技术领域
本发明涉及金属锻造技术,尤其涉及一种用于锻造高碳高合金冷作模具钢中空锻件的工艺。
背景技术
高碳高合金冷作模具钢锻件由于碳和合金含量均较高,导致锻件表面塑性差,采用常规的锻造工艺在锻件表面容易造成裂纹,特别在锻造工具与锻件的交接位置处尤为明显,并且经常发生由于锻造后产生裂纹而导致锻件报废的问题。
由此,目前亟需一种用于锻造高碳高合金冷作模具钢中空锻件的工艺。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于锻造高碳高合金冷作模具钢中空锻件的工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种用于锻造高碳高合金冷作模具钢中空锻件的工艺,包括以下步骤:
锻前预热步骤:采用温度大于1000℃的块状废料分别预热上平砧、下V型砧、剁刀、冲子和操作机钳口;
锻造步骤:①火次锻造:夹持并将钢锭平放于下V型砧内,锻造钢锭,控制锻造火次的始锻温度为<1180℃,终锻温度控制>900℃,且锻造完成后均应回炉升温至<1180℃,控制锻造钢锭表面局部温差<300℃;,(1)第一火次锻造:压机镦粗压下量为400㎜,翻转钢锭并夹持钢锭小头,将钢锭平放于下V型砧内,压平钢锭楞角和冒口线,倒楞拔长,先沿帽口线旋转滚压两圈,然后压钢锭中部,掉头再压,控制锻件终锻尺寸至符合工艺要求,(2)第二火次锻造:夹持钢锭的小头,将钢锭平放于下V型砧内,先沿帽口线旋转滚压两圈,然后压钢锭中部,掉头再压,控制锻件终锻尺寸至符合工艺要求,(3)第三火次锻造:夹持钢锭的小头,将钢锭平放于下V型砧内,先沿帽口线旋转滚压两圈,然后压钢锭中部,掉头再压,控制锻件终锻尺寸至符合工艺要求,(4)第四火次锻造:夹持钢锭的小头,将钢锭平放于下V型砧内,先沿帽口线旋转滚压两圈,然后压钢锭中部,掉头再压,控制锻件终锻尺寸至符合工艺要求,(5)第五火次锻造:采用剁刀剁下锻件的帽口料并去掉刀屎、刀痕、浅表裂纹和折叠缺陷;②平整和滚圆:平整坯料两端,镦粗找正并采用下V型砧滚圆至符合工艺要求,始锻温度为<1180℃,终锻温度控制>900℃;③冲孔:平整锻件两端,采用冲子冲孔,锻件冲孔的初始温度<1180℃,双面冲孔结束,控制锻件冲孔的温度>1050℃,冲孔结束后,将锻件带冲子置于V型砧上;④精整和滚圆:采用下V型砧精整、滚圆锻件至符合工艺要求。
在进行锻造前,预先对锻造用的工具、工装进行预热,采用温度>1000℃的块状废料分别与上平砧、下V型砧、剁刀、冲子和操作机钳口接触,通过热传递,对锻造用的工具表面进行预热,可有效避免在锻造过程中由于钢锭与锻造工具接触部位温差过大,钢锭表面塑性降低,导致的在钢锭与锻造工具接触的表面形成裂纹,锻造火次的始锻温度为<1180℃,终锻温度控制>900℃,且锻造完成后均应回炉升温至<1180℃,并且锻造过程中,通过控制钢锭表面局部温差<300℃,避免钢锭表面局部温差过大造成横裂纹或纵裂纹导致钢锭报废,本锻造方法,操作简单,方便,通过对锻造用的工具、工装锻前预热以及控制钢锭表面的局部温差,避免高碳高合金冷作模具钢在锻造后产生的裂纹报废的问题。
进一步,步骤1)上平砧和下V型砧预热温度均>300℃,剁刀预热温度≥200℃,冲子和操作机钳口预热温度均≥300℃。
锻件通过第一火次锻造至第五火次锻造,可有效改善抗拉强度、屈服强度、冲击韧性、延伸率及断面收缩性能等力学性能且具有细化组织晶粒的作用。
