In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the laundry identification device 1 is embedded in the door cover 22 and the sensor sensing surface 12 faces one side of the drum, the data transmission terminal 21 of the internet of things washing machine and the data transmission terminal 11 of the laundry identification device of the washing machine 2 and the laundry identification device 1 can be connected to each other by plugging of the plugging interface.
In these embodiments, the identification of the laundry information by the laundry identification device is done within the drum of the washing machine. The user can put the clothes into the inner drum at one time, and the clothes identification device automatically identifies the clothes information. Because the sensing surface of the sensor is directly opposite to the inner drum of the washing machine and is close to the distance from the clothes, the identification accuracy is higher, and the wireless tags of the clothes in the inner drum can be well identified. As shown in fig. 9, when the clothing recognition device 1 is installed on the pulsator washing machine, the sensing surface of the sensor is also directly opposite to the inlet of the inner drum, and the same technical effect as the design of the installation direction of the clothing recognition device is achieved.
Example 6
This embodiment is a supplement to the mounting position of the clothes recognition apparatus used in embodiment 5.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in this embodiment, the clothes recognition device 1 is not mounted on the door, but is mounted near the periphery of the door of the washing machine, but the sensor sensing surface 12 still needs to face the inside of the washing machine barrel, so that the distance from the antenna or other sensing devices in the clothes recognition device to the clothes label is shortened as much as possible, and the interference in the recognition process is reduced.
Example 7
This embodiment is supplementary to the mounting position of the clothes recognition apparatus used in embodiments 5 and 6. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the laundry recognition apparatus 1 is detachably mounted on the top of the washing machine 2. In the present embodiment, the clothes identification process of the clothes identification device 1 is completed before the clothes enter the interior of the washing drum. That is, before the user performs the washing operation, the identification of the clothes information is completed outside the internet of things washing machine, and then the clothes are put into the inner drum. In order to facilitate the operation of clothes identification of the user, as shown in fig. 12, the sensor sensing surface 12 of the clothes identification device 1 faces the front of the internet of things washing machine, that is, faces the user, the user attaches the clothes label on the clothes, on which the clothes information is recorded, to the sensor sensing surface 12, and the clothes identification device 1 completes the identification and reading of the related clothes information, so as to provide conditions for further intelligent washing machines.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 13, the sensor sensing surface 12 of the clothes recognition device 1 can also face the top of the internet of things washing machine, and the purpose of facilitating the operation of the user is also achieved.
Example 8
The present embodiment is an explanation of the structure of the laundry identification device.
The clothes identification device comprises a shell, wherein an RFID reader and an antenna which are electrically connected are arranged in the shell, the antenna is coupled with a wireless tag arranged on clothes, then clothes information represented by the tag information is read through the RFID reader, and a processor of the clothes identification device is an MCU and has a data processing function. The shell of the clothes recognition device is provided with an indicator light for displaying the working state of the clothes recognition device. And a key for configuring the operation parameters of the clothes recognition device is also arranged.
Example 9
The present embodiment is a supplement to the modular structure of the laundry identification appliance used in the above-described embodiments. The present embodiment is different from embodiment 8 in that the clothes recognition apparatus of the present embodiment is further provided with a sound broadcasting device.
In this embodiment, the clothing recognition device further includes a voice broadcasting device connected to the clothing recognition module, that is, the RFID reader, and the voice broadcasting device represents, through different voices, a recognition state of the clothing recognition device to the wireless tag. Specifically, the sound broadcasting device in this embodiment is a buzzer. An alarm prompt can be sent out through the buzzer, and/or a label reading prompt can be sent out. For example, the voice is emitted intermittently, which indicates that the voice is continuously emitted during the clothes reading process, which indicates that the clothes are abnormal, and the user is reminded in time when the user identifies the clothes.
Example 10
The present embodiment is a supplement to the modular structure of the laundry identification appliance used in the above-described embodiments. The present embodiment is different from embodiment 9 in that the voice announcement device of the clothes recognition apparatus of the present embodiment is a voice announcement device. The voice broadcasting device sends out an alarm prompt in a voice broadcasting mode and/or broadcasts the clothes information identified by the clothes identification module.

