1) The tightening nut 27 on the screw post 26 is loosened, the second clamping plate 23 is moved upward, the motor shaft 36 is inserted between the second clamping plate 23 and the first clamping plate 22, and then the tightening nut 27 is tightened on the bottom surface of the second clamping plate 23.
2) The second jack bolt 31 on the clamping block 30 is unscrewed, and the clamping block 30 slides down onto the anti-falling fixing plate 32 at the bottom end of the measuring plate 28.
c. Mounting standard mount 2:
1) An adjustment nut 11 is screwed onto the threaded end 10 of each guide post 9, and the adjustment nut 11 is screwed to the bottommost portion of the threaded end 10.

2) The motor fixing seat bearing plate 34 is penetrated into the mounting hole 6 between the limiting plate 5 and the standard mounting table 2, when the height indicating plate 29 is placed on the standard mounting table 2, the first jacking bolt 7 of the limiting plate 5 locks the side face of the motor fixing seat bearing plate 34, the spring 21 between the buffer seat 19 and the buffer plate 20 is in a compressed state, and the buffer plate 20 supports the bottom face of the motor fixing seat bearing plate 34.
3) When the distance between the axis of the motor shaft 36 and the top surface is required to be adjusted, the first jack bolt 7 of the limiting plate 5 is unscrewed, and the permanent magnet synchronous motor 33 is moved upwards. The second tightening bolt 31 is loosened again, and the fixture block 30 is moved again on the measuring plate 28 so that the sum of the scale indicated by the reference line 39 on the measuring plate 28 and the distance between the axis of the motor shaft 36 and the bottom surface of the second clamping plate 23 is equal to the distance between the axis of the motor shaft 36 and the top surface of the installation after adjustment. Then the second jack bolt 31 is locked on the side surface of the measuring plate 28, the height indicating plate 29 is placed on the standard mounting table 2, and then the first jack bolt 7 of the limiting plate 5 is locked on the side surface of the motor fixing seat bearing plate 34.
e. Installing a motor fixing seat installing plate 37: the motor fixing seat mounting plate 37 is placed on the limiting plate 5, and then the motor fixing seat mounting plate 37 and the motor fixing seat bearing plate 34 are welded and fixed.
f. And (3) installing a permanent magnet synchronous motor 33:
1) The first jacking bolt 7 of the limiting plate 5 is unscrewed, the permanent magnet synchronous motor 33 is taken out upwards, the tightening nut 27 of the threaded column 26 is unscrewed, and the whole motor shaft clamping device 3 is removed.
2) The motor mount bearing plate 34 portion extending out of the motor mount mounting plate 37 is cut so that the bottom surface of the motor mount bearing plate 34 is flush with the bottom surface of the motor mount mounting plate 37.
3) The reinforcing plate 38 is welded between the two motor fixing seat bearing plates 34, the bottom surface of the reinforcing plate 38 does not exceed the bottom surface of the motor fixing seat bearing plates 34, and then the reinforcing plate 38 and the arc supporting plates 35 are welded and fixed, so that the stability of the whole permanent magnet synchronous motor 33 during installation is improved.
4) The motor mount bearing plate 34 is welded to the mounting top surface.

The hydraulic cylinder 13 drives the push plate 14 at the top end of the hydraulic cylinder 13 to rise to a set distance, when the second lug plate 12 of the standard mounting table 2 penetrates into the threaded end part 10, the adjusting nut 11 can be screwed onto the bottom surface of the second lug plate 12 of the standard mounting table 2 when the standard mounting table 2 is supported on the push plate 14, and each second lug plate 12 can transmit the force to the guide column 9; and sufficient space exists between the standard mounting table 2 and the bottom plate 1, and the motor fixing seat bearing plate 34 can be adjusted in an up-and-down movement manner in the mounting hole 6 between the limiting plate 5 and the standard mounting table 2.
