具体实施方式
本发明的一些方面涉及儿童安全封盖，其比传统的儿童安全关闭件更容易让成年人打开，同时防止被儿童打开。儿童安全封盖可以用单手通过拉-翻动作打开。封盖可以包括盖体和盖基部。盖基部具有内环形壁和可挠锁定构件，其限定开口和基部裙状部，该基部裙状部围绕内环形壁的至少一部分延伸。可挠锁定构件可以具有固定到盖基部的底部部分和具有在内环形壁上方延伸的唇部的顶部部分，用于将盖体固定到盖基部。在盖体处于关闭位置时，盖体和盖基部可以配合且可挠锁定构件唇部与盖体的至少一部分接合且位于其上方。为了打开盖体，可挠锁定构件的顶部部分向外远离盖体移位，以让可挠锁定构件唇部从盖体脱开，由此允许盖体打开。
本发明的封盖可以适于用单手通过“拉-翻”动作打开。用户可在可动锁定构件上用其拇指拉动，以让可挠锁定构件唇部从盖体脱开，且随后用其拇指以单个动作将盖体向上推并翻开。
本发明的儿童安全封盖可以整体地或非整体地连接到容器。如果封盖整体连接到容器，则封盖和容器可以用吹塑材料形成或使用本领域技术人员已知的方法注射模制。非整体连接的那些则可以例如通过按外部螺纹或内部螺纹进行旋拧或与环形环的卡扣装配来连接。优选地，在容器被填充之后或之前，封盖永久地固定到容器本体的内壁，由此将容器本体和封盖形成一种连接系统。封盖可以通过本领域已知的任何合适方式永久地固定到容器本体。例如，封盖和容器本体可以大小设置为向封盖提供摩擦装配。替换地，封盖可以经由机械卡扣永久地附接。虽然优选的是在容器填充有产品之后永久地将封盖固定到容器本体，但是本领域技术人员应理解这种永久的固定不是必要的。
另外，盖基部可以与容器整体形成且盖体例如通过条带或可去除铰链非整体地附接。在其他实施例中，盖体不附接到容器。
本发明的封盖与容器组合适于存储在没有成年人监管情况下被儿童服用会造成危险的物品。示例性的内容物例如包括药物、保健品、有毒物质、腐蚀性物质等。
本发明的封盖和容器可以通常用聚合物材料制造，其为封装在容器中的产品提供足够的保护。容器和封盖可以用相同或不同聚合物材料制造。取决于药物需求，可以使用屏障材料(例如聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、和聚偏二氯乙烯。在另一实施例中，也可以使用非屏障材料。非屏障热朔性材料包括聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸脂、聚酯、对苯二酸酯、聚丁烯、经茂金属催化聚烯烃和聚马来酸酐。在具体实施例中，材料可以是高密度聚丙烯。在另一实施例中，材料可以是聚乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(polyethylenevinylacetate)。
在一个实施例中，容器是防水的且可释放以保持防水性能。如在本文使用的，术语“可释放”意味着容器可打开/再次打开并关闭或再次关闭多次(例如大于5次)且仍然保持其防水性能。如在本文使用的，术语“防水”器件进入容器的水分小于约1500毫克水/天，其是通过以下测试方法确定的：(a)将约一克分子筛放置在容器中并记录重量；(b)关闭可释放机构；(c)将密封容器放置在相对湿度为80％和72°F状况的环境隔室中；(d)一天之后，对含有分子筛的容器称重；(e)约两周之后，对容器称重；和(f)将第一天的样品从所获得的值减去并除以天数，以计算以毫克水/天计的进入容器的水分量。
在另一实施例中，容器包括干燥剂。干燥剂可以置入构成容器的聚合物材料中，或干燥剂可以沿容器的内表面涂布，或干燥剂可以被包括在容器内或封盖内部部分上的隔室中。
本发明的容器可以具有变化形状和尺寸。
