Background
With the development of communication network technology and the continuous improvement of requirements of people on household products, intelligent household appliances of the internet of things increasingly enter the sight line concerned by people. The design and development of the internet of things intelligent household appliances are not only stopped at the experimental research and development stage, various intelligent household appliances begin to enter the market in a small scale, and the use objects begin to face common social users.
Along with the continuous progress of the intelligent home technology and the improvement of the living standard of the user, the demand of the user on the intellectualization and the user experience of the clothes washing equipment of the Internet of things is improved. In the process that a user washes clothes by using the internet of things washing equipment, because the manufacturing materials of different clothes are different and correspond to the clothes made of different manufacturing materials, a targeted washing mode needs to be selected to wash the clothes as wear-free as possible, and because the manufacturing materials of the clothes are changed more and more, the clothes materials are accurately identified to carry out targeted washing, which is increasingly urgent.
The existing clothes washing equipment with the internet of things has a networking function, can receive related instructions from a server and can report the current state of the clothes washing equipment with the internet of things to the server, but the intelligent clothes recognition function of the clothes washing equipment is insufficient; the clothes identification module is arranged at the home terminal, clothes information is displayed through a display screen at the home terminal after clothes are identified, and the identification result does not have any intersection with the server; the clothes identification module is arranged on the internet of things washing equipment body, a corresponding display device is not arranged, the identification result cannot be displayed, only simple message prompt can be performed, the clothes identification result is reported to the server after the internet of things washing equipment is identified, the server returns the identification result to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal displays the clothes information.
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a non-contact automatic identification technology that mainly uses the transmission characteristics of radio frequency signals and spatial coupling (inductive or electromagnetic coupling) and can automatically identify a target object and acquire related data. The most distinctive characteristics of the RFID technology are as follows: the wireless two-way communication is realized by utilizing the mode of transmitting and identifying information by radio waves, the data reading amount is large, the remote reading can be realized, the space limitation is avoided, and the object tracking and the data exchange can be quickly carried out. As a new wireless identification technology, RFID technology is rapidly developing and widely applied to various fields in a global scope with its very significant advantages, compared to conventional bar codes, IC cards, voice recognition, and biometric means.
A radio frequency identification system (RFID system) developed from a radio frequency identification technology generally includes an electronic tag, a reader/writer, and antennas (a reader/writer antenna and an electronic tag antenna) for realizing data communication between the electronic tag and the reader/writer, and electronic data in a certain format is stored in the electronic tag and used as identification information of an object to be identified. The electronic tag is attached to an article to be identified and serves as an electronic mark of the article to be identified, the reader-writer sends a command to the electronic tag, the electronic tag transmits stored identification data to the reader-writer according to a received reader-writer instruction so as to realize data communication, and the reader-writer reads and decodes the data and then transmits the data to a computer host or a network for related data processing.
With the updating and upgrading of the internet of things washing equipment and the development of the technology, the intelligent washing technology using the electronic tag is greatly developed. However, when the internet of things laundry device is matched with the independent clothes recognition device, the internet of things laundry device and the clothes recognition device can be directly and electrically connected or connected through the networking module, but when the internet of things laundry device is directly and wirelessly connected with the clothes recognition device, the networking function of the internet of things laundry device is occupied, so that the internet of things function of the internet of things laundry device is influenced.
In order to thoroughly solve the problems and not influence the functions of the internet of things laundry equipment, the cloud server is adopted in the invention, the data connection between the clothes recognition device and the internet of things laundry equipment is realized, the internet of things function of the internet of things laundry equipment can be normally used, the research on the control method is related at the moment, in the conventional design, the clothes recognition device needs to be controlled to be turned on/off according to the operation of a user, or when the clothes recognition device belongs to one part of the internet of things laundry equipment, the clothes recognition device can be automatically turned on at a proper time according to the control of an internal control center of the internet of things laundry equipment, but when the clothes recognition device and the internet of things laundry equipment are mutually independent modules, the clothes recognition device and the internet of things laundry equipment do not have a direct relationship, and the control between the clothes recognition device and the internet of things laundry equipment becomes a new technical problem at the moment.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
Disclosure of Invention
The cloud server controls the state of the clothes recognition device according to the state of the internet of things laundry equipment, or the cloud server controls the state of the internet of things laundry equipment according to the state of the clothes recognition device, so that communication and automatic control between the clothes recognition device and the internet of things laundry equipment are realized, and more intelligent laundry experience is provided for users.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the clothes washing system comprises the Internet of things clothes washing equipment, a clothes recognition device and a cloud server, wherein the Internet of things clothes washing equipment and the clothes recognition device are respectively in communication connection with the cloud server, and the cloud server receives state information of the Internet of things clothes washing equipment and controls the working state of the clothes recognition device according to the state information.
