Background
The use of a weld pad can greatly improve the quality of the weld. At present, pipeline welding mouth-aligning devices with gasket parts are developed at home and abroad, and the gasket technology is applied to the welding process of large-diameter pipelines. However, the pipe welding aligner with the gasket part is not suitable for welding small-diameter pipes. This is because the small-bore pipeline welding has a narrow radial space, and therefore, a pipeline welding butt joint device with a complicated structure cannot be installed. At present, no mature gasket device is developed in the welding process of the small-diameter pipeline.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems mentioned in the background technology, the invention provides a liner device used in the welding construction of a small-caliber pipeline, which has a simpler structure, can improve the welding quality and is convenient to disassemble and assemble in the pipeline welding process.