进一步,所述第一火次锻造至第四火次锻造、平整和滚圆操作以及冲孔操作的回炉升温保温时间为60min-90min,所述第五火次锻造回炉升温的保温时间为40min-80min。
进一步,每一所述火次锻造的锻件每次单边压下量均<40㎜。
进一步,采用剁三刀方式,剁下帽口料,剁三刀为采用剁刀分三次将帽口料剁下的方法,可避免常规的一次剁下帽口,产生的刀口变形过大的缺陷。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明一种用于锻造高碳高合金冷作模具钢中空锻件的工艺,在进行锻造前,预先对锻造用的工具、工装进行预热,采用温度>1000℃的废块状两分别与上平砧、下V型砧、剁刀、冲子和操作机钳口接触,通过热传递,对锻造用的工具表面进行预热,可有效避免在锻造过程中由于钢锭与锻造工具接触部位温差过大,钢锭表面塑性差,导致的在钢锭与锻造工具接触的表面形成裂纹,锻造火次的始锻温度为<1180℃,终锻温度控制>900℃,且锻造完成后均应回炉升温至<1180℃,并且锻造过程中,通过控制钢锭表面局部温差<300℃,避免钢锭表面局部温差过大造成横裂纹或纵裂纹导致报废,本锻造方法,操作简单,方便,通过对锻造用的工具、工装锻前预热以及控制钢锭表面的局部温差,避免高碳高合金冷作模具钢在锻造后产生的裂纹报废的问题。
本申请其他实施方式的有益效果是:
1.剁三刀为采用剁刀分三次将帽口料剁下的方法,可避免常规的一次剁下帽口,产生的刀口变形过大的缺陷。
2.锻件通过第一火次锻造至第五火次锻造,可有效改善抗拉强度、屈服强度、冲击韧性、延伸率及断面收缩性能等力学性能且具有细化组织晶粒的作用。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
本实施例一种用于锻造高碳高合金冷作模具钢中空锻件的工艺,在钢锭浇钢结束240min后,开始动模红送,使钢锭表面温度保持约400℃,将钢锭入炉加热,加热工艺为①控制炉温600℃,钢锭保温180min;②用90min将炉温从600℃升至800℃,并保温240min;③用120min将炉温800℃升至1000℃,并保温180min;④用120min将炉温1000℃升温至1180℃,并保温120min,通过加热工序后在进行锻造,在进行锻造前,预先对锻造用的工具、工装进行预热,采用温度>1000℃的废块状两分别与锻造用工具和工装接触,通过热传递作用,对锻造用的工具和工装进行预热,分别预热剁刀5~8把、冲子3个、小冲子3个、压辊、镦粗盘,压机横平上砧和V型下砧,通过预热可有效避免在锻造过程中由于钢锭与锻造工具接触部位温差过大,钢锭表面塑性差,导致在钢锭与锻造工具接触的表面形成裂纹,在通过控制锻造火次的始锻温度为<1180℃,终锻温度控制>900℃,且锻造完成后均应回炉升温至<1180℃,并且锻造过程中,应控制钢锭表面局部温差<300℃,避免钢锭表面局部温差过大造成横裂纹或纵裂纹导致报废,锻造完成后,将钢锭置于干燥的钢件上集中堆放,在锻件全部锻造完成后,集中入炉球化退火,本锻造方法,操作简单,方便,通过对锻造用的工具、工装锻前预热以及控制钢锭表面的局部温差,避免高碳高合金冷作模具钢中空锻件在锻造后产生的裂纹报废的问题。
剁三刀为采用剁刀分三次将帽口料剁下的方法,可避免常规的一次剁下帽口,产生的刀口变形过大的缺陷。
锻件通过第一火次锻造至第五火次锻造,可有效改善抗拉强度、屈服强度、冲击韧性、延伸率及断面收缩性能等力学性能且具有细化组织晶粒的作用。