The present embodiment is a supplement to the modular structure of the laundry identification appliance used in the above-described embodiments. This embodiment differs from the above described embodiments in that a display screen is provided in the embodiments.
The content displayed by the display screen corresponds to the clothes information identified by the clothes identification module. Specifically, the display screen displays the clothes material, and/or the type, and/or the color, and/or clothes which cannot be washed by water, are easy to be mixed with colors, and/or are not suitable for being shuffled. According to the embodiment, the currently identified clothes information is displayed through the display screen, so that more visual experience is provided for a user, for example, information such as clothes material, category and color is displayed, and when clothes which cannot be washed by water and/or are easy to be mixed and/or are not easy to be shuffled are mixed in washed clothes, relevant prompts are given, and the user is reminded in time.
Example 12
The embodiment discloses a washing machine applied to any one of the above embodiments, the washing machine comprises a washing machine interconnection module in data connection with the laundry identification device, and the washing machine executes the washing machine action according to the laundry processing program received from the washing machine interconnection module.

Claims (8)

1. A laundry system using a laundry identification device, characterized in that: the clothes identification device comprises a clothes identification module and a clothes identification device interconnection module which are in data connection with each other; the clothes identification module is used for identifying clothes information; the clothes identification device interconnection module is in data connection with the washing machine;
the clothes recognition device sends a clothes treatment program for controlling the action of the washing machine to the washing machine through the clothes recognition device interconnection module;
the washing machine comprises a washing machine interconnection module, the washing machine is detachably connected with a clothes recognition device, the washing machine interconnection module is in data connection with the clothes recognition device, and the washing machine executes the action of the washing machine according to a clothes treatment program received from the washing machine interconnection module; the washing machine interconnection module and the clothes identification device realize data connection with each other through a plug-in interface;
the clothes recognition device is provided with a communication module which is in communication connection with a server; the server is in communication connection with a control terminal, and the control terminal is in communication connection with the communication module; the server receives the clothes information sent by the clothes recognition device, the control terminal calls the clothes information in the server, analyzes the clothes information into washing parameters corresponding to the clothes information and analyzes the washing parameters into corresponding clothes processing programs; then sending the clothes processing program to the clothes recognition device, wherein the washing parameters are control indexes of each process of clothes processing;
the control terminal is an intelligent terminal and is provided with application software for analyzing the clothes information into washing parameters corresponding to the clothes information;
the clothes recognition device reports clothes information to a server, the server stores the data and opens an interface to call an intelligent terminal, the current recognition data is calculated according to a standard document and an algorithm document, the calculation parameters and a clothes processing program are sent to a communication module of the clothes recognition device through a relevant channel and finally sent to a washing machine, the washing machine executes washing according to the clothes processing program, and after the intelligent terminal calls the server interface to obtain the data, the intelligent terminal analyzes according to the standard document in the same way, displays the washed clothes and obtains corresponding clothes abnormity reminding according to logic judgment;
the clothing identification device further comprises an antenna electrically connected with the clothing identification module, the antenna is coupled with a wireless tag arranged on the clothing, the wireless tag is an RFID wireless tag, and the clothing identification module is an RFID reader;
the surface of the clothes identification device for receiving the identified wireless tag signal is an induction end, and an antenna of the clothes identification device is positioned on one side close to the induction end;
the clothes recognition device is arranged near the periphery of the door cover of the washing machine, and the sensing surface faces the inside of the washing machine barrel.
2. A laundry system using a laundry identification device according to claim 1, wherein: the laundry treatment process comprises washing, and/or rinsing, and/or dewatering, and/or drying, and/or heating.
3. A laundry system using a laundry identification device according to claim 1, wherein: the washing parameters include washing duration, and/or rinsing times, and/or motor speed, and/or washing water temperature.

A laundry system using a laundry identification device according to claim 1, wherein: the clothes recognition device is provided with a processor in data connection with the clothes recognition module, the processor has a data processing function, and can analyze the clothes information recognized by the clothes recognition device into washing parameters corresponding to the clothes information and analyze the washing parameters into corresponding clothes processing programs.
5. A laundry system using a laundry identification device according to claim 4, wherein: the processor is an MCU.
6. A laundry system using a laundry identification device according to claim 1, wherein: the communication module is a wireless communication module.
7. A laundry system using a laundry identification device according to claim 6, wherein: the wireless communication module of the communication module adopts a WIFI and/or Bluetooth and/or Zigbee and/or Z-wave communication mode.

A washing machine applied to the washing system using the laundry identification device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the washing machine comprises a washing machine interconnection module, the washing machine interconnection module is in data connection with the clothes recognition device, and the washing machine executes washing machine actions according to the clothes processing program received from the washing machine interconnection module.
