一种头戴显示设备(C1,C2)的亮度调节方法,包括头戴显示设备(C1,C2),头戴显示设备(C1,C2)上设置有光强传感器;亮度调节方法包括:判断头戴显示设备(C1,C2)是否处于开机运行状态(步骤S101);当头戴显示设备(C1,C2)处于开机运行状态,控制光传感器检测头戴显示设备(C1,C2)所处环境光强度值(步骤S102);根据所检测到环境光强度值确定与头戴显示设备(C1,C2)的显示装置的初始显示亮度,其中,该初始显示亮度与环境光强度值相对应(步骤S103);获取头戴显示装置的目标亮度(步骤S104);按照预设的方式逐步将头戴显示设备(C1,C2)显示装置的显示亮度由初始显示亮度调节至目标亮度(步骤S105);还包括一种头戴显示设备(C1,C2)的亮度调节装置;亮度调节方法和装置提高亮度调节的操作便利性,提升用户体验。
