Background
With the continuous development of productivity, the living standard of people is improved, and automobiles become an important tool for human life. The increase in vehicles also makes the occurrence of accidents more frequent, with vehicle scraping being one of the major accidents.
At present, after a vehicle is scratched, a vehicle owner generally contacts an insurance company worker at the first time, and the worker photographs and records scratches and sends the scratches to the insurance company for reservation. This recording method has the following drawbacks: the length and width of the scratch (i.e., the horizontal length and vertical height with reference to the ground) can be accurately known only after the vehicle is sent to the 4S store to further evaluate the man-hour and cost required for repairing the scratch, and in addition, the owner cannot predict the cost required in advance before repairing.
Therefore, a new solution is needed to solve this problem.

The transverse ruler and the vertical ruler comprise a plurality of ruler body units which are fixed in an end-to-end inserting mode.
The rotary block is further arranged, and one end, back to the circular groove, of the rotary block extends to form a handle portion.
The transverse ruler and the vertical ruler are detachably fixed through plugging.
The transverse ruler and the vertical ruler are arranged close to one side of the vehicle body in a hollowed-out mode.
The transverse ruler and the vertical ruler are further arranged, and a rubber layer is covered on one surface of the transverse ruler and one surface of the vertical ruler, which are close to the vehicle body.
Further, one end of the sliding groove extends to the joint of the transverse ruler and the vertical ruler.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: after the vehicle is scratched, the length and the width of the scratch and the corresponding maintenance working hours can be accurately recorded, and a worker transfers the rotating block to a cost value required by maintenance according to a charging standard corresponding to the working hours, so that the vehicle is recorded on site, and the vehicle is more real-time, transparent and fair.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a scratch recording ruler comprises a transverse ruler 1 and a vertical ruler 2 which are arranged in a strip shape, wherein scales and corresponding maintenance man-hours under the scales are arranged on the transverse ruler 1 and the vertical ruler 2, the transverse ruler 1 and the vertical ruler 2 are detachably and fixedly connected and jointly enclose a right angle, the transverse ruler 1 and the vertical ruler 2 can be detachably fixed through plugging, in a specific embodiment, a clamping groove can be formed at a connecting position of the transverse ruler 1, and a mutually matched protruding part is arranged at the connecting position of the vertical ruler 2 so as to realize plugging; the sliding grooves 11 are formed in the transverse ruler 1 and the vertical ruler 2 along the length direction of the transverse ruler and the vertical ruler, the recording blocks 3 are arranged in the sliding grooves 11 and used for recording the length and the width of the scratches 5, the maintenance man-hour and the cost on site, and the transverse ruler is real-time, transparent and fair.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the recording block 3 is composed of a sleeve 31, a rotating block 32, a bolt 34 and a limiting block 33, wherein the rotating block 32 is rotatably inserted and fixed in a circular groove 312 of the sleeve 31, different maintenance cost values are arranged on the outer arc surface of the rotating block 32 along a circumferential gap, an observation hole 311 for checking the cost values is formed at the top end of the sleeve 31, arrow parts 313 for pointing to scales are formed by extending outwards at two sides of the sleeve 31, a guide rail part 314 is formed by extending downwards at the bottom end of the sleeve 31 and is used for sliding connection with a sliding groove 11, the limiting block 33 is positioned below the guide rail part 314 and is used for preventing the recording block 3 from falling off from the sliding groove 11, and in the embodiment, the limiting block 33 is in a cuboid shape, during installation, the limiting block 33 is arranged on the back of the chute 11, the rotating block 32 is rotated to a position which is inclined to the chute 11 in a crossing manner through the handle 321, so that the limiting effect is achieved, during recording, the transverse ruler 1 is horizontally placed, the vertical ruler 2 is vertically placed (taking the ground as a reference surface), arrow heads 313 of the two recording blocks 3 are respectively moved to two ends of the scratch 5, the rotating block 33 is abutted to the chute 11 to be locked, the rotating block 32 is rotated to a corresponding cost value according to a corresponding man-hour combination man-hour charging standard, and the length and width (horizontal length and vertical height taking the ground as reference) of the scratch 5, man-hour and cost value are photographed and recorded.
As shown in fig. 2, the transverse ruler 1 and the vertical ruler 2 comprise a plurality of ruler body units 1a which are fixed in an inserting mode from end to end, so that the assembly and the disassembly are more convenient, and workers of an insurance company can conveniently carry the ruler with the ruler, and meanwhile, the transverse ruler 1 and the vertical ruler 2 are arranged close to one side of a vehicle body in a hollowed-out mode, so that the load of the workers can be reduced, and the ruler is convenient to carry; in order to avoid secondary damage, the lateral ruler 1 and the vertical ruler 2 are covered with a rubber layer 4 on the side close to the vehicle body, and specifically, the rubber layer 4 may be fixed by adhesion or sleeving.
As shown in fig. 1, one end of the chute 11 extends to the connection of the transverse rule 1 and the vertical rule 2, so that the measuring range can be made larger to measure scratches 5 with different slopes.
The following describes the specific working of the scratch recording ruler:
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, the scratch recording ruler is abutted against the surface of the vehicle body, the transverse ruler 1 is horizontally placed, the vertical ruler 2 is vertically placed (taking the ground as a reference surface), arrow parts 313 of the two recording blocks 3 are respectively moved to two ends of the scratch 5, the limiting block 33 is rotated to be abutted against and locked with the sliding groove 11 and limited, the larger one of the two labor hour numbers is selected for evaluating maintenance cost according to the two labor hour numbers corresponding to the arrow parts 313, the required maintenance cost is calculated by combining the labor hour charging standard, the corresponding cost value on the rotating block 32 is rotated to the observation hole 311, and the length and the width of the scratch 5, the maintenance labor hour and the cost are recorded on site.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the invention, but rather to enable any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement or the like to be included within the spirit and principles of the invention.
