The supporting member 2 is movably connected to the inside of the sliding part 111; when the sliding shelf 13 is located at the stacking position, the support 2 is pulled out along the sliding part 111 under the action of an external force and rotates to be perpendicular to the fixed shelf 12; when the sliding shelf 13 is located at the unfolded position, the supporter 2 extends in a horizontal direction by an external force and partially protrudes out of the sliding portion 111 to support the sliding shelf 13. Preferably, in the present embodiment, said fixed shelf 12 and said sliding shelf 13 are made of transparent tempered glass pieces.
It should be noted that the shelf assembly 1 further includes another shelf (not numbered) or a drawer cover (not numbered) disposed at the lower side of the shelf assembly 1, and when the sliding shelf 13 is located at the stacking position, the supporting member 2 is perpendicular to the fixed shelf 12 and abuts against the shelf or the drawer cover at the lower side.
As shown in fig. 1, the storage compartment 200 includes a rear wall 210 and side walls 220 extending along two sides of the rear wall 210; the frame 11 extends along the inner wall surface of the storage compartment 200 and includes a front beam 112, a rear beam 113 fixed to the rear wall 210, and a first side beam 114 and a second side beam 115 fixed to the side wall 220.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the rear member 113 extends from the first side member 114 to the second side member 115, and the front member 112 extends from the first side member 114 and is spaced apart from the second side member 115; the fixed shelf 12 is fixedly arranged between the front beam 112 and the rear beam 113 and is close to the first side beam 114; the sliding shelf 13 slides along the rear beam 113 when in the extended position and extends into a snap fit connection with the second side beam 115. The front beam 112 of the present embodiment, rather than extending from the first side beam 114 to the second side beam 115 as the rear beam 113, can avoid the front beam 112 from obstructing the placement or access of higher stored items.
The sliding portion 111 includes first sliding grooves 116 symmetrically provided on the front beam 112 and the rear beam 113, and the sliding shelf 13 slides between the stacking position and the extended position in the first sliding grooves 116. Similarly, the sliding part 111 further includes a second sliding slot 117 symmetrically disposed on the front beam 112 and the rear beam 113, the second sliding slot 117 is disposed at a lower side of the first sliding slot 116, and the support member 2 slides in the second sliding slot 117.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the support 2 includes sliding rods 21 sliding in the second sliding grooves 117 and disposed parallel to each other, and a support portion 22 connected between the sliding rods 21.
As shown in fig. 4, a stopper 118 is disposed at one end of the second sliding slot 117 close to the first side beam 114; when the sliding shelf 13 is located at the extended position, one end of the sliding rod 21 away from the supporting portion 22 abuts against the stopping portion 118. Since the supporting member 2 only needs to be partially retracted into the second sliding slot 117, the stop portion 118 is disposed to prevent the supporting member 2 from being unable to support the sliding shelf 13 after being excessively retracted.
In particular, the support 22 is connected between the two sliding rods 21 and is sheathed with a washer 23. When the sliding shelf 13 is in the deployed position, the sliding shelf 13 is supported on the gasket 23; when the sliding shelf 13 is in the stacking position, the support 2 is perpendicular to the fixed shelf 12, and the gasket 23 abuts against the lower shelf or the drawer cover. Therefore, the gasket 23 prevents the sliding shelf 13 or the lower shelf or the drawer cover from rubbing against each other to affect the service life after directly contacting the supporting part 22.
As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 5, a protrusion 211 is disposed at an end of the sliding rod 21 away from the supporting portion 22, and a fastening portion 119 matched with the protrusion 211 is disposed at an end of the second sliding slot 117 away from the stopping portion 118; when the sliding shelf 13 is in the stacking position, the protruding portion 211 is clamped in the fastening portion 119.
Further, the second sliding slot 117 includes a first position-limiting portion 120 and a second position-limiting portion 121 respectively formed at two lateral sides of the fastening portion 119; the first position-limiting portion 120 and the second position-limiting portion 121 cooperate to prevent the second supporting member 2 from over-rotating, so that the supporting member 2 is stably positioned at different positions.
In this embodiment, the buckling portion 119 is formed with a first abutting portion 122 extending upward from the inner side, and second abutting portions 131 extending downward from the front and rear sides of the sliding shelf 13; in the deployed position, the lower side of the second contact portion 131 and the upper side of the first contact portion 122 are in contact with each other. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first abutting portion 122 and the second abutting portion 131 are both in smooth transition, and when the sliding shelf 13 moves from the stacking position to the unfolding position, the second abutting portion 131 is moved from the left side of the first abutting portion 122 to the upper side of the first abutting portion 122, that is, the sliding shelf 13 moves from the first sliding groove 116 to be flush with the fixed shelf 12 side by side. In addition, with reference to the center point of the frame 11, a first contact portion 122 is formed on the inner side of the latching portion 119, that is, a first contact portion 122 is formed on the side of the latching portion 119 close to the center point.
In addition, a handle member 132 is formed at an end of the sliding shelf 13 adjacent to the second side beam 115, so that a user can move the sliding shelf 13 conveniently; and prevents items placed on the fixed shelf 12 from sliding off to the right when the sliding shelf 13 is in the stacked position.