In the scheme, the Internet of things laundry device and the clothes recognition device are independent modules, are connected through the cloud server and are controlled by the cloud server, so that communication between the clothes recognition device and the Internet of things laundry device and automatic control of the cloud server to the laundry device and the Internet of things laundry device are realized, and more intelligent laundry experience is provided for a user.
Preferably, the clothes recognition device has a working state of turning on the clothes recognition function and a working state of turning off the clothes recognition function, and the cloud server controls the clothes recognition device to be in the working state of turning on the clothes recognition function or the working state of turning off the clothes recognition function according to the received state information of the internet of things laundry device.
In the scheme, the cloud service controls the clothes identification function of the clothes identification device to be turned on or off according to the state information of the Internet of things laundry device, and the two independent modules are controlled.
Preferably, when the cloud server detects that the internet of things washing device is in a standby state, the cloud server controls to send a command for starting the clothes identification function to the clothes identification device, and when the cloud server detects that the internet of things washing device enters a washing stage, the cloud server controls to send a command for closing the clothes identification function to the clothes identification device.
In the scheme, when the internet of things washing equipment is started and is in a standby state, the cloud server detects that the internet of things washing equipment is in the standby state, the clothes recognition device is controlled to start the clothes recognition function, and at the moment, when a user puts clothes into the internet of things washing equipment, the clothes recognition device can recognize clothes information; the clothes identification device identifies the clothes information and then sends the clothes information to the cloud server, the clothes information is forwarded to the Internet of things laundry device by the cloud server or the cloud server recommends a corresponding clothes processing program according to the received clothes information and sends the clothes processing program to the Internet of things laundry device, the Internet of things laundry device executes the washing program after receiving the data sent by the cloud server and processing the data, and the cloud server sends an instruction for controlling the clothes identification function to be closed when detecting that the Internet of things laundry device enters a washing stage.
The processes are all automatic control processes, users do not need to participate in operation, and intelligent clothes washing experience is provided for the users.
Preferably, the internet of things washing device has a suspension state of opening the door in the washing process, and the cloud server controls to send a command of opening the clothes recognition function to the clothes recognition device when detecting that the internet of things washing device is in the suspension state of opening the door in the washing process.
In the above scheme, in the washing process, a user may add or take out clothes, the internet of things washing equipment is controlled to pause at the moment, the machine door is opened to take and place the clothes, at the moment, the clothes recognition device is opened to recognize the added or taken out clothes, and therefore the current washing program of the internet of things washing equipment is adjusted conveniently.
Preferably, on the premise of the above scheme, when the cloud server detects that the door of the internet of things washing device is opened and then closed, the cloud server determines that the process for adding or taking out clothes is finished, and controls the clothes recognition device to close the clothes recognition function.
The clothes recognition device can be arranged inside the Internet of things washing equipment and can also be arranged outside the Internet of things washing equipment.
Preferably, the clothes recognition device comprises a power supply, and when the cloud server detects that the internet of things laundry device is turned off, the cloud server controls to send a turn-off instruction to the clothes recognition device;
in the above solution, the clothing recognition device is an independent module, and has an independent power module, and the power module may be an internal power storage module or an external power connection module.
Preferably, the clothes recognition device controls to cut off the power supply after receiving the instruction.
In the scheme, when the clothes recognition device receives a shutdown instruction sent by the cloud server, the power supply is controlled to be cut off, and when the power supply is powered on again, the clothes recognition device needs to be controlled by a user to the local terminal.
Preferably, the clothes recognition device is provided with a power key, after the power key is triggered, the clothes recognition device is powered on for standby, state information of the clothes recognition device is sent to the cloud server, and after the cloud server receives the state information, an instruction for controlling the internet of things laundry equipment to start is sent.
In the scheme, the clothes recognition device is associated with the state of the Internet of things laundry device, so that the household appliance starting by a user is simplified, and the household appliance does not need to be manually started one by one.
On the other hand, after the internet of things washing device is powered off, the cloud server sends a standby instruction to the clothes identification device, the clothes identification device is in a low-energy-consumption standby dormant state after receiving the instruction, when a user uses the internet of things washing device, the internet of things washing device is directly controlled to be started at the home terminal, and when the cloud server detects the start state of the internet of things washing device, the cloud server sends a control instruction to activate the clothes identification device. Preferably, the activated state of the laundry recognition device is an activated state in which the laundry recognition function is turned on or turned off.
Preferably, the clothes recognition device comprises a networking module, the networking module is connected to the cloud server, and when the cloud server detects that the clothes recognition device is in a working state of closing the clothes recognition function after the clothes recognition process is finished, the cloud server sends an instruction for controlling the internet of things washing equipment to start executing a washing program.
