The top 21 of the mixing blade 2 includes a smooth portion 26 extending in the radial direction of the pulsator body 1, and the height of the smooth portion 26 is substantially constant.
Further, the top 21 of the stirring vane 2 further includes a local convex structure 27 disposed on the inner side surface 24 of the stirring vane 2, and the highest point of the local convex structure 27 is also the highest point of the stirring vane 2.
In the above solution, the smoothing part 26 reduces the resistance of the stirring blade 2 to the laundry, making it easier to turn over. The local convex structure 27 enables the impeller stirring blade 2 of the invention to be steeper than the stirring blade 2 of a common impeller, is more beneficial to scattering clothes and turning over the clothes, prevents the clothes from being piled and wound at the inner edge of the stirring blade 2 or prevents the central rotating wheel 3 from having insufficient effect of scattering and turning over the clothes, and the local convex structure 27 is arranged to enhance the effect of the central rotating wheel 3.
Further, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the chassis 11 of the wave wheel body 1, and the through holes are distributed in a centrifugal and gradually-opened manner from the center of the wave wheel body 1.
In the scheme, the through hole can be used as a water through hole to increase the water circulation amount between the inner barrel and the outer barrel during washing, can also be used as a drying air inlet to improve the drying effect, and also enhances the attractive effect of the impeller. Moreover, during washing, the through holes distributed in the centrifugal involute form a plurality of small water flows in the centrifugal involute direction, so that clothes are prevented from being wound, meanwhile, the contact friction area of the water flows and the clothes is increased, and the washing effect is better.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a pulsator for washing machines, comprising a pulsator body 1, wherein a center rotating wheel 3 capable of freely rotating is arranged at the center of the pulsator body 1, and a smooth support structure is arranged under the center rotating wheel 3.
Smooth bearing structure is metal gasket 4, and the joint is on impeller body 1, the rotatable setting of center runner 3 is in metal gasket 4 top. The diameter of the outer edge of the metal gasket 4 is larger than or equal to the outer diameter of the bottom of the central rotating wheel 3.
The central rotating wheel 3 is of a hemispherical structure, a plurality of bumps 31 are arranged on the surface of the central rotating wheel 3, and preferably, the bumps 31 are uniformly and circumferentially arranged on the surface of the central rotating wheel 3. The lugs 31 extend circumferentially uniformly along the surface of the central rotor 3, and the lugs 31 are distributed on the surface of the central rotor 3 for two circles. The central rotating wheel 3 is of a hollow spherical structure, a plurality of ribs for increasing strength and supporting are arranged inside the central rotating wheel 3, and a rotating wheel cover 32 is detachably arranged on the top 21 of the central rotating wheel 3.
Example two
In this embodiment, a pulsator for washing machines includes a pulsator body 1, and a center rotating wheel 3 capable of freely rotating and a smooth support structure disposed under the center rotating wheel 3 are disposed at the center of the pulsator body 1.
Compared with the first embodiment, the difference is that the smooth supporting structure is a metal gasket 4, the smooth supporting structure is connected to the pulsator body 1 through threads or detachably through a screw 41, and the central rotating wheel 3 is rotatably arranged above the metal gasket 4. The diameter of the outer edge of the metal gasket 4 is larger than or equal to the outer diameter of the bottom of the central rotating wheel 3.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment is further limited to the first embodiment and the second embodiment, and includes a pulsator body 1, wherein two convex mixing blades 2 extending from the center in the radial direction of the pulsator body 1 are disposed on the pulsator body 1, and the two mixing blades 2 extend in the radial direction on the same diameter.
The stirring blade 2 is wide at the bottom and gradually narrows towards the top, the stirring blade 2 comprises a first side surface 22 and a second side surface 23 which extend from the top 21 to the impeller chassis 11, the first side surface 22 and the second side surface 23 are positioned at two radial sides of the stirring blade 2, and the intersecting curves of the first side surface 22 and the second side surface 23 and the impeller body 1 are basically parallel to the radial direction of the stirring blade 2.
The deviation angle between the intersecting curve of the first side surface 22 and the second side surface 23 with the impeller body 1 and the radial direction of the stirring blade is less than or equal to 6 degrees, and the deviation directions of the two are opposite along the radial direction.
The first side surface 22 and the second side surface 23 are in asymmetric shapes, and the steepness of the first side surface 22 and the steepness of the second side surface 23 are different; the stirring blade 2 is centrosymmetric. The first side surface 22 and the second side surface 23 are both curved surfaces.