图1到9显示了本发明的儿童安全封盖的各种视图。图1显示在关闭位置的示例性儿童安全封盖。封盖10包括盖体100和盖基部200。盖体100包括顶部101、顶部边沿102、盖体裙状部103和内盖体壁104。顶部100是圆形的且被顶部边沿102围绕。盖体裙状部103从顶部边沿102向下延伸。盖基部200包括基部裙状部201和可动锁定构件202。可动锁定构件202无缝连接到基部裙状部201。可动锁定构件202向上延伸到可动构件顶部203。可动锁定构件顶部203包括唇部204。在关闭位置，盖体裙状部103和基部裙状部201可配合且唇部204交叠顶部101的一部分，以将盖体100固定到基部200。
图2显示了处于打开位置的关闭件10。盖体100包括附接到盖体顶部101的内盖体壁104，且是圆形的且在盖体裙状部103以内。盖体基部200进一步包括在盖体基部裙状部201以内的内环形壁205且限定开口400。盖体100和盖体基部200通过铰链300连接。
图8显示在关闭位置的关闭件10的截面图。在关闭位置，内盖体壁104定位在基部200的内环形壁205以内。在关闭位置，盖体裙状部103和基部裙状部201可配合。
图10-13显示了本发明的容器系统的各种视图。图10和11显示了容器系统20，其具有与容器500组合的封盖10。在该实施例中，关闭件10和容器500是非整体连接的。
图12和13显示了容器系统30，其具有与容器600组合的关闭件10。在该实施例中，封盖10整体连接到容器600。
图14和15显示了替换的外壳实施例，其具有附接到基部裙状部201的显窃起(tamper evident)凸片206。为了打开顶部101，显窃起凸片206必须从基部裙状部201去除。在去除显窃起凸片206之后，可动锁定构件202可向外移位远离顶部101，以将可动锁定构件顶部203从顶部101脱开且随后让顶部101沿向上方向运动，以打开容器。
图16A到图16E显示了本发明的打开封盖、从封盖分发、关闭封盖的方法。显窃起凸片206从封盖10去除(图16A)，可动锁定构件202运动使得可动锁定构件顶部203运动远离顶部101，且使得唇部204从顶部101脱开(图16B)。顶部101随后沿向上方向绕铰链300运动，以允许介入开口400(图16C)。材料可随后从开口(图16D)分发且封盖10可随后再次关闭(图16E)。

Claims (20)

1.一种儿童安全封盖，包括：
盖体；和
盖基部，具有限定开口的内环形壁，围绕内环形壁的至少一部分延伸的基部裙状部，和带底部部分和顶部部分的可动锁定构件，该底部部分固定到盖基部，该顶部部分具有在内环形壁上方延伸的唇部，用于将盖体固定到盖基部；
其中在盖体和盖基部配合且可动锁定构件的唇部接合盖体的至少一部分且在其上方时，盖体处于关闭位置；和
可动锁定构件的顶部部分能向外远离盖体移位，以让唇部从盖体脱开，由此允许盖体被打开。
2.如权利要求1所述的儿童安全封盖，其中盖体进一步包括内盖体壁和围绕内盖体壁的至少一部分延伸的盖体裙状部。
3.如权利要求2所述的儿童安全封盖，其中在盖体和盖基部处于关闭位置时，盖体裙状部能与基部裙状部配合。
4.如权利要求3所述的儿童安全封盖，其中盖体和盖基部通过铰链连接。
5.如权利要求2所述的儿童安全封盖，其中在盖体处于关闭位置时，内盖体壁装配在内环形壁中。
6.如权利要求5所述的儿童安全封盖，其中内环形壁和内盖体壁形成密封。
7.如权利要求5所述的儿童安全封盖，其中内环形壁和内盖体壁形成可释放密封。
8.如权利要求5所述的儿童安全封盖，其中内环形壁和内盖体壁形成防水密封。
9.如权利要求1所述的儿童安全封盖，其中盖基部连接到容器。
10.如权利要求6所述的儿童安全封盖，其中盖基部整体连接到容器。
11.如权利要求1所述的儿童安全封盖，进一步包括显窃起凸片。
12.一种儿童安全容器系统，包括：
盖体；和
容器，具有远端端部和具有限定了开口的内环形壁的近端端部，围绕内环形壁的至少一部分延伸的基部裙状部，和带底部部分和顶部部分的可动锁定构件，该底部部分固定到基部裙状部，该顶部部分具有在内环形壁上方延伸的唇部，用于将盖体固定到容器；