In the above solution, the clothes recognition device needs a certain time to recognize the clothes, for example: the thing networking laundry equipment controls its inner tube rotatory, improves clothing recognition efficiency. After the internet of things washing equipment executes the inner cylinder rotating state for a certain time length, the washing stage is started, and the cloud server controls the clothes recognition device to close the clothes recognition function. On the other hand, the state of the internet of things laundry device can also be controlled through the working state of the clothes identification state: when the clothes recognition device is in a working state of closing the clothes recognition function after the clothes recognition process is finished, the cloud server sends an instruction for controlling the internet of things washing equipment to start executing a washing program.
The above process involves the control of the laundry recognizing device to recognize the laundry: preferably, after the clothes recognition device controls and executes the recognition process with the set duration, the clothes recognition function is controlled to be turned off, and at this time, the cloud server detects the state information and sends an instruction for controlling the internet of things laundry equipment to start executing the washing program to the internet of things laundry equipment.
In the above scheme, the laundry identification process is set to the set time length T1, and in the identification process of the set time length T1, the laundry is ensured to be identified, and the control process is the simplest and the most practical; or after the clothes recognition device recognizes a certain clothes, if no new clothes information is recognized within a set time, the clothes recognition device judges that all the clothes are recognized by the clothes recognition module, and the clothes recognition device enters a state of closing the clothes recognition function; or, in the process of identifying the clothes by the clothes identification device, when detecting that the user confirms that the clothes are completely identified, controlling to enter the working state of closing the clothes identification function.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a control method of a laundry system, where the laundry system includes an internet of things laundry device, a clothes recognition device, and a cloud server, the internet of things laundry device and the clothes recognition device are respectively in communication connection with the cloud server, and the cloud server receives working state information of the clothes recognition device and controls a working state of the internet of things laundry device according to the working state information.
Preferably, the internet of things laundry device comprises a power-on standby state, a state that the door lock keeps locked in the process of identifying clothes, and a washing state, and the cloud server controls the internet of things laundry device to be in the power-on standby state or controls the door lock to keep locked in the process of identifying clothes or controls the internet of things laundry device to be in the washing state according to the received working state of the clothes identification device.
Preferably, the cloud server detects that the clothes recognition device is in a power-on standby state, and controls to send a power-on standby instruction to the internet of things laundry device, the cloud server detects that the clothes recognition device is in a state of opening a clothes recognition function, and then sends an instruction for controlling locking of a door lock to the internet of things laundry device, and when the cloud server detects that the clothes recognition process of the clothes recognition device is finished and the internet of things laundry device enters a state of closing the clothes recognition function, the cloud server controls to send an instruction for executing a washing program to the internet of things laundry device.
In the above scheme, the cloud server detects that the clothes recognition device is in a state of opening the clothes recognition function, and then sends an instruction for controlling the locking of the door lock to the internet of things laundry equipment, so that the cloud server is suitable for the condition that the clothes recognition device is installed inside the internet of things laundry equipment, and when clothes are put into the internet of things laundry equipment, the door lock of the internet of things laundry equipment is controlled to be closed, so that the clothes can be prevented from being put into by a user in the recognition process, the clothes recognition device cannot recognize part of clothes, and the scheme can ensure that the clothes recognition device can completely recognize the put-in clothes.
On the other hand, when the clothes recognition device is installed or arranged outside the internet of things laundry device, the control process is the reverse: at the moment, the cloud server detects that the clothes recognition device is in a state of opening the clothes recognition function, and then controls the door lock of the clothes washing equipment of the Internet of things to be in an opening state, so that a user can put clothes into the clothes washing equipment of the Internet of things conveniently.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
1. The clothes washing system comprises the Internet of things clothes washing equipment, a clothes recognition device and a cloud server, wherein the Internet of things clothes washing equipment and the clothes recognition device are respectively in communication connection with the cloud server, and the cloud server receives state information of the Internet of things clothes washing equipment and controls the working state of the clothes recognition device according to the state information. This thing networking laundry equipment and clothing recognition device are independent module, and both are connected through the cloud ware to control by the cloud ware, thereby realized communication between clothing recognition device and the thing networking laundry equipment and the cloud ware to both automatic control, offered the more intelligent laundry of user to experience.

When the internet of things washing equipment is started and is in a standby state, the cloud server controls the clothes recognition device to start a clothes recognition function when detecting that the internet of things washing equipment is in the standby state, and at the moment, when a user puts clothes into the internet of things washing equipment, the clothes recognition device can recognize clothes information; the clothes identification device identifies the clothes information and then sends the clothes information to the cloud server, the clothes information is forwarded to the Internet of things laundry device by the cloud server or the cloud server recommends a corresponding clothes processing program according to the received clothes information and sends the clothes processing program to the Internet of things laundry device, the Internet of things laundry device executes the washing program after receiving the data sent by the cloud server and processing the data, and the cloud server sends an instruction for controlling the clothes identification function to be closed when detecting that the Internet of things laundry device enters a washing stage.

