Detailed Description
The alarm display device 1 of one embodiment of the invention is used for a meter, and comprises a controller and a display screen 2 connected with the controller, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the display screen 2 is provided with an alarm display area 3 which comprises N display bits, in this embodiment, 6 display bits are included and divided into two lines.
The controller obtains the alarm state of the alarm, the controller includes an alarm state information list, which includes M alarm state information, M is greater than N, in this embodiment, there are 14 alarms, and the alarm symbols are as shown in fig. 3, and the meanings are as follows:
1. there is a risk of collision
ACC system failure
LDW System Fault
DPF regeneration State
EBS System failure
6. Too high oil temperature of gearbox
ECAS higher than Normal altitude
HillHolder work indication
9. Engine idle speed adjustment
PS alarm indication
11. Low pressure fuel line failure
12. Retarder gear indication
13. The temperature of the cooling water is too high
14. Drive assist opening
Each status message includes an alarm status and a display status for the corresponding alarm.
The M alarms have different display priorities, and can be represented by the sequence of the alarm state information list or by adding the display priorities to the alarm state information list.
In this embodiment, different display priorities are indicated in the order of the alarm state information list.
The controller may obtain the alarm state of the alarm through a wired connection or a wireless connection, where the wired connection is, for example, a cable or a bus, and in this embodiment, the meter controller obtains the alarm state of the alarm through a CAN bus, for example, an alarm message (too low tire pressure) received from the tire pressure management system is received.
The alarm state is on and off, the on state refers to an active state, for example, when the tire pressure is too low, the alarm symbol 31 is an alarm symbol for too low tire pressure
Figure BDA0001927199280000051
And the lighting device is lightened, and a user can perceive that the tire pressure of a certain tire of the current vehicle is too low.
The controller further comprises a first timer arranged for a display period T1 for the alarm display area 3, the alarm display area 3 updating the alarm display every display period T1.
The display states include a first display state D1, a second display state D2, a third display state D3 and a fourth display state D4, the first display state D1 indicating that no display is required (the alarm state is off), the second display state D2 indicating that the alarm information display area 3 is displaying, the third display state D3 indicating that at least one display period T1 is displayed but not currently displayed, and the fourth display state D4 indicating that display is required but not displayed.
If the display period T1 is reached,
-setting the display state of the alarm with the display state of the second display state D2 to the third display state D3;
-setting N display bits available.
If the display period T1 has not arrived,
-if the alarm state of the alarm changes,
updating the corresponding alarm state in the alarm information list;
setting the display state of the alarm to be a fourth display state for the alarm changing from off to on;
setting the display state of the alarm to be a first display state for the alarm changing from on to off, and updating the alarm display of the alarm display area if the display state of the alarm is a second display state;
-if there is an alarm whose display status is the fourth display status,
updating the alarm display of the alarm display area if the alarm display area has available display bits;
if the alarm display area does not have a display bit available, the following alarms are present: the display priority of the alarm is higher than that of the alarm with all display states as the second display state, and the alarm display of the alarm display area is updated;
-setting the alarm of the third display state to the fourth display state if the alarm of the fourth display state is not present.
The controller may obtain the alarm state change of the alarm through various manners, for example, the controller may obtain the alarm state change of the alarm by receiving an alarm on/off message through a CAN bus, or obtain the alarm signal through a cable, so as to obtain the alarm state change of the alarm.
When the display period T1 is not reached, the above processing is performed, and the alarm display in the alarm display area can be updated in time when the alarm state change of the alarm is acquired, so that the user can perceive the vehicle state in time.
For the alarm changing from off to on, the display state is set to a fourth display state D4 (which needs to be displayed but is not shown).
For the alarm changing from on to off, the display state is set as the first display state D1 (no display is needed), if the display state is the second display state D2 (the alarm information display area 3 is displaying), the alarm display of the alarm display area 3 is updated, and other on alarms can be displayed by using the vacant display position in time.
For the case where there is an alarm whose display state is the fourth display state D4 (which needs to be displayed but has not been displayed): if the alarm display area 3 has available display bits, the alarm display of the alarm display area 3 is updated, and more open alarms are displayed by fully utilizing the limited display bits.
For the case where there is an alarm whose display state is the fourth display state D4 (which needs to be displayed but has not been displayed): if the alarm display area 3 does not have a display bit available, but the following alarm is present: the alarm whose display priority is higher than that of the alarm whose all display states are the second display state D2, the alarm display of the alarm display area is updated to ensure early display of the alarm of the display priority.
If there is no alarm in the fourth display state D4 (which is required to be displayed but not shown), that is, all the alarms that are turned on are displayed, all the alarms in the third display state D3 are set to the fourth display state D4, that is, the original display state is cleared and the alarms are reset to the states required to be displayed.
As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, when the first 8 alarms are turned on and all the turned-on alarms are displayed, the display status of the 8 alarms is the third display status D3, at this time, the display status of the 8 alarms is set to the fourth display status D4, and when the alarm display is updated, the first 6 alarms are displayed and the display status thereof is set to the second display status D2, as shown in fig. 4A.
At the next update, the display state of the first 6 alarms is set to the third display state D3, the alarm display will display the last 2 alarms (the display state is set to the fourth display state D4), and as shown in fig. 4B, the display states of the two alarms are set to the second display state D2.
When updated again, the display states of the 8 alarms are all the third display state D3, so that the alarm display areas are alternately displayed on the two interfaces as shown in fig. 4A and 4B.
For the alarm display device of the present embodiment, a specific process of adjusting the alarm display according to the state information is shown in fig. 5; updating the alarm display of the alarm display area 3, as shown in the portion within the dashed box in fig. 5, comprises the steps of:
-setting the display state of the alarm with the display state of the second display state D2 to the fourth display state D4;
-selecting in the alarm information list the alarms with alarm status of on and at most 6 alarms with highest display priority;
-displaying the selected alarm in the alarm display area 3 and setting the display state to the second display state D2;
-starting a first timer.
If an alarm symbol is just displayed, the alarm symbol is refreshed, the problem of alarm symbol flickering occurs, the alarm flickers, and the flickering frequency is not under design control, so that a user cannot correctly read alarm information through human eyes, the recognition of the user on the alarm symbol is influenced, and the perception of the user on the alarm is possibly influenced.
In another embodiment, the controller further comprises N second timers, e.g. 6, each corresponding to one display bit, set to a blinking guard period T2, e.g. set to 1 second, for the alarm display area. Specifically, the second timer initial value is a timer maximum value, and when a new alarm occurs at the corresponding display position, the second timer is reset to 0, and starts to count time until the timing maximum value is reached, such as 1 second. The position can be refreshed after the maximum value is reached and the timer is reset to 0 again once the display is refreshed. As long as the displayed alarm at least displays one flicker protection period T2 period, namely refreshes after the flicker protection period T2, the flicker can be avoided
If the alarm has displayed the time of T2, setting the display state to the first display state and updating the alarm information display; otherwise, the T2 time is waited to reach the re-updating state and display. The problem of alarm symbol flickering is avoided, the recognition of the alarm symbol by the user is influenced, and therefore the perception of the alarm by the user is possibly influenced.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from this disclosure, and it is intended that the scope of the present invention be defined by the appended claims.