The stirring blade 2 further comprises an inner side surface 24 and an outer side surface 25 which extend from the top 21 to the impeller chassis 11, the inner side surface 24 extends towards the center direction of the impeller, the outer side surface 25 extends towards the outer edge of the impeller, and the intersecting curves of the inner side surface 24 and the outer side surface 25 and the impeller body 1 form the inner edge and the outer edge of the stirring blade, and the lengths of the inner edge and the outer edge are basically the same. The inner side surface 24 and the outer side surface 25 are smoothly transited to the first side surface 22 and the second side surface 23, respectively. The inner side 24 and the outer side 25 are curved surfaces.
The inner side surface 24 extends from the top 21 to the chassis 11 in the central area of the pulsator, and the outer side surface 25 extends from the top 21 to the outer edge of the chassis 11.
The outer edge of the stirring blade 2 is close to the outer edge of the chassis 11 as much as possible, and the distance between the outer edge of the stirring blade 2 and the outer edge of the chassis 11 is less than 10 mm.
The length of the outer edge of the stirring blade 2 is 5% -30% of the outer circumference of the impeller chassis 11. The length of the inner edge of the stirring blade 2 wrapping the central rotating wheel 3 is more than 20 percent of the length of the outer edge of the stirring blade 2. The area of each stirring blade 2 accounts for more than 10 percent of the area of the whole impeller chassis 11.
The top 21 of the mixing blade 2 comprises a smooth part 26 which extends smoothly in the radial direction towards the edge of the wave wheel body 1, and the height of the smooth part 26 is basically unchanged. The top of the stirring blade 2 further comprises a local convex structure 27 arranged on the inner side surface 24 of the stirring blade 2, and the highest point of the local convex structure 27 is also the highest point of the stirring blade 2. The local raised structure 27 smoothly transitions to the smooth portion 26, and the local raised structure 27 smoothly transitions to the inner side 24, the first side 22, and the second side 23.
The wave wheel chassis 11 is sunken downwards, and the sunken depth of the chassis 11 is more than 10 mm.
The chassis 11 of the wave wheel body 1 is also provided with a plurality of through holes which are distributed in a centrifugal and gradually-opened manner from the center of the wave wheel body 1.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (8)

1. A washing machine impeller is characterized in that: the impeller comprises an impeller body, wherein a central rotating wheel capable of freely rotating and a smooth supporting structure which is arranged below the central rotating wheel and reduces the friction between the central rotating wheel and the impeller are arranged at the center of the impeller body;
the diameter of the outer edge of the smooth supporting structure is larger than or equal to the outer diameter of the bottom of the central rotating wheel;
the smooth supporting structure is a metal gasket;
the impeller body is provided with two raised stirring blades extending from the center along the radial direction of the impeller body, and the two stirring blades extend on the same diameter along the radial direction; the length of the outer edge of each stirring blade is 5% -30% of the outer circumference of the impeller chassis, the length of the inner edge of each stirring blade wrapping the central rotating wheel is more than 20% of the length of the outer edge of each stirring blade, and the area of each stirring blade accounts for more than 10% of the area of the whole impeller chassis.
2. The pulsator for washing machines, as claimed in claim 1, wherein: smooth bearing structure detachable connects on the impeller body, the rotatable setting of center runner is in smooth bearing structure top.
3. The pulsator for washing machines, as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the metal gasket is clamped or connected with the impeller body in a threaded manner or connected with the impeller body through a screw.
4. The pulsator for washing machines, as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the central rotating wheel is of a hemispherical structure, and a plurality of bumps are arranged on the surface of the central rotating wheel.
5. The pulsator for washing machines, as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the lugs are uniformly and circumferentially arranged on the surface of the central rotating wheel.

The pulsator for washing machines, as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the stirring blade is wide, and the stirring blade gradually narrows towards the top, the stirring blade comprises a first side surface and a second side surface which extend from the top to the impeller chassis, the first side surface and the second side surface are positioned at two radial sides of the stirring blade, and the intersecting curves of the first side surface and the second side surface and the impeller body are basically parallel to the radial direction of the stirring blade.
7. The pulsator for washing machines, as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the stirring blade also comprises an inner side face and an outer side face which start from the top to extend towards the impeller chassis, the inner side face extends towards the center direction of the impeller, the outer side face extends towards the outer edge of the impeller, the inner side face and the outer side face and the intersecting curve of the impeller body form the inner edge of the stirring blade and the outer edge of the stirring blade, and the lengths of the inner edge and the outer edge of the stirring blade are basically the same.
8. A washing machine characterized by: a pulsator for washing machines, equipped with any one of claims 1 to 7.
