Description

Conference fusion method, terminal, server and computer storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to a video conference system, in particular to a conference fusion method, a terminal, a server and a computer storage medium.
Background
The video conference product adopts a video communication technology to realize real-time and interactive multimedia communication between a user end and a communication object end by utilizing a current communication network and software and hardware terminal equipment. High-quality and high-guarantee teleconferencing between two or more places can be easily realized by using the video conference product. Under the condition of high-speed development of the internet, bandwidth resources are increasingly abundant, so that video conference products can more widely walk into conference rooms and offices of large, medium and small enterprises, and high-quality and abundant services are provided for remote communication and local collaboration of the enterprises. While travel cost is saved, with the updating and upgrading of products, multithreading services such as an electronic whiteboard, wireless double-flow screen projection, schedule management and the like are introduced in a brand-new way, and the video conference is dedicated to helping enterprises to improve office efficiency and become indispensable office partner products of the enterprises.
The new video conference product aims at improving the office efficiency of enterprises in all directions, and can adopt the touch screen technology in the aspect of product form. In the aspect of service, compared with the traditional video conference, a brand new service is added, and particularly, the important thing is a data conference service: an interactive electronic whiteboard application is introduced into a remote video conference, so that free writing discussion among multiple parties in the conference is synchronously performed.

Example one
The embodiment of the invention provides a conference fusion method. Fig. 2 is a first schematic flow chart of a conference fusion method according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 201: the terminal activates a video conference function and detects a first operation for accessing the data conference system based on the video conference client.
Step 202: and responding to the first trigger operation, and requesting and obtaining the data conference data based on the first interfaces of the video conference client and the data conference client.
Step 203: and synchronously outputting the data conference data in the process of outputting the video conference data.
In this embodiment, the terminal may activate the video conference client to activate the video conference function of the terminal; in practical application, a user can operate the icon of the video conference client to activate the video conference client.
In the embodiment of the invention, a video conference client pre-configures an interface for calling a data conference system, in practical application, an SDK corresponding to a data conference can be pre-configured in the video conference client, and as an example, a function corresponding to the SDK can be configured in a display interface of the video conference client through a virtual key; the user can activate the SDK by operating the virtual key, i.e., activate the interface between the video conference client and the data conference system. It is understood that the first operation is an operation for the virtual key.
As an example, the requesting and obtaining dataconference data based on a first interface of the video conference client and the dataconference client in response to the first trigger operation includes: responding to the first trigger operation, and activating a first interface between the video conference client and a data conference client; sending a conference identifier of the video conference based on the first interface so that the data conference server establishes the data conference based on the conference identifier forwarded by the data conference client; obtaining dataconferencing data based on the first interface.
In the embodiment of the invention, a first interface is arranged between the video conference client and the data conference client; it can be understood that, through the first trigger operation, the first interface is activated, and the data conference client is invoked, so that the video conference client can perform information interaction with the data conference client. In this embodiment, the terminal serves as an initiator (or a convener) of the video conference, that is, the video conference client of the terminal sends the conference identifier of the video conference to the data conference client through the first interface, so that the video conference client sends the conference identifier to the data conference server, and the data conference server can establish the data conference based on the conference identifier and return data conference data.
As an example, before obtaining the dataconferencing data, the method further comprises: the terminal sends first request data based on the first interface, wherein the first request data is used for accessing data conference data; the first request data comprises authentication data so that the data conference server can perform authentication based on the authentication data forwarded by the data conference client.
In this embodiment, before a terminal obtains data conference data, or when the terminal is used as an initiator or a convener of a video conference, before a conference identifier is sent to a data conference client through a first interface based on a video conference client, the terminal sends first request data based on the first interface, specifically, the first request data is sent to the data conference client through the first interface based on the video conference client, where the first request data is used to access the data conference data on one hand, and on the other hand, the first request data includes authentication data, so that the data conference client sends the authentication data to a data conference server, and the data conference server performs authentication based on the authentication data. The authentication data may include an account number and a password.
In practical application, a video conference system (specifically, a video conference server) and a data conference system (specifically, a data conference server) both have an account maintenance function, and maintain a unified account database together. As an example, a video conference system (particularly a video conference server) may have a higher account maintenance priority, supporting the ability of account creation, modification, and deletion; the data conference system (particularly the data conference server) can only reserve account maintenance and account updating of the synchronous video conference system so as to ensure the uniformity and safety of accounts of the data conference system and the video conference system.
In one embodiment, the synchronously outputting the data conference data in the process of outputting the video conference data includes:
the terminal outputs the video conference data through the video conference client and outputs the data conference data through the data conference client;
a first display window of the video conference client and a second display window of the data conference client have a specific display mode therebetween;
the specific display mode comprises a first display mode, a second display mode and a third display mode;
when the display device is in the first display mode, any one of the first display window and the second display window is embedded in the other display window, and the size of the any one display window is smaller than that of the other display window;
when the terminal is in the second display mode, the terminal displays the first display window or the second window, and the second display window or the first display window is switched and displayed based on the sliding operation detected by the terminal;
and when the terminal is in the third display mode, the terminal displays the first display window and the second display window in parallel, wherein the size of the first display window is equal to that of the second display window.
In this embodiment, in the process of outputting the video conference data, the terminal synchronously outputs the data conference data, specifically, the video conference data is output through a first display window corresponding to the video conference client, and the data conference data is output through a second display window corresponding to the data conference client. The first display window and the second display window have at least three specific display modes in the display process of the terminal, and the first display mode, the second display mode and the third display mode are respectively included.
