Referring to fig. 2, the clamping and placing member 5 comprises a movable mold 52 and a stationary mold 51, and the stationary mold 51 and the first driving member 6 are fixed on the sliding seat 3. As shown in fig. 2, a placement groove 53 is provided on the holding fixture 5, one end of the placement groove 53 is provided with a blocking projection 54, and the other end penetrates through the holding fixture 5, wherein the placement groove 53 and the blocking projection 54 are provided in two parts on the movable mold 52 and the stationary mold 51, respectively.
Referring to fig. 1, the second driving member 71 is fixedly mounted on the mounting plate 1, the second driving member 71 is an air cylinder, and the pressing member 7 is fixedly mounted on a piston rod of the second driving member 71.
The pressing member 7 is provided with a protruding block 74 at one side through which the placing groove 53 penetrates, wherein, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the pressing member 7 is divided into two halves to form a moving block 73 and a static block 72, the static block 72 is fixedly installed on the piston rod of the second driving member 71, two insertion holes are provided on the static mold 51, and two insertion rods 731 are provided on the moving mold 52 to be inserted on the static mold 51 so that the moving mold 52 can move relative to the static mold 51.
A vertically disposed placement groove 53 (see fig. 5) is provided in the mounting plate 1, and a guide plate is mounted on the placement groove 53 and is fixed to the mounting plate 1 by a locking bolt. The guide plate is provided with a guide groove 811. The movable block 73 is provided with a connecting arm 77, a guide bar 771 is fixed on the connecting arm 77, a guide bearing is sleeved on the guide bar 771, the guide bar 771 is inserted into the guide groove 811, and the guide bar 771 slides along the guide groove 811 during the downward movement of the movable mold 52.
As shown in fig. 4, the protrusion stopper 74 and the stopper protrusion 54 have the same protrusion height (equal to the steel thickness of the metal binding band), and the sum of both is equal to the depth of the placing groove 53.
Referring to fig. 2, the pressing member 7 is provided with an escape groove 75, and the escape groove 75 penetrates through an end of the pressing member 7 opposite to the protruding stopper 74.
A depression 76 is provided on the bottom end surface of the pressing member 7.
As shown in fig. 1, the mounting plate 1 is provided with four waist-shaped grooves 11 arranged along the horizontal direction, two waist-shaped grooves 11 are in a group, two waist-shaped grooves 11 in the same group are arranged in parallel one above the other, and two groups of waist-shaped grooves 11 are respectively arranged on two sides of the mounting base 2. Two supporting blocks 9 are arranged on the same group of waist-shaped grooves 11 in a sliding mode, the supporting blocks 9 and the mounting plate 1 are fixedly connected through locking bolts, the two supporting blocks 9 are arranged on two sides of the mounting seat 2 respectively, round corners 91 are formed in the two supporting blocks 9 in a chamfering mode, and magnets 92 are embedded in the outer sides of the two supporting blocks 9.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5, a limiting block 10 for limiting the moving distance of the clamping placement member 5 is further disposed on the mounting plate 1, and the limiting block 10 is controlled by a limiting cylinder 101 to move in the direction perpendicular to the placement groove 53.
Firstly, placing a hasp part of a metal strapping tape to be processed on a placing groove 53 on a clamping and placing piece 5, and starting a first driving piece 6 to adjust the width of the placing groove 53; then, the locking bolt is loosened to unlock the guide block 81, so that the guide block 81 can move up and down, then the second driving piece 71 is started to drive the pressing piece 7 to move down slowly, so that the pressing piece 7 is inserted into the placing groove 53, the guide block 81 is moved up and down to adjust the position of the moving block 73, so that the pressing piece 7 is matched with the placing groove 53, the locking bolt is screwed to fix the guide block 81 at the moment, and then the second driving piece 71 is reset to drive the pressing piece 7 to move up; finally, the power element 4 is checked to be in a contracted state.