On the other hand, after the internet of things washing device is powered off, the cloud server sends a standby instruction to the clothes identification device, the clothes identification device is in a low-energy-consumption standby dormant state after receiving the instruction, when a user uses the internet of things washing device, the internet of things washing device is directly controlled to be started at the home terminal, and when the cloud server detects the start state of the internet of things washing device, the cloud server sends a control instruction to activate the clothes identification device. Preferably, the activated state of the laundry recognition device is an activated state in which the laundry recognition function is turned on or turned off.
Preferably, the clothes recognition device comprises a networking module, the networking module is connected to the cloud server, and when the cloud server detects that the clothes recognition device is in a working state of closing the clothes recognition function after the clothes recognition process is finished, the cloud server sends an instruction for controlling the internet of things washing equipment to start executing a washing program.
In the above solution, the clothes recognition device needs a certain time to recognize the clothes, for example: in the clothes identification process, the internet of things washing equipment controls the inner barrel to rotate, and the clothes identification efficiency is improved. After the internet of things washing equipment executes the inner cylinder rotating state for a certain time length, the washing stage is started, and the cloud server controls the clothes recognition device to close the clothes recognition function. On the other hand, the state of the internet of things laundry device can also be controlled through the working state of the clothes identification state: when the clothes recognition device is in a working state of closing the clothes recognition function after the clothes recognition process is finished, the cloud server sends an instruction for controlling the internet of things washing equipment to start executing a washing program.
The above process involves the control of the laundry recognizing device to recognize the laundry: preferably, after the clothes recognition device controls and executes the recognition process with the set duration, the clothes recognition function is controlled to be turned off, and at this time, the cloud server detects the state information and sends an instruction for controlling the internet of things laundry equipment to start executing the washing program to the internet of things laundry equipment. The clothes identifying process is set to be a set time length T1, the clothes can be ensured to be identified in the identifying process of the set time length T1, and the control process is the simplest and the most practical; or after the clothes recognition device recognizes a certain clothes, if no new clothes information is recognized within a set time, the clothes recognition device judges that all the clothes are recognized by the clothes recognition module, and the clothes recognition device enters a state of closing the clothes recognition function; or, in the process of identifying the clothes by the clothes identification device, when detecting that the user confirms that the clothes are completely identified, controlling to enter the working state of closing the clothes identification function.
A control step of the present embodiment is provided as follows:
s1, detecting the working state of the Internet of things laundry equipment by the cloud server;
s2, the cloud server controls the working state of the clothes recognition device according to the working state of the Internet of things laundry equipment.

The embodiment provides a control method of a laundry system, the laundry system comprises an internet of things laundry device, a clothes recognition device and a cloud server, the internet of things laundry device and the clothes recognition device are respectively in communication connection with the cloud server, and the cloud server receives working state information of the clothes recognition device and controls the working state of the internet of things laundry device according to the working state information.
Preferably, the internet of things laundry device comprises a power-on standby state, a state that the door lock keeps locked in the process of identifying clothes, and a washing state, and the cloud server controls the internet of things laundry device to be in the power-on standby state or controls the door lock to keep locked in the process of identifying clothes or controls the internet of things laundry device to be in the washing state according to the received working state of the clothes identification device.

In the above scheme, the cloud server detects that the clothes recognition device is in a state of opening the clothes recognition function, and then sends an instruction for controlling the locking of the door lock to the internet of things laundry equipment, so that the cloud server is suitable for the condition that the clothes recognition device is installed inside the internet of things laundry equipment, and when clothes are put into the internet of things laundry equipment, the door lock of the internet of things laundry equipment is controlled to be closed, so that the clothes can be prevented from being put into by a user in the recognition process, the clothes recognition device cannot recognize part of clothes, and the scheme can ensure that the clothes recognition device can completely recognize the put-in clothes.
On the other hand, when the clothes recognition device is installed or arranged outside the internet of things laundry device, the control process is the reverse: at the moment, the cloud server detects that the clothes recognition device is in a state of opening the clothes recognition function, and then controls the door lock of the clothes washing equipment of the Internet of things to be in an opening state, so that a user can put clothes into the clothes washing equipment of the Internet of things conveniently.
The following provides specific control steps (applicable to the case where the clothing recognition device is disposed inside the internet of things laundry device) of the second embodiment:
s201, the cloud server detects that the clothes recognition device is in a power-on standby state, and controls to send a power-on standby instruction to the Internet of things laundry equipment;
