When the moving block 9 moves leftwards to touch the button 13, the motor 121 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 123 to rotate, so that the cutter 124 is driven to rotate to cut off the sugarcane, and after the sugarcane is cut off, people push the push rod 8 rightwards to separate the moving block 9 from the button 13, and the motor 121 stops rotating.