Fig. 3a to fig. 3d are schematic diagrams illustrating a first application of the conference fusion method according to the embodiment of the present invention; the first display mode may be as shown in fig. 3a, a first display window and a second display window are displayed in a display area of the terminal, one of the two display windows is embedded in the other display window, and the size of the display window of the embedded display is relatively small, as shown in fig. 3a, the second display window is used as a main display window, the display area of the second display window may be the same as the display area of the terminal, and the second display window which is a secondary display window is embedded in the second display window. As an embodiment, the relative positions of the first display window and the second display window displayed by the first display mode may be switched by a specific trigger operation. As an example, the terminal detects a sliding operation, generates a window switching instruction when a start operation point of the sliding operation corresponds to the first display window and an end operation point of the sliding operation corresponds to the second display window, and switches a display area of the display window based on the window switching instruction. As shown in fig. 3b, if the sliding operation is directed from the first display window to the second display window, the display positions of the first display window and the second display window are switched, so that the second display window is embedded in the first display window for display.
Fig. 4a to fig. 4c are schematic diagrams of a second application of the conference fusion method according to the embodiment of the present invention; second display mode as shown in fig. 4a, the first display window or the second display window is displayed in the display area of the terminal, that is, only one display window is displayed in the display area of the terminal; the user can switch the display window displayed by the terminal through sliding operation, namely when the terminal detects the sliding operation of switching the display window by the user, the second display window or the first display window is switched and displayed.
Fig. 5a to 5b are schematic diagrams of a third application of the conference fusion method according to the embodiment of the present invention; a third display mode can be shown in fig. 5a, displaying all current service windows in a display area of the terminal, for example, currently having a first display window corresponding to a video conference client and a second display window corresponding to a data conference client, where the sizes of the display windows displayed in the display area of the terminal are the same, that is, all the display windows are displayed in the display area of the terminal in parallel.
In this embodiment, different display modes can be switched by a specific trigger operation. Specifically, when the display device is in the first display mode, the first display mode can be switched to the second display mode through the detected trigger operation, or the first display mode can be switched to the third display mode through the detected trigger operation. When the display mode is in the first display mode, if the trigger operation meeting the specific display mode switching instruction is detected, generating a corresponding display mode switching instruction, and switching to the second display mode or the third display mode based on the display mode switching instruction. As shown in fig. 3c, if the triggering operation satisfying the specific display mode switching instruction is a multi-touch operation (e.g., a multi-long press operation), the first display mode is switched to the second display mode, or as shown in fig. 3d, the first display mode is switched to the third display mode. In practical applications, different operations may correspond to different switching instructions, for example, an enlargement operation using a multi-point gesture may switch a first display mode to a second display mode, and an initial operation point may determine an enlarged display window, for example, as shown in fig. 3c, if the initial operation point corresponds to the second display window and the enlargement gesture operation is performed, the initial operation point may be switched to the second display mode so that the second display window is displayed in a full screen to enlarge the second display window; if the initial operating point corresponds to the first display window and the zooming-in gesture operation is performed, the second display mode can be switched to enable the first display window to be displayed in a full screen mode, so that the first display window is zoomed in. For another example, the first display mode may be switched to the third display mode by using a gathering operation of a multi-point gesture, so that parallel display of all current display windows is realized, that is, display in the form of equal-size pictures of all current display windows is realized.
Alternatively, when in the second display mode, the second display mode may be switched to the third display mode by the detected trigger operation, or the second display mode may be switched to the first display mode by the detected trigger operation. And when the display mode is in the second display mode, if the trigger operation meeting the specific display mode switching instruction is detected, generating a corresponding display mode switching instruction, and switching to a third display mode or the first display mode based on the display mode switching instruction. As shown in fig. 4b, if the triggering operation satisfying the specific display mode switching instruction is a multi-touch operation (e.g., a multi-long press operation), the second display mode is switched to the third display mode, or as shown in fig. 3d, the second display mode is switched to the first display mode. In practical applications, different operations may correspond to different switching instructions, for example, as shown in fig. 4b, the second display mode may be switched to the third display mode by using a gathering operation of a multi-point gesture, so as to implement parallel display of all current display windows, that is, implement presentation of equal-size pictures of all current display windows. For another example, the second display mode can be switched to the first display mode by a long-press operation of the multi-point gesture.
Alternatively, when in the third display mode, the third display mode may be switched to the first display mode by the detected trigger operation, or the third display mode may be switched to the second display mode by the detected trigger operation. And when the display mode is in the third display mode, if the triggering operation meeting the specific display mode switching instruction is detected, generating a corresponding display mode switching instruction, and switching to the first display mode or the second display mode based on the display mode switching instruction. And if the triggering operation meeting the specific display mode switching instruction is a multi-point touch operation, switching the third display mode to the first display mode or switching the third display mode to the second display mode. For example, as shown in fig. 5b, the third display mode may be switched to the first display mode by a long-press operation of a multi-point gesture. Or, by using the magnification operation of the multi-point gesture, the third display mode can be switched to the second display mode, so that a certain display window is displayed in a full screen mode, and the display window is magnified.
As an example, the method further comprises: the terminal detects a second operation for terminating the access to the data conference system; and responding to the second trigger operation, and sending notification data based on the interface, wherein the notification data is used for terminating the access of the data conference data, so that the data conference system terminates the sending of the data conference data.
