Abstract
The invention discloses a driving assistance method based on a black-white-gray screen instrument, which adopts the black-white-gray screen instrument to carry out driving assistance display and comprises the following steps of: displaying a front vehicle and a plurality of spaced white vehicle distance lines behind the front vehicle on a black-white-gray screen instrument, and prompting the corresponding front vehicle distance according to the number of the vehicle distance lines and the flashing frequency of the corresponding vehicle distance lines; lane assistance: and displaying a left lane line and a right lane line on the black-white-gray screen instrument in gray or white to respectively indicate that no lane is detected or a lane is detected, and indicating corresponding lane departure early warning by the flicker frequency of the two white lane lines. The color difference of the black, white and gray screen and the matching of the flicker frequency replace the color requirement in the ADAS, so that the hardware cost is reduced, the design and development period is saved, and more choices are provided for the development of a host factory.

Background
With the development of intelligent technology, in order to ensure safe driving of vehicles and reduce accidents, advanced driving assistance systems (hereinafter referred to as ADAS) are used for more and more automobiles. Compared with the prior art, the driving assistance method based on the black-white-grey-screen instrument has the following advantages that:
1. the black-white-gray screen is low in cost compared with a color screen, so that the development period is saved, and the development cost is reduced;
2. the flicker frequency of the grey and white lane lines, the distance lines and the white lines is different to replace the corresponding color lines in the ADAS, so that the ADAS function integrity as a color screen can be realized.

The invention relates to a driving auxiliary method based on a black-white-grey screen instrument, which adopts the black-white-grey screen instrument to carry out driving auxiliary display and comprises the following steps:

In summary, the driving assistance method based on the black-white-gray-screen instrument 1 of the present invention replaces the color requirement in ADAS by the color difference of the black-white-gray-screen and the flicker frequency, thereby reducing the hardware cost, saving the design and development cycle, and making the host factory have more choices in development.
