends from the central rotating wheel 3, the length of the inner edge of the stirring blade 2 wrapping the central rotating wheel 3 is greater than 20% of the length of the outer edge of the stirring blade 2, and the length of the inner edge of the stirring blade 2 is similar to the length of the outer edge of the stirring blade 2.

Claims (9)

1. A pulsator for a washing machine, characterized in that: the impeller comprises an impeller body, wherein two raised stirring blades extending from the center along the radial direction of the impeller body are arranged on the impeller body, and the two stirring blades extend on the same diameter in the radial direction;
the stirring blade further comprises an inner side surface extending from the top to the impeller chassis, the inner side surface extends towards the center of the impeller, and a curve intersecting with the impeller body forms an inner edge of the stirring blade;
the top of stirring leaf still includes the local protruding structure of setting at stirring leaf medial surface, and the highest point of local protruding structure is the highest point of stirring leaf also.
2. A washing machine pulsator as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the stirring blade is wide in bottom and gradually narrowed towards the top, the stirring blade comprises a first side surface and a second side surface which extend from the top to the impeller chassis, the first side surface and the second side surface are positioned on two radial sides of the stirring blade, and curves of the first side surface and the second side surface intersecting with the impeller body are basically parallel to the radial direction of the stirring blade.

A washing machine pulsator as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the deviation angle between the curve of the first side surface and the second side surface intersecting with the impeller body and the radial direction of the stirring blade is less than or equal to 6 degrees, and the deviation directions of the first side surface and the second side surface are opposite along the radial direction.
4. A washing machine pulsator as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the stirring blade further comprises an outer side surface extending from the top to the impeller chassis, the outer side surface extends towards the outer edge of the impeller, a curve intersecting the impeller body forms an outer edge of the stirring blade, and the inner edge of the stirring blade and the outer edge of the stirring blade are basically the same in length.
5. A washing machine pulsator as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the top of the stirring blade comprises a smooth part extending along the radial direction of the impeller body, and the height of the smooth part is basically unchanged.
6. A pulsator for washing machines as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the area of each stirring blade accounts for more than 10% of the area of the whole impeller chassis.
7. A pulsator for washing machines as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the length of the outer edge of the stirring blade is 5% -30% of the outer circumference of the impeller chassis.
8. A washing machine pulsator as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the impeller chassis is recessed downwards, and preferably, the depth of the downward recess of the chassis is more than 10mm.
9. A washing machine, characterized in that: a pulsator as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 mounted.
